Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

The United Nations is demanding that taxpayers around the world pony up a staggering $150 trillion to fight “man-made climate change” – a fabricated crisis that the unelected globalist organization helped to create.

The UN made the demands in a new report published by its Department of Economic and Social Affairs.

The agency claims that it needs global governments to commit to handing over $5.3 trillion per year to the bureaucratic agency.

According to the report, the UN needs $150 trillion in order to “save the planet” from “global warming” by complying with the “Agenda 2050” goals of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

In its report on the World Economic Situation and Prospects for 2024, the UN reiterates its 17 Sustainable Development Goals for total human enslavement.

The widely criticized goals are often used as inspiration for many Western nations’ diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) legislation, as well as policies related to climate change.

“Gender Equity,” “Sustainable Cities and Communities,” and “Quality Education” are among the 17 goals, as are increased global governance and assigning a digital ID at birth to every human being.

Also included are “Affordable and Clean Energy” and “Climate Action.”

It is under these categories that the United Nations suggests astronomical amounts of funding in order to reach its goals.

American Military News reports that Missouri’s Republican Governor Mike Parson announced an executive order last week that will prevent American foreign adversaries from purchasing agricultural land near U.S. military facilities in Missouri.

The governor’s executive order will prohibit Chinese, Russian, Iranian, North Korean, Cuban, and Venezuelan entities from buying agricultural land inside a 10-mile radius of U.S. military bases in Missouri.

Parson stated in a press release:

“With heightened concerns regarding ownership of Missouri farm land by foreign adversaries, especially China, we are signing this order to safeguard our military and intelligence assets, prevent security threats to our state, and give Missourians greater peace of mind. When it comes to China and other foreign adversaries, we must take commonsense precautions that protect Missourians and our security resources.”

Parson added, “I further declare that no Missouri agricultural land shall be acquired or owned by an alien or foreign business who is a citizen, resident, or incorporated under the laws of a foreign adversary.”

The governor’s press release explained that the new executive order does not impact any existing landowners. According to The Associated Press, Chinese entities already own more than 42,000 acres of agricultural land in the state of Missouri.

Some of the major U.S. military installations in Missouri include Fort Leonard Wood, Whiteman Air Force Base, and Rosecrans Air National Guard Base.

The executive order states, “Currently, foreign agricultural land purchases are capped at 1 percent of the total agricultural land across the state.” 

However, the governor’s order will now enforce “more stringent requirements for these land purchases and requires approval from the Missouri Department of Agriculture prior to any foreign acquisitions of agricultural land.”

Parson emphasized during a press conference that the new executive order will not have an impact on Missouri’s partnerships with allies such as Israel, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Japan, and Germany.

JP Morgan Asset Management strategist Michael Cembalest has predicted that Joe Biden will not make it to the 2024 election in November and will drop out of the race due to poor health.

Cembalest suggests that Biden will exit the race “sometime between Super Tuesday and the November election.”

Super Tuesday is on the 5th of March, as 16 states and territories are scheduled to hold primaries and caucuses.

Cembalest predicts that Americans will look on as Biden “passes the torch to a replacement candidate named by the Democratic National Committee.”

Biden was seen this past weekend having to be led on and off stage by his wife for a 32-minute rant about Donald Trump and his supporters, the only thing he has done for more than two weeks. He also looked completely lost after arriving in Delaware upon the conclusion of the speech.

Trump himself recently said he expects neither Biden nor Kamala Harris to be his opponent come November.

The JP Morgan strategist’s prediction came as part of a list of top 10 possible surprises for 2024, which also included the suggestion that cities in New York, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Tennessee, could suffer rolling electricity blackouts because of natural gas shortages.

American Military News reports that driverless heavy trucks with no humans on board will soon cruise Texas highways if three startup firms have their way, despite objections from critics who say financial pressures, not safety, are behind the timetable.

After years of testing, Aurora Innovation, Kodiak Robotics and Gatik AI expect to remove safety drivers from trucks that are being guided by software and an array of sensors including cameras, radar and lidar, which sends pulses of light that bounce off objects. The companies have already hauled cargo for big names such as Walmart, Kroger, FedEx and Tyson Foods.

Chris Urmson, co-founder and chief executive officer of Pittsburgh-based Aurora, said in an interview:

“At the end of the year, we anticipate getting to the point where we begin operating those trucks without drivers on board.”

All of the companies say they’re ready to deploy the technology, though they know there’s little-to-no margin for error. The risk is worth it, they say, because the technology promises to allegedly improve highway safety and lower transportation costs, while of course also causing a lot of unemployment and actually making the highways less safe.

Detractors say the companies have financial incentive to reduce the losses that investors have been financing during the development and testing phase.

Cathy Chase, president of Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety, opposes the autopilot trucks. She said:

“We are concerned about the lack of regulation, the lack of transparency, the lack of comprehensive data collection.”

The list of opponents also includes the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, the 1.3-million-member union that represents drivers and warehouse workers.

And trucks pose severe dangers, opponents say, because they will be traveling at highway speeds and weigh as much as 80,000 pounds, or more than 15 times as much as General Motors’ troubled driverless robotaxi, the Cruise.

The federal government for now has left regulation of driverless heavy trucks mostly up to states, creating a patchwork of rules. California suspended Cruise operations in October after several incidents in San Francisco. California’s lack of rules for allowing trucks to be tested on public roads encouraged the three driverless truck firms and others to turn to Texas for testing and deployment.

The difficulties that Cruise’s robotaxis faced on the streets of San Francisco — unpredictable pedestrians, sudden road closures and emergency vehicles — are less of a problem for driverless trucks, according to the companies. Trucks largely move cargo on fixed routes and mostly on highways that require much less interaction with passenger vehicles and pedestrians.

Transgendered biologically male police officers are being allowed by most police departments in the UK to strip search women, according to research by women’s rights campaigners.

The Daily Mail reports that out of 43 police forces in England and Wales, at least 34 have either implemented the policy or have plans to put it into place, after lobbying by transgender activists.

The research was carried out by the Women’s Rights Network, and a report authored by retired police superintendent Cathy Larkman, who noted that multiple female police officers have expressed concerns to her over the policy.

The Women’s Rights Network has titled their investigation “State-sanctioned sexual assault.”

The Christian Post reports that a former psychic who repented of occult practices after turning to Jesus Christ warned that Fox News potentially opened their viewers to demonic activity by airing an act of divination during primetime last week.

Jenn Nizza told The Christian Post:

“The deception of putting something that seems good out there while pushing a demonic agenda is heartbreaking.”

Nizza, an author and podcaster who runs Ex-PsychicSaved.com and has written about how dabbling with tarot cards as a young teenager ultimately led her deeply into occultism, said she found it “completely alarming” when Fox News host Jesse Watters invited a medium on his show last week to discern the country's political future using tarot cards.

Watters, whose show Jesse Watters Primetime occupies Tucker Carlson's former time slot, hosted the so-called English Psychic, Paula Roberts, who pulled a tarot card for Trump known as the Five of Cups, which depicts a cloaked figure lamenting three cups that have been overturned while ignoring the two that remain upturned.

The card symbolizes focusing on negativity, and Roberts claimed that it predicted a “sense of loss” for Trump in 2024.

We have an update on a pastor from Arizona who was shot in the head while street preaching.

He is now awake and has been moved out of the ICU, reports Julie Roys.

26-year-old Hans Schmidt was street preaching on behalf of his church, Victory Chapel First Phoenix Church, on November 15, 2023, when the shooting occurred.

Schmidt, a former military combat medic, husband and father to two young children, was in critical condition, and his church said he was in desperate need of a miracle. 

About two weeks ago, his wife, Zulya Schmidt, posted a photo of Hans awake in his hospital bed, surrounded by his family and commented:

“In the blink of an eye, our lives were changed. You are a living miracle. Every day I am amazed seeing you hold our baby boy once again. Waving at our baby girl. You have a long way to go, but God will carry us through.”

In an interview with CBN News, Schmidt says she was able to keep her faith through all of this thanks to the prayers she received from friends, family and even strangers across the country.

Farmers brought Germany to a standstill with Dutch-style tractor protests throughout the country on Monday in response to globalist policies of the government of Chancellor Olaf Scholz, which they claim threaten the very existence of the agriculture industry.

Breitbart reports that farmers groups launched their planned week-long action to protest against the leftist coalition government’s plans to increase taxes on diesel fuel and eliminate the car tax exemption for farmers in addition to making deep cuts on the subsidies for the farming sector.

The proposed tax increases and funding cuts came as the government attempted to fill a 17-billion-euro ($18.6-billion) hole in the budget for 2024. Although the government was willing to seek to raise more money off the backs of German farmers, it was not willing to make any cuts in aid to Ukraine, which is set to double to eight billion euros this year.

Ahead of the planned week of protests from farmers, the government said that it would be willing to walk back some of the farming subsidy cuts and reorganize the tax increases over the next three years. However, the German Farmers’ Association said that such moves would be insufficient to stave off the economic disaster facing many farmers throughout the country.

Although Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin failed to inform the White House about his recent hospitalization, Joe Biden is not considering firing him, Politico reported Monday.

The outlet cited a group of senior administration officials. If Austin were to issue a resignation Biden would refuse it, a person among them said.

“Austin’s going nowhere,” one official told Politico. The report noted Republicans have been calling for Biden to dismiss the defense secretary.

During a recent interview, Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) told Fox News, “Apparently the National Security Council didn’t know it, the White House didn’t know it, Congress didn’t know it.” Lankford was referring to the fact that Austin was MIA over the last week, with no explanation of his whereabouts.

Lankford added that:

“We’re at a time of a lot of turmoil internationally and suddenly to have the secretary of defense more than just a matter of wasn’t there actually sent over false information saying, ‘I’m working from home,’ when he’s not actually available at all.”

The Politico articles said Austin is being criticized for failing to tell officials he had been hospitalized at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for complications from an undisclosed surgery.

The Iranian-backed terror group Hezbollah confirmed Monday that one of its senior commanders was killed in Lebanon. 

Hezbollah and its media channels announced on Telegram the death of Wasim al-Tawil, a senior commander of Hezbollah's Radwan Force, a special operation unit. 

Security sources told Reuters that al-Tawil was driving with another Hezbollah member in a small Lebanese village when Israeli forces struck their car with a drone.

Israel has killed more than 130 Hezbollah members in Lebanon since tensions began flaring in the region after Hamas invaded Israel on October 7, killing about 1,200 people and kidnapping 240 others. Israel has also killed Hamas members in Lebanon since that time, and the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry, which does not distinguish between combatants and civilians, says more than 22,000 people in Gaza have been killed.

Just the News reports that the conservative House Freedom Caucus slammed House Speaker Mike Johnson's proposed top-line spending deal with Senate Democrats as a “total failure,” arguing the potential agreement costs about $68 billion more than the Louisiana Republican said it would.

Johnson told members of Congress on Sunday that he reached a $1.590 trillion spending deal with the Senate and White House, but the Freedom Caucus slammed the proposal later that evening in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

“It’s even worse than we thought,” the caucus wrote. “Don’t believe the spin. Once you break through typical Washington math, the true total programmatic spending level is $1.658 trillion — not $1.59 trillion. This is total failure.”

At the end of last month, the Freedom Caucus released a statement titled, “House GOP’s New Year Resolution Must Be Cutting Spending,” which stated that the U.S. is “on the path to fiscal ruin” but that Congress has “done little to force a course correction from this calamity.” 

With a slim Republican majority, the 45-member Freedom Caucus holds a significant amount of sway in the 435-member House, and most recently played an integral role in deciding the House speaker. 

Now, the House needs to pass a deal before government funding completely expires on February 2.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

California is expanding its massive healthcare system in 2024, with more taxpayer dollars going to fund sex-change surgeries, regardless of citizenship status. 

According to a memo first circulated in May 2022 and reported by the Daily Caller News Foundation, California's Medi-Cal covers costs for hormone therapy and procedures “that bring primary and secondary gender characteristics into conformity with the individual’s identified gender, including ancillary services, such as hair removal, incident to those services.”

Nearly 700,000 illegal aliens, as of January 1, qualified for these federal healthcare services, which will cost California taxpayers an estimated $3.1 billion. 

For those living in California illegally, it translates to approximately $4,058 per year in medical coverage subsidies funded by the state's general fund.

The memo states:

“Gender affirming care is a covered Medi-Cal benefit when medically necessary. Requests for gender affirming care should be from specialists experienced in providing culturally competent care to transgender and gender-diverse individuals and should use nationally recognized guidelines.”

This program is based on a lie. Gender-affirming care. This is medical care that affirms one’s mental illness. Men who think they are female and women who honestly believe they are men should be treated for the mental illness that has them feeling trapped in a body that’s the opposite of what their head believes to be true. 

Rather than treat the body to bring it into compliance with the brain, we should be treating the brain to bring it into compliance with the reality of the body.

Mental illness is a serious, tragic condition. And the last thing any rational, healthy society would attempt to do is affirm the irrational thoughts and ideas that dance in the heads of the mentally ill. This cannot have a good outcome. It will lead to more suicides, not less, as they claim.

But it continues. Why? Because there’s big money to be made off of this so-called gender-affirming healthcare. It involves drugs and it involves surgeries, two things the Rockefeller system of medicine thrives upon.

And the saddest part of all is the when you lie to a person suffering from mental torture, you make that torture worse. I’d hate to be in the shoes of these hospital CEOs, doctors and nurses who are pushing these lies on Judgment Day. 

They sacrifice the truth for profit.
