A federal judge has ruled Oregon’s voter-approved gun control measure – one of the toughest in the nation – is constitutional.

U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut ruled that banning so-called “large capacity magazines” and requiring a permit to purchase a gun falls in line with “the nation’s history and tradition of regulating uniquely dangerous features of weapons and firearms to protect public safety,” Oregon Public Broadcasting reported.

The decision comes after a landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision on the Second Amendment that has upended gun laws across the country, dividing judges over what firearm restrictions can remain on the books. The ruling said gun laws must be consistent with the “historical tradition of firearm regulation.”

Oregon voters in November narrowly passed Measure 114, which requires residents to undergo safety training and a background check to obtain a permit to buy a gun.

The Oregon legislation also bans the sale, transfer or import of gun magazines with more than 10 rounds unless they are owned by law enforcement or a military member or were owned before the measure’s passage.

Large-capacity magazines “are not commonly used for self-defense, and are therefore not protected by the Second Amendment,” Immergut wrote. 

That, of course, is a lie. 

“Large-capacity magazines” refer to what? 40 rounds? 30 rounds? 20 rounds, or 10? That in itself is subjective and subject to continuous change on the whim of bureaucrats and politicians. That’s of course what we’ve seen is the pattern in other countries, where they ban magazines over 20 rounds and then come back later and make it 15, then 10, then 5. Before you know it, the law-abiding public is left with a single-shot rifle or shotgun. Anything more than that is seen as “not commonly used for self-defense,” while the police and militarized federal agents walk around with high-grade military weapons. 

The latest ruling in U.S. District Court is likely to be appealed, potentially moving all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Oregon measure’s fate has been carefully watched as one of the first new gun-control bills passed since the Supreme Court ruling last June.

A new survey reveals that almost half of the millennials polled, those aged between 25-34, think that referring to a transgender person by the wrong pronouns should be a criminal offense.

The survey, by Redfield & Wilton Strategies for Newsweek, polled 1,500 eligible voters in the United States.

Newsweek reports that according to the survey, 44 percent of those aged 25-34 think “referring to someone by the wrong gender pronoun (he/him, she/her) should be a criminal offense,” versus just 31 percent who disagree. The remainder “neither agree nor disagree” or “don’t know.”

This view remains popular for those aged 35-44, among whom 38 percent think misgendering should be illegal, while 35 percent disagree and 26 percent either don’t know or didn’t express an opinion.

However, the figure for millennials contrasts starkly with that for Americans as a whole, among whom just 19 percent want misgendering to be a criminal offense, while 65 percent disagree, 12 percent “neither agree nor disagree” and four percent answered “don’t know.”

Former Vice President Mike Pence’s presidential campaign is failing so badly that he is unlikely to hit the donor threshold required to participate in the first GOP debate.

To make it to the debate stage, a candidate must have 40,000 donors — which Pence has not hit.

According to a report from the New York Times, who says they spoke to two campaign aides, Pence’s campaign has raised just $1.2 million.

To put that figure into perspective, former President Donald Trump has raised $35 million in the second quarter, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has raised $20 million.

Pence’s team seems to be putting in very little effort to try and qualify.

The Times report states:

“Unlike other candidates who have employed online gimmicks to secure 40,000 donors, Mr. Pence has invested little in seeking out contributors on the internet. His campaign has spent just $14,230 in advertising on Facebook and Google, according to data collected by Bully Pulpit Interactive, a marketing and communications agency, a figure that is one-fortieth of what has been spent on those platforms by Vivek Ramaswamy, a political newcomer who joined the race in February.”

The report added:

“In an admission of its struggle to raise money online, the Pence campaign plans to spend a large bulk of what it has raised on a robust direct-mail program aimed at helping him accrue enough donors to qualify for the first debate.”

European Parliament Member Christine Anderson of Germany issued a stark warning to the United Nations World Health Organization in its drive to transfer sovereignty from nations to the WHO.

She said those who do not respect the people and do not respect democracy, “they will be exposed, each and every one of them, by name, because guess what, there are elections coming up, and the people might be interested in who is responsible for the abolition of democracy.”

Financing the war in Ukraine is the “single best” way to aid the global economy, U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said Sunday.

Yellen said boosting emerging economies and tackling debt distress also have their role to play alongside sending billions in taxpayer dollars to Kiev in its war with Russia over what amounts to a border dispute.

AFP reported Yellen used the sidelines of a G20 finance ministers’ summit in India to reveal she would “push back” on criticism there was a tradeoff between aid to Ukraine and developing nations.

“Ending this war is first and foremost a moral imperative,” she told reporters in Gandhinagar. “But it’s also the single best thing we can do for the global economy.”

Her comments on Ukraine aid came one week after former Vice President Mike Pence said during an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday that defending Ukraine is in the best interest of the U.S., even though it is not “our war.”

Since the war began, the Biden administration and the U.S. Congress have steered some $80 billion in assistance to Ukraine, which includes humanitarian, financial, and military support. Think of how far that would have gone toward, say, building a border wall, or aiding disabled veterans. But instead, it’s going into Ukraine and defending that country’s border, with of course untold millions getting skimmed off the top by corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said in an interview published Sunday that Russia has a “sufficient stockpile” of cluster munitions, and warned that Russia “reserves the right to take reciprocal action” if Ukraine uses the controversial weapons.

In his first comments on the delivery of cluster munitions to Ukraine from the U.S., Putin said that Russia has not used cluster bombs in its war in Ukraine so far.

The use of cluster bombs by both Russia and Ukraine has been widely alleged international humanitarian organizations, but Putin denies his nation has used these bomblets that have been banned by more than 120 nations for the injuries and deaths they cause to civilian populations, especially children.

Putin said, “Until now, we have not done this, we have not used it, and we have not had such a need.”

Rossiya TV reporter Pavel Zarubin published excerpts of the interview to his Telegram channel Sunday ahead of a scheduled broadcast Sunday night.

The Pentagon said Thursday that cluster munitions provided by the United States had arrived in Ukraine.

The munitions, which are bombs that open in the air and release scores of smaller bomblets, are seen by the U.S. as a way to get Kiev critically needed ammunition to help bolster its offensive and push through Russian front lines at a time when the U.S. has depleted its stockpiles of 155-millimeter artillery shells. 

U.S. leaders debated the thorny issue for months before Joe Biden made the final decision last week to send Ukraine cluster bombs.

Cluster bombs have long been criticized by humanitarian groups, and many U.S. allies, because those used in previous conflicts have had a high “dud rate,” meaning that they often leave behind unexploded bomblets that can harm civilians for months, sometimes years after a battle has ended.

American Military News reports that the Biden administration is objecting to a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act that would remove racial considerations from military promotions and would allow the U.S. military to promote individuals based on whomever is the best candidate for a specific job.

According to The New York Post, the merit-based military promotion provision in the National Defense Authorization Act would require promotions to be determined “on the basis of merit in order to advance those individuals who exhibit the talent and abilities necessary to promote the national security of the United States.”

In the White House’s Statement of Administration Policy, the Office of Management and Budget presented a list of eight policy measures that President Joe Biden’s administration opposes, including the merit clause, which would effectively reverse the president’s diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility policies in the military.

The Office of Management and Budget stated, “The administration strongly opposes the House’s sweeping attempts to eliminate the [Defense Department’s] longstanding DEIA efforts and related initiatives to promote a cohesive and inclusive force,” adding, “DoD’s strategic advantage in a complex global security environment is the diverse and dynamic talent pool from which we draw.”

In addition to the merit-based military promotion clause, House Republicans proposed bans on funding for drag shows and critical race theory, preventing Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin from “appointing or employing a military or civilian employee whose duties include diversity, equity, and inclusion” to a senior-level rank, and removing the Pentagon’s DEI chief position. The White House has opposed each of those provisions.

Muslim parents living in Mississauga, Ontario have decided they have had enough with the Canadian government’s push of gender ideology on schoolchildren, and are taking to the streets to make their voices heard. 

In exclusive footage captured by The Post Millennial’s Beth Baisch, repeated chants of “leave our kids alone,” could be heard as a group of Canadians, most but not all of whom were Muslim, were seen marching down a sidewalk Saturday while holding Canadian flags and various signs.

Trudeau responded by telling the parents they were being used by “far right Americans.”

In anticipation of the demonstrations by the predominantly Muslim crowd, Mississauga's mayor set up police officers ahead of the event. Canadian media referred to it as an upcoming “anti-pride” protest.

According to Mississauga Mayor Bonnie Crombie, the Muslim’s protest against their children being indoctrinated by gender ideology represented an event that “seek[s] to promote discrimination or undermine the rights and dignity of our 2SLGBTQI+ community.”

The nation of Ethiopia has announced it will make it mandatory for every citizen to have a national World Bank-authorized digital ID in order to use banking services in the country.

Over a week ago the United Nations’ World Food Program demanded that biometric checkpoints be implemented to alleviate the problem of theft before they will deliver further food supplies.

The National Bank of Ethiopia announced earlier this week that the national digital ID known as “Fayda” will be mandatory for all citizens in order to use national banking services.

The National ID Program explained the move in a press release last Monday, which states:

“The first initiative is set to onboard all financial sector customers onto the digital ID platform in the upcoming fiscal year, offering a more robust and secure financial ecosystem for all parties. The purpose of this initiative will not only benefit the existing customer base, but will increase financial inclusion by removing barriers to entry.”

As such, a Digital ID will serve as a primary Bank ID and will have legal acceptance in all financial institutions.

According to the release, this new digital ID platform “can serve as a basis for new digital products,” all but pointing to the soon-to-be-released central bank digital currencies.

The implementation of this National ID as a Bank ID in Ethiopia will not only help the finance sector, it will also accelerate the country’s transition toward more transparency and inclusion serving as a key pillar for national development plans and journey towards a digital economy, the press release said.

Just days before this announcement the government’s National ID Program began accepting registrations at eight different banks.

Biometric Update  noted, “Ethiopia is implementing a World Bank-supported MOSIP-based digital ID project which intends to have all eligible citizens enrolled by 2025. The country also recently contracted IrisGuard to support benefits payments to citizens with iris biometrics.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

The Covid-19 vaccines have been at the center of a heated debate since their introduction, with many questions and concerns raised about their safety and effectiveness.

Speculation has also been rife that the Covid-19 injections may contain traces of graphene oxide, a highly toxic and conductive substance.

Medicine regulators, with the support of the mainstream media, have repeatedly denied these claims.

But they were lying to you.

The Exposé reports that recent evidence has emerged that confirms the presence of graphene oxide, a highly toxic and conductive substance, in the Pfizer vaccine. And this evidence has come from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which has been forced to publish the confidential Pfizer documents by order of a federal court.

The FDA had initially attempted to delay the release of Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine safety data for 75 years, despite approving the injection after only 108 days of a safety review on December 11th, 2020.

However, a group of scientists and medical researchers sued the FDA under the Freedom of Information Act to force the release of hundreds of thousands of documents related to the licensing of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.

In early January 2022, Federal Judge Mark Pittman ordered the FDA to release 55,000 pages per month, and since then, PHMPT has posted all of the documents on its website as they have been published.

One of the most recent documents published by the FDA confirms the use of graphene oxide in the manufacturing process of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.

The document is a description of a study carried out by Pfizer between April 7th and August 19th, 2020, with the objective being “to express and characterize the vaccine antigen encoded by BNT162b2.”

In layman’s terms, the study was conducted to determine how the vaccine works. The study found that the vaccine used mRNA to instruct your cells to produce a protein (called P2 S), which is the Spike protein of the alleged Covid-19 virus.

The millions of spike proteins then bind to a receptor called ACE2 on the surface of your cells, inducing an immune system response.

But what is most interesting about the study is that it confirms on page 7 that reduced graphene oxide is required to manufacture the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine because it is needed as a base for the lipid nanoparticles.

This is what you call willful and reckless disregard for the safety of your product. Of course, both Pfizer and Moderna knew they had nothing to worry about because the vaccine was militarized and released to the public as an “emergency” treatment. Any harm caused by these vaccines could not result in liability for the manufacturers. And we have our government to blame for that.
