Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

The World Economic Forum and United Nations are so concerned that the goals of Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development and the Great Reset are in jeopardy of not being fulfilled by the appointed date, that they will be holding a summit in September to reconvene and discuss how they can “accelerate” their Great Reset initiative.

The WEF, founded by the German economist and engineer Klaus Schwab, has said for years that by 2030 the people of the world will “own nothing, have no privacy,” but somehow “learn” to like it.

You will be living in a tiny apartment in a so-called smart city, where residents quite literally own nothing, where almost no one works, sitting back playing video games and drawing a universal basic income check from the government. And the smart cities will be powered by artificial intelligence, an all-knowing force with a watchful eye on everyone’s activities, movement, even their thoughts, and people will be eating bugs and lab-grown meat in a combined effort to help the planet achieve carbon neutrality.

In the wake of the Covid plandemic in 2020, Schwab and the WEF released a new book and agenda called “The Great Reset,” where they saw this major global crisis not as a tragedy but as a “narrow window of opportunity” to radically transform the world into what they claim is for the better.

One of the biggest pushers of this dystopian nightmare is His Royal Highness King Charles, whose coronation is set for May 6.

But progress toward this new and better world that Charles talks about is not moving fast enough to meet his expectations and the expectations of the WEF and the United Nations.

Last week the WEF released a post saying that “civic participation is key to meeting UN sustainability targets” to fulfill “Agenda 2030.”

The WEF wrote:

“Attacks on civil society and civic freedoms threaten to unravel achievements in meeting the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). They are weakening action to tackle economic inequality, gender imbalances, corruption and environmental degradation.”

In September a special 2023 SDG Summit is planned to discuss these shortfalls in meeting these 17 SDGs, calling the forum meeting “enormously significant,” as a plethora of world leaders are expected to be in attendance.

It really is amusing listening to the globalists drone on about the world’s problems and how they have everybody’s best interests at heart. Gender imbalances? These are the same people encouraging young children to be confused about what their gender even is. Environmental degradation? These are the folks who want all vehicles, all appliances, everything to run off of power generated by the electric grid, which cannot even sustain the current level of power needs, let alone if we all traded our gas-powered cars and gas stoves for electric ones.

Speaking of King Charles, there is news this week about his public coronation set for May 6.

The Irish Times reports there are plans to ask the public to pledge their allegiance to the King during the coronation. Such demands have been branded by a British republican group as “offensive, tone deaf and a gesture that holds the people in contempt.”

Charles’s coronation will include the first Homage of the People – a modern addition to the ancient ceremony that will see people across the UK and overseas realms invited to swear a public oath of allegiance to Charles.

Graham Smith, a spokesman for Republic, which campaigns for the abolition of the monarchy and its replacement with a directly elected head of state, said: “In a democracy it is the head of state who should be swearing allegiance to the people, not the other way around. This kind of nonsense should have died with [Queen] Elizabeth I, not outlived Elizabeth II.”

Zero Hedge reports that despite a growing number of ways to pay in shops, restaurants or online, cash remains the most widespread method of payment in many countries.

As Statista's Katharina Buchholz details, while some nations in Western and Northern Europe as well as in the Americas and Oceania have shifted to more card payments, much of Asia and Africa continues to run on cash.

There are also notable examples among highly developed nations to the card payment trend: In Germany, 73 percent most recently said they had paid in cash in the past 12 months, while only 56 percent had used debit cards and only 18 percent had used mobile phones for payment. The results of the survey were similar in Austria, Poland, Italy and Spain as well as Japan - another stronghold of cash payments.

According to Statista's Consumer Insights, respondents in English-speaking nations, in Scandinavian and Benelux countries as well as in Brazil, Chile, South Korea, Russia and France preferred card payments.

Despite popular belief, debit cards were more popular than credit cards in the U.S. and also across most other nations. Denmark, France and South Korea emerged as the biggest credit card lovers among the 38 nationalities in the survey and were the only ones using the type of payment more than all others methods.

The U.S. was also not the biggest nation of check users in the survey.

While 13 percent of Americans said they had used them in the past 12 months, this was topped by 14 percent of Swiss people, 16 percent of Indians and 20 percent of French respondents.

The only country in the survey where mobile payments had overtaken all other payment types was China, where 67 percent had used their phones to pay in the past year. India, Indonesia and Nigeria were three more countries with high rates of phone payments - in the case of India and Indonesia even overtaking debit cards.

In a bid to reduce carbon emissions and become more carbon neutral by 2030 and even more carbon free by 2050, something called the California Air Resources Board, CARB for short, has enacted a policy that will phase out traditional diesel-fueled trains and locomotives of all kinds by 2030.

The San Francisco Chronicle  explained how this new rule will function:

“Under the new regulations, zero-emissions models will be required for all switch, industrial and passenger locomotives built after 2030 and for all freight line locomotives built after 2035. Any non-zero emissions locomotive that is 23 years old or more will not be allowed to operate in the state past 2030.”

The Chronicle’s article further explains that:

“The regulations also require train operators to open a spending account by July 2024 that they must deposit into every year to purchase or lease cleaner diesel trains and buy zero-emissions infrastructure. Operators that generate more pollutants are required to deposit more into the spending account, and the amount required to be deposited would also increase every year.”

CARB introduced these proposals in June of last year, which, more specifically, will also add a smattering of new regulations as early as 2024. According to CARB this will include things like reducing the idling time of locomotives, though some exceptions have been baked into the scheme and if undefined emergencies arise. The state will also fund and set up special spending accounts to have companies and railroads make the transition.

The American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association has previously “expressed concerns that the costs to implement the new rules would be cost prohibitive for some short line railroads, with estimates of between $5 million and $7 million for each new compliant locomotive,” FreightWaves noted.

Other groups have questioned how this will work for interstate travel since most of these trains flow in and out of the state.

The Short Line Regional Railroad Association said in an April 2021 statement to CARB:

“The result of such a destabilization would be California shippers cut off from rail service, impacting their cost structure and ability to compete effectively in the U.S. and world economies.”

Geoffrey Hinton, who alongside two other so-called “Godfathers of AI” won the 2018 Turing Award for their foundational work that led to the surge in artificial intelligence, now says a part of him regrets his life’s work. 

Hinton recently quit his job at Google in order to speak freely about the risks of AI, according to an interview with the 75-year-old technocrat in The New York Times.

Hinton, who had been employed by Google for more than a decade, said:

“I console myself with the normal excuse: If I hadn’t done it, somebody else would have. It is hard to see how you can prevent the bad actors from using it for bad things.”

Hinton notified Google of his resignation last month, and on Thursday talked to CEO Sundar Pichai directly, according to the NYT. Details of that discussion were not disclosed.

The life-long academic joined Google after it acquired a company started by Hinton and two of his students, one of whom went on to become chief scientist at OpenAI. Hinton and his students had developed a neural network that taught itself to identify common objects like dogs, cats, and flowers after analyzing thousands of photos. It’s this work that ultimately led to the creation of ChatGPT and Google Bard.

According to the NYT interview, Hinton was happy with Google’s stewardship of the technology until Microsoft launched the new OpenAI-infused Bing, challenging Google’s core business and sparking a “code red” response inside the search giant. Such fierce competition might be impossible to stop, Hinton says, resulting in a world with so much fake imagery and text that nobody will be able to tell “what is true anymore.”

The National Pulse reports that Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida recounted on Tuesday how a “resistance” activist and Joe Biden donor assaulted him and his wife while they attended a wine and food festival in Walton, Florida.

Gaetz said in a statement:

“This past Saturday my wife Ginger and I attended the South Walton Beaches Wine and Food Festival…we were enjoying catching up with new friends and old, and folks recognized me, and so we were taking pictures and having polite conversations. And as I was chatting with one gentleman, a lady threw a drink on the both of us. She was promptly arrested. I want to thank the folks at the Walton County Sheriff’s office who ensured that this did not escalate and that everyone is kept safe.”

The assailant is believed to be Selena Jo Chambers, 41 years old, who has since locked all her social media accounts.

Rep. Gaetz’s video on the incident asserts that Chambers is a “resistance” writer, Joe Biden donor, and even potentially an occultist.

And I think we should anticipate more leftwing violence against conservative Americans as long as we have an FBI and many big-city prosecutors giving them a wink and a nod to escalate their attacks. In this case, however, that’s unlikely to happen given that the attack took place in a conservative Florida area.

Liberty Counsel has received a $950,000 settlement check from the City of Tampa as compensation for the city’s illegal counseling ban that prevented licensed counselors from providing voluntary talk therapy to minors seeking help to reduce or eliminate their unwanted same-sex attractions, behaviors, or confused gender identity. On April 6, the Tampa City Council unanimously passed the resolution approving the $950,000 settlement to Liberty Counsel.

In Vazzo v. City of Tampa, Liberty Counsel represented marriage and family therapist Robert Vazzo and his minor clients, as well as the Christian ministry, New Hearts Outreach Tampa Bay.

On February 2, 2023, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Tampa ordinance that prohibited licensed counselors from providing voluntary talk therapy to minors is unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

The ruling is based on Liberty Counsel’s earlier victory in Otto v. City of Boca Raton in which the 11th Circuit previously ruled that similar bans preventing counselors from helping their clients in Palm Beach County and the City of Boca Raton were also unconstitutional restrictions on free speech.

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “Counselors and clients now have the freedom to choose the counsel of their choice and be free of political censorship from government-mandated speech as a result of this victory. The government has no business eavesdropping inside the counseling rooms, and the city has no authority to enact a local counseling regulation. Any city that tries to enact such a ban will face the same consequences.”

En Volve reports that it is now against the law for citizens of Ireland to view or share any content that is not considered mainstream media on their mobile phones or personal computers, as a new law just passed through the Irish legislature.

Because of the new legislation, anyone who views or shares content that has been labeled as “hateful” by independent fact-checkers could face prison sentences for their participation in the viewing or sharing of that content.

Naturally, the bill does not provide a definition for “hate speech,” but it does give legal weight to the most recent definitions of gender. Now, a prison sentence is a real possibility for any deviations.

The West has lost its way, “lost its Christian roots,” reports En Volve, adding that “this is the result.”

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary. 

Weeks before Tucker Carlson was fired from Fox News, Fox Corp. chairman Rupert Murdoch spoke privately with one of Carlson’s favorite on-air targets, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to a new report.

The report Sunday from Semafor did not suggest Carlson was fired by Fox News as a direct result of him opposing U.S. involvement in Ukraine’s war with Russia, something he had done for more than a year.

However, it adds to a series of reports indicating that everything from the way Carlson spoke about religion to private messages revealed during discovery in a lawsuit collectively put distance between Carlson and the overlords of Fox, who are clearly globalist in their vision of the world.

Say what you want about Carlson, but he is not a globalist.

The report said Zelenskyy’s conversation with Murdoch this spring came along with one with his son, Lachlan Murdoch, who directly oversees Fox News, on March 15.

Semafor reported that although Ukrainian officials had made their concerns about Carlson’s opposition to U.S. aid for Ukraine clear to Fox executives, “Zelenskyy did not raise it on the calls with the Murdochs, according to one person familiar with the details of the calls.”

So the article relies on one person’s version of what was said on these calls and seems to contradict itself, telling us that “Ukrainian officials” made it clear they were very unhappy with Tucker’s coverage of the Russia-Ukraine war but we are supposed to believe that nothing was said on the phone calls about this between Zelenskyy and the Murdochs. 

However those conversations went down, Fox News clearly got the message from Ukraine, and likely also from powerful members of the U.S. deep state: Tucker Carlson was the one black sheep in the Fox family who could not be trusted to further the U.S. government narrative about America’s role in fomenting war in Eastern Europe. He had to go. And the sooner the better, because while the war in Ukraine has temporarily dropped out of the day’s top news headlines in the mainstream media, it’s getting ready to heat back up. And it’s looking more and more like the U.S. plan is to expand that war beyond Ukraine’s borders. No dissenting voices, certainly not one as big as Tucker Carlson’s, could be tolerated as the push toward World War III continues.
