Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report. I’m your host, Brannon
Howse.
Leading off tonight, an Iranian man faces terror-related charges after ramming his
car through a gate at a solar plant outside Las Vegas and setting his car on fire,
disabling the facility, reports 8 News Now.
Around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Las Vegas Metro police responded to a solar plant
on U.S. 93 north of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Employees at the plant said
they found a car smoldering in a generator pit.
The RAIR Foundation reports that the Mega Solar Array facility provides
energy to MGM properties but is run by a company called Invenergy.
The driver, later identified as Mohammad Mesmarian, 34, is accused of ramming
through a fence and setting the car on fire. The vehicle is registered out of Idaho.

Notice that the suspect was introduced in that news report as simply “a man from
Idaho,” and only near the end was it revealed he’s a native of Iran. And there was
no interest shown in that mainstream media report in Mohammad’s religious
affiliation.
Police suspect Mohammad drove through the fence Tuesday afternoon after
employees had left for the day. It was not until midnight Wednesday, when video
reportedly shows Mohammad setting the car on fire, documents said.
Documents said that Mohammad reportedly watched the car burn, sitting in a chair
for about 15 minutes before walking off.
Police found an iPhone in the burnt car with an account connected to Mohammad.
Police also found two laptops.
Police located Mohammad at a campground on Thursday, a day after the fire, in
Boulder Beach at Lake Mead. It was unclear how Mohammad made it from the
solar site to Boulder City, a 30-mile drive.
“Mohammad clarified he burned the Toyota Camry a couple of days ago,” police
said. “Mohammad stated he burned the vehicle at a Tesla solar plant and did it ‘for
the future.’”
Court documents reveal that Metro police said a person from Republic Services,
near the solar plant, called police earlier on Wednesday about a person who was
trespassing.
Police noted numerous recent attacks on power infrastructure in recent months.
There is surely a lot more to this story that the FBI and the corporate media isn’t
telling us.

Arizona Republican Congressman Paul Gosar called the top U.S. military officer,
Joint Chiefs Chairman General Mark Milley, a “traitor,” adding that House
Republicans will investigate his “treasonous sell-out to China” and the “coup”
attempt around the January 6 Capitol protest.

Several mainstream news outlets are reporting that China conducted massive live-
fire combat exercises in the waters surrounding Taiwan on Sunday and Monday,
January 8th and 9th, citing military sources in both China and Taiwan.
The military drills included China sending dozens of aircraft and naval vessels near
Taiwan in what Beijing said was a response to “provocation and collusion by
external forces.”
A spokesman for the Eastern Theater of China's People's Liberation Army said late
Sunday that the communist regime’s military held “joint combat readiness patrols
and actual combat exercises ... focusing on land strikes and sea assaults.”
Taiwan's defense ministry reported Monday that dozens of Chinese aircraft entered
its air defense identification zone, with some crossing the median line of the
Taiwan Strait, over a 24-hour period starting Sunday morning, according to UPI.
China held several similar large-scale military exercises around Taiwan in 2022, as
the strategy appears to be to blockade the island and cut it off from supplies,
starving them out and daring the U.S. to intervene.
Beijing considers the democratic island of 23 million part of mainland China even
though Taiwan has never been a part of the mainland People's Republic of China,
which was founded in 1949, and rejects Beijing's claims of sovereignty.

Well, another day and another revelation from the government’s collusion with Big
Tech to sensor Americans who speak out against government narratives that are
perpetuated in the mainstream corporate media.
Reclaim The Net reports that a recently published email has provided more
evidence of Joe Biden’s White House requesting tech platforms to censor and
silence dissident views, in this case Robert F. Kennedy Jr., because he was putting
out factual information that challenges the federal government’s Covid narrative.
The email shows the White House’s digital director for the COVID-19 Response
Team, Clarke Humphrey, requesting that Twitter remove a tweet from RFK Jr.,
who is a prominent environmental health lawyer, author and liberal activist.
But when it came to poisoning the population with a toxic, experimental jab,
Kennedy did not toe the liberal line. He stepped out and independently provided
well-researched, documented information. That’s something, Kennedy found out,
is no longer allowed in today’s America.
Humphrey wrote to Twitter in the January 2021 email:

“Wanted to flag the below tweet and am wondering if we can get moving on the
process for having it removed ASAP. And then if we can keep an eye out for
tweets that fall in this same genre that would be great.”
The tweet Humphrey was so desperate to have deleted linked to an article about
the death of former professional baseball player Hank Aaron 18 days after he
received his Covid vaccine. Kennedy Jr. tweeted that Aaron’s “tragic death is part
of a wave of suspicious deaths among elderly closely following administration
of #COVID #vaccines. He received the Moderna vaccine on Jan. 5 to inspire other
black Americans to get the vaccine.”

Twitter, in this case, rejected the censorship request and the tweet is still available.
But, as we’ve learned, there are more ways to censor than to outright scrub the
content. This is something we will explain in a minute.
The email was published by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey and is one
of many documents that have been released as part of a lawsuit that the Missouri
and Louisiana AGs filed against the Biden administration in May. The lawsuit

alleges that the Biden administration has illegally violated the First Amendment by
colluding with Big Tech on censorship.
Louisiana AG Jeff Landry published another document which he said showed
“Facebook telling the White House how they can censor Robert F. Kennedy Jr.”
without actually deleting his posts.
This document appears to show Facebook describing how it can “utilize a
spectrum of levers” against content from Kennedy’s website, the Children’s Health
Defense fund. Some of the actions that are mentioned in the document include
“reducing the posts’ distribution, not suggesting the posts to users, limiting their
discoverability in Search, and applying Inform Labels and/or reshare friction to the
posts.”

Kroger shoppers are reporting a lot of empty shelves at stores across the
supermarket chain’s locations.
Kroger is the second largest food retailer after Walmart, so when its shoppers
report widespread disappointment with the amount of product on its shelves, that’s
significant.
According to an article on this phenomenon by Ethan Huff at the NOQ Report,
the start of 2023 is bringing numerous troubling reports from Kroger customers,
some containing video evidence of lingering and even worsening supply-chain
issues.
Not only are Kroger shelves missing many essentials, but prices for things that are
still in stock, most notably eggs and dairy products, are skyrocketing to
unprecedented levels.
Huff also reminds us how Kroger was one of the worst grocery chains when it
came to punishing unvaccinated employees. They removed their Covid benefits
and charged them higher insurance premiums, basically treating them like second-
class employees.
On the last day of 2022, a popular YouTube account called Adventures with
Danno visited a local Kroger store to document empty shelves, and only a few
remaining ultra-high-priced name-brand items could be seen in certain sections.

Danno reports seeing certain products fly off the shelves when available, then they
largely disappear before coming back at a higher price.
The video’s caption reads:
One particular area of the store with very bare shelves was the pet products aisle,
which was missing most of the store-brand items. The only things left were a few
overpriced items of lesser-sought-out brands.
The channel host stated:
“If you find cat [litter], don’t worry about the price: just get some. We’re seeing
inconvenience stickers everywhere, and these are fresh. This must be becoming an
issue again.”

J.D. Rucker has a new article up at the Liberty Daily on how the uniparty in
Washington controls not only the Big Tech social media platforms but also the
legacy media which is owned largely by nine or ten big corporations.
One of them is the Washington Post.
Throughout the entirety of Donald Trump’s presidency, the Washington Post,
along with the New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, etc., led the charge in promoting
the narrative that Russian influence was what made Hillary Clinton lose in 2016.
Rucker recalls that, “Every minuscule story that even hinted about Russia using
bots and spreading pro-Trump messaging on social media was blown up to be
massive front-page news.”
Well, the Post, all these years later, has finally published a story about Russian
influence in the 2016 election that tells the truth. It was a quiet story that didn’t
make the front page.
In fact, writes Rucker, “you’d have a hard time finding it on their website if you
weren’t looking for it specifically. This is because it highlights a recent study that
shows Russia’s ‘massive’ digital influence in the 2016 election didn’t really do
anything at all.”
The Washington Post article, titled “Russian trolls on Twitter had little influence
on 2016 voters,” paints a picture that goes against every Russian collusion
narrative the leftist outlet has ever published.

An excerpt from the article states (next 3 graphs is excerpt):
Russian influence operations on Twitter in the 2016 presidential election reached
relatively few users, most of whom were highly partisan Republicans, and the
Russian accounts had no measurable impact in changing minds or influencing
voter behavior, according to a study out this morning.
The study, which the New York University Center for Social Media and Politics
helmed, explores the limits of what Russian disinformation and misinformation was
able to achieve on one major social media platform in the 2016 elections.
“My personal sense coming out of this is that this got way overhyped,” Josh
Tucker, one of the report’s authors who is also the co-director of the New York
University center, told me about the meaningfulness of the Russian tweets.
Way overhyped. In those three words the Washington Post negates six years-worth
of its own reporting, then buries that revelation on the back pages of its newspaper.
Way to go Washington Post. No wonder the trust level in the mainstream media is
at an all time low.

Joe Biden has stooped to a new low, writes commentator Robert Spencer, in
trying to compare illegal immigrants crossing into the U.S. to the Jews trying to
escape Nazi Germany.
Asked whether he thought migrating to the United States was a human right,
Biden said: “Well, I think it is a human right to, if you have your, if your, your
family is being persecuted, if your bein’ dealt with in a way, I mean, like, it was, I
thought it was a human right for, you know, uh, uh, Jews in Germany to be able to
go, to get to escape and get help where they could.”

That’s who we are, Biden says. So the way he describes it, the government weighs
the “basic rights” of foreign-born individuals who have no claim to any rights
under this country’s Constitution to the basic rights of American citizens. We see

how often American citizens come out on top in that analysis—not very often. And
then he talks about background checks of the illegals when we know the vast
majority of illegal border crossers are never checked, and there’s no way to check
most of them because they come with no papers other than a claim of asylum. This
is classic Doublespeak coming from the office of the president of the United
States.

Time now for our Worldview Report Commentary.
The Post Millennial reports that the 118th House of Representatives will see the
formation of a new select committee, headed by Jim Jordan, to dig into the abuse
of power involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI, CIA and their
involvement with Big Tech.
This investigative panel has been dubbed the “Select Committee on the
Weaponization of Government.”
It will reportedly demand emails and correspondence between the Biden
administration and big tech companies, and follows the massive revelations that
came to light through the recent release of the Twitter Files, the Post Millennial
reports.
Newly minted House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, who was elected to the
Speakership after a hard-fought, contentious battle on the House floor last week,
was asked to form the committee as part of the negotiations that brought him to
power,  Axios  reports. Jordan was one of the 15 members of Congress who
nominated McCarthy for Speaker last week, just as many in his party nominated
and voted for him.
According to the Axios report:
“The probe into communications between tech giants and President Biden's aides
will look for government pressure that could have resulted in censorship or
harassment of conservatives — or squelching of debate on polarizing policies,
including the CDC on COVID.”

The Post Millennial, citing an unnamed GOP source, reports that if government
personnel and agencies do not comply, subpoenas are “likely to be issued.”
The GOP is committed to digging into “the politicization of the FBI,” which not
only includes the work done to discredit accurate reporting from the New York
Post in the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election, but the allegations of Russian
election interference in the lead-up to the 2016 election.
The use of Biden's Department of Justice to go after parents who spoke out at
school board meetings will reportedly also be investigated. Ohio's Jordan was
instrumental in the discovery that the letter requesting a DOJ investigation into
these parents, issued by the National School Boards Association, was
actually requested to be written by Merrick Garland's DOJ in the first place. The
head of the NSBA was then given a plum post in the administration.
Some are calling the results of these negotiations the most significant win for
conservatives in a decade.
But I say, let’s wait and see.
It’s important to point out that the corruption that led to the Benghazi catastrophe
was also “investigated” by a House subcommittee in 2015. While a lot of noise
was made, nothing ever came out of that investigation, headed at the time by
Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy of South Carolina. No government agency
or official was ever held to account for the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi,
including Ambassador Christopher Stevens. The full truth about what caused that
attack also never came out in any official government public forum.
Trey Gowdy was rewarded by the cartel for his work in covering up the truth about
Benghazi with a high-profile, well-paid job at Fox News, which is the nerve center
of the controlled opposition in Washington, D.C.
Let’s hope Jim Jordan doesn’t become the next Trey Gowdy.
