On Friday, Rebel News reporter David Menzies was arrested while trying to interview attendees at a Pro-Hamas rally in Toronto, Ontario.

According to Rebel News, the arrest came just days after the announcement of David’s lawsuit against the Royal Canadian Mounted Police “for a pattern of intimidation and exclusion following shocking displays of police brutality against David.”

Rebel News reports that what transpired was a blatant disregard for civil liberties.

David was in full compliance with the law, Rebel News reported, noting that he presented his identification upon request. All of this was captured on camera.

Yet he was summarily apprehended and confined for exercising his right to document a public demonstration.

This is an outrageous infringement of freedom of the press and independent journalism where no offence was committed and another example of the two-tiered justice system now fully implemented in Canada.

A group of scientists linked to the World Economic Forum has unveiled a new fake-meat product that has been grown in a lab from mold.

The new animal-free synthetic meat was created by researchers at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the University of California-Berkeley.

Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory’s Senior Scientific Engineering Associate Joachim Seel is listed as an agenda contributor at the globalist WEF.

The scientists claim to have “unlocked the potential of fungi” to create what they’re calling “sustainable, healthy, and flavor-rich food alternatives.”

With animal-free dairy and vegetarian meat-substitutes already being heavily pushed onto the public by globalists, this new research dives deeper into biotechnology’s role in replacing the farming industry.

Vayu Hill-Maini, a chef-turned-bioengineer and an affiliate in the Biosciences Area at Berkeley Lab, alongside a team of researchers, says in a media release that she believes her fake meat stands at the forefront of a food revolution.

The WEF-linked researchers sought to explore how modifying the genes in fungi can be used to create “food” for mass public consumption.

Hill-Maini, a post-doctoral researcher at UC Berkeley, stated in the media release:

“I think it’s a fundamental aspect of synthetic biology that we’re benefiting from organisms that have evolved to be really good at certain things. What we’re trying to do is to look at what is the fungus making and try to kind of unlock and enhance it.”

The Biden regime could finalize new regulations this week that are intended to reduce gas-powered vehicle emissions as it continues to pressure Americans to transition from traditional gas-powered vehicles to electric ones.

Transportation industry sources told Fox News that the Environmental Protection Agency is expected to issue the final rules for the new regulations as soon as Wednesday. While EPA officials have claimed that the new regulations will help incentivize Americans to transition to electric vehicles, opponents of the regulations argue that the new guidelines will “feel like a ban.”

The regulations, which were first announced by the EPA in April 2023, would implement requirements on “light-duty and medium-duty vehicles” starting in 2027. Fox News reported that the Biden administration has projected that the regulations will lead to 67% of new sedans, SUVs, crossovers, and light truck vehicles being electric by 2032. The administration has also predicted that up to 25% of long-haul freight tractors, 35% of short-haul freight tractors, and 50% of buses and garbage trucks would be electric by 2032.

Chet Thompson, CEO of American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers, told Fox News:

“President Biden has been clear since 2020 that he intends to use his federal agencies, and the State of California, to eliminate sales of new gas cars. While multiple administration policies push us toward this end, the EPA’s passenger vehicle standards will do most of the damage on their own — requiring approximately 70% of new car sales to be electric in less than eight years.”

Thompson warned that the Biden regime’s policies are not only “bad for consumers” but will also “sacrifice our hard-won U.S. energy strength for even greater dependence on China” by making the United States dependent on electric vehicle batteries. Thompson also warned that the new regulations will significantly impact the ability of Americans to afford new vehicle purchases.

A Lebanese migrant who was caught sneaking over the U.S. southern border admitted he’s a member of the terrorist group Hezbollah, he hoped to make a bomb, and his destination was New York.

According to a report in the New York Post, Basel Ebbadi, age 22, was caught by the U.S. Border Patrol on March 9 near El Paso, Texas. While in custody, he was asked what he was doing in the U.S., to which he replied, “I’m going to try to make a bomb,” according to a Border Patrol document exclusively obtained by The Post.

But Ebbadi later claimed in an interview that he had been trying to flee Lebanon and Hezbollah because he “didn’t want to kill people” and said “once you’re in, you can never get out,” according to internal U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) documents.

Ebbadi said in a sworn interview after his arrest that he had trained with Hezbollah for seven years and served as an active member guarding weapons locations for another four years, the documents show.

His training focused on “jihad” and killing people “that was not Muslim,” he said.

Border agents continue to see a surge in migrants whose names appear on the terror watchlist entering the U.S. illegally.

Hezbollah, an Iran-backed terror group, has launched missiles into northern Israel following Hamas’ attack on Oct. 7 that have killed about a dozen Israeli soldiers and seven civilians.

American Military News reports that in the desert around Scottsdale, Arizona, on Monday, police officers hunted for a member of an international crime syndicate suspected of stealing jewels and luxury items from homes across Los Angeles. 

Police, using helicopters and drones, eventually found him hiding under a tree.

The wanted man, it turned out, was a 17-year-old boy from Chile.

Authorities say the teenager and his two adult accomplices later admitted to breaking into multiple homes, part of a growing trend of foreign-based gangs from South America. They call it burglary tourism.

The LA Police Department said the teenage fugitive was first arrested February 29th along with three other Chileans as they cased homes in the wealthy neighborhood of Pacific Palisades. Police tracked down the crew after a security camera captured the license plate of their 2024 Hyundai Tucson amid a series of burglaries across East Hollywood.

Increasingly over the last five years, police say, thieves from South American nations have entered the U.S. for the purpose of committing robberies. In the case of Chile, authorities suspect some criminals are taking advantage of the tourist visa system, which does not require a background check for travelers. Once in the country, police say, they plan crime sprees and send their earnings back home.

A Democrat Tennessee state senator has called for “riots” in response to a pro-police bill that was passed by the state’s Republican majority.

State Senator Charlane Oliver, who represents Nashville, said the Republicans’ pro-police legislation is “rooted in racism.” She warned that “riots are the language of the unheard” while vowing that people in her district will take to the streets and “fight like hell.”

The bill, which prevents cities from banning legal traffic stops, was introduced after Memphis passed an ordinance that banned traffic stops for issues such as expired registrations, a single inoperable headlight or brake light, and loose bumpers, News Channel 3 reported.

The Memphis city council passed the ordinance following the death of Tyre Nichols, a black man who was fatally injured during a confrontation with five black Memphis cops on January 7, 2023, after he was pulled over.

The state Senate passed Brent Taylor’s bill by a vote of 26-6. Taylor said in a post to X that he’s even heard from people in Democrat districts thanking him for the bill. 

He wrote: “These community members are tired of crime and bad policies that don’t allow police to do their jobs.”

Breitbart reports that Judge Sharon Johnson-Coleman of the U.S. District Court for Northern Illinois decided to strike down a federal ban on gun ownership for illegal immigrants.

The case centered on Heriberto Flores, who was “charged with possession of a firearm while illegally or unlawfully in the United States.” He had a handgun in his possession in Chicago, Illinois, on June 1, 2020. He was charged for being a non-citizen in possession for a firearm.

Judge Coleman, an Obama appointee, countered government arguments against Flores’ firearm possession by noting:

“The government argues that Flores is a noncitizen who is unlawfully present in this country. The Court notes, however, that Flores has never been convicted of a felony, a violent crime, or a crime involving the use of a weapon. Even in the present case, Flores contends that he received and used the handgun solely for self-protection and protection of property during a time of documented civil unrest in the Spring of 2020.”

Coleman ultimately concluded that the noncitizen possession statute violates the Second Amendment.

While we’re on the topic of lunatic liberals, here’s a good one from the U.S. Supreme Court.

In oral arguments for a case that is examining the government’s role in decisions to censor speech on social-media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google-YouTube, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson stated that she is concerned that the First Amendment is “hamstringing the government” when it comes to its ability to censore speech on the internet.

Yes, you heard that right. A Supreme Court justice actually believes that the government should have free rein in forcing social media platforms to remove content it doesn’t agree with.

Let me get this straight. The government gets to declare when an emergency of one type or another exists, the government gets to define what behavior is allowed during said emergency, the length and scope of the emergency, and the government also gets to control citizens’ speech and expression of opinions on how the government is handling its self-imposed emergency. That sounds like the very definition of a dictatorship.

Florida Republican Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio have called on the Biden administration to produce a plan to deal with an expected mass influx of Haitian migrants into the U.S. as political and social unrest intensifies in the Caribbean country.

In a letter to Biden on Friday, the senators suggested the administration's current open-border policy could lead to mass migration from Haiti into the United States, and have a “direct negative impact on American families.”

The letter states:

“Floridians and the rest of the American public will not tolerate your administration again opening the floodgates for countless, unvetted foreign nationals to stream into our country, putting our national security at grave risk and creating untold public safety threats for our communities. We must consider this danger due to the numerous reports of gangs committing jailbreaks in Haiti and releasing thousands of dangerous criminals.”

Earlier this month, Haiti fell into chaos and a state of emergency was declared amid fighting between criminal gangs and government forces.

The Senators’ letter slams Biden for the ongoing crisis at the Southern border, the Epoch Times reports, which has allowed more than 8 million illegals to pour across our southern border. 

The letter cites FBI Director Christopher Wray's March 11 comments before the Senate Intelligence Committee in which he raised the alarm about risks to Americans thanks to Biden's open-border policies.

According to Wray, the surge in illegal crossings at the southern border threatens the safety of Americans.

“From an FBI perspective, we are seeing a wide array of very dangerous threats that emanate from the border,” said Wray, who added that the FBI is “very concerned” about a specific human smuggling operation with ties to ISIS.

Meanwhile, a top Pentagon official on March 12 said during testimony that the U.S. has no plans to send troops to Haiti, nor activate the Coast Guard and Navy's ability to interdict illegal immigrant flotillas and return them to their point of origin or a port in a third nation.

Reuters reports that Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday congratulated Vladimir Putin on winning another term as Russia's president and said China was set to maintain close communication with Russia to promote their partnership, according to Chinese state media.

Putin won a record post-Soviet landslide in Russia's election on Sunday, cementing his tight grip on power in a victory he said showed Moscow had been right to stand up to the West and send its troops into Ukraine.

China has strengthened its ties with Russia over the past few years, even as Western criticism of Russia has intensified.

The two countries declared a “no limits” partnership in February 2022 when Putin visited Beijing just days before he sent thousands of troops into Ukraine.

It has been reported that China and Russia are preparing several meetings between Xi and Putin this year.

Former U.S. President Barack Obama was caught on camera Monday entering and exiting 10 Downing Street in London, the home of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, sparking questions and theories about the reason for his unannounced visit.

Why is Obama holding private meetings with world leaders? Is he on official business of the Biden administration? If so, what is his assignment?

Obama emerged from his meeting with the British Prime Minister one hour later.

Obama reportedly said “I’m tempted!” when asked by the media about his opinion on the state of Russian democracy as he left with the US ambassador to the UK, just after 4 p.m. Monday.

Sunak and Obama discussed a range of subjects, including the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East as well as artificial intelligence, according to a report by The Independent and Sky News.

Number 10 said Obama paid a “courtesy visit” to Downing Street to discuss the work of his foundation with Sunak.

The Prime Minister’s official spokesman said: “He was making an informal courtesy drop-in as part of his trip to London, where he is conducting work of the Obama Foundation.”

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

We’ve heard some disturbing reports out of Canada recently that shouldn’t be viewed in a vacuum. What’s going on there is no different from what’s taking place here and in Europe. Globalist politicians are working with big corporations throughout the formerly free Western world to remove certain bedrock rights and God-given freedoms and replace them with government-issued privileges.

Remember, Klaus Schwab brags about how he has “penetrated” Justin Trudeau’s cabinet, as well as the cabinets of other governments, with WEF Young Global Leaders.

So don’t expect the pummeling of citizens’ basic rights and freedoms to end anytime soon. Trudeau is very much a puppet, just like Joe Biden here in America, and you can see how their policies mirror each other on climate change, gun control and a whole swath of issues.

Slay News reports that, in a major push to seize control of the public’s financial freedom, Canada is about to weaponize its banking system by linking citizens’ bank accounts to a tyrannical social credit scoring system. But they’re not calling it social credit scoring. They’re calling it an open banking framework.

Proponents say it’s a way for banks to innocently and easily share information and access customers’ financial data.

Slay reports:

“The truth of the matter is that this is an opportunity to merge social standings with banking to provide governments and unelected bureaucrats with complete control over our finances.”

The organization Open Banking Excellence, a partner of the World Bank that originated in the UK, claims it will host all of a bank’s relevant data needs in one place.

The organization, which has reached 40 countries, aims to “create exceptional platforms and content that promotes knowledge sharing, new thinking and partnerships within the industry – catalyzing the adoption of Open Finance and Data for better financial inclusion worldwide.”

Helen Child, founder of Open Banking Excellence, said:

“It’s about having that fairer, more inclusive, more open society. It drives financial inclusion. It’s democratizing data.”

What this is really all about is the drive to create central bank digital currencies to replace fiat currencies. CBDC’s are not only digital, they are programmable, which means they can be weaponized by governments in collusion with global bankers. And you know what that means. If you run afoul of the government in any way, if you disagree with government narratives on public platforms, all they have to do is hit the kill switch on your bank account and your money no longer works.

Slay asks the right question: Why is there a need for inclusivity and fairness in banking? Shouldn’t banking decisions be made based on numbers?

It really has nothing to do with inclusion, other than the fact that they do want to include everyone in their digital control grid.

It’s really about data and who has access to it.

Slay News concludes:

“There is no easier way to control the masses than to control their access to money, and their ability to buy, trade, and freely move about.”

And all of that will be controlled by tracking your data and sharing it with the various choke points of social control – your freedom of movement, your freedom of expression, assembly, religion, your freedom to have an opinion, your freedom to remain anonymous, your freedom to buy and sell, and most of all your freedom to have a free will.
