In a stunning move, Zero Hedge reports the Biden administration is planning to appeal the federal court ruling that lifted the COVID mask mandate on airplanes and other modes of public transportation.

Just a little more than 24 hours after most major airlines and airports (and ground transportation) had dropped their mask rules, the Biden administration and its bureaucratic deep-state buddies at the Centers for Disease Control announced they’re not going to accept the court decision that struck down the mandate just a couple of weeks before it was due to expire on May 3.

Legal scholar Jonathan Turley offered some insight before the actual decision was made to appeal if CDC thinks it necessary:

“The Administration is going to have a hard time making this cat walk backwards. The cheering of passengers and pilots seemed as much as a communication to the Administration as it was a celebration. A large number of airlines immediately declared the mandate to be dead and unenforceable. It is like throwing a retirement party for an employee before they have decided to go. It is a tad awkward to express doubts when someone is showing you the door.”

But, given all that pent up public relief and celebration, Biden’s handlers decided to challenge the court ruling anyway as long as the CDC deems masks are still necessary, which of course they will because the CDC wants Americans forever in masks as a sign of obedience and submission to the new biosecurity state that has been empowered by Covid-19.

Russia on Wednesday test-launched a new intercontinental ballistic missile, the Sarmat, according to Interfax citing the Russian defense ministry.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a statement which accompanied the announcement that the new Sarmat missile would provide “food for thought for those who try to threaten Russia.” 

He congratulated the armed forces on the successful test launch. According to another translation, he said that the Sarmat will “make the madmen who attempt to threaten Russia think.”

The Russian Defense Ministry said:

“Sarmat is the most powerful missile with the biggest hitting range in the world. It will significantly strengthen the combat power of the Russian strategic nuclear armed forces.”

The test took place at the Plesetsk spaceport, which lies about 800 kilometers north of Moscow.

According to a state media description from Sputnik News, “The missile was developed as a replacement for the ICBM R-36M2 (the NATO Reporting Name is SS-18 Satan). It is expected to be effective in destroying enemy strategic targets around the globe with kinetic impact energy and without the use of the nuclear warhead.”

Disney, one of the most woke companies in America, is about to suffer a corporate black eye in its battle with Floridians who support family values.

The Florida Senate voted Wednesday to end Disney’s special taxing district as payback for the corporate behemoth’s political activism in opposition to the state’s new sex-education law.

Disney has been flexing its corporate muscles in a crusade to quash Florida’s new Parental Rights in Education law, which bans teachers from sharing their sexual identities and sexual preferences with students in kindergarten through third grades. Disney thought that was a horrible idea and stands in favor of teachers being allowed to talk about their perverted sexual relationships in a classroom setting.

Now the Florida legislature is getting involved with a new bill to yank Disney’s preferential status as an autonomous zone.

If passed by the House and signed by Governor DeSantis, the new bill would eliminate the unique autonomous status Disney has enjoyed in Florida ever since it built a massive theme park in the state more than 50 years ago.

According to the Washington Times, the GOP-led Senate’s vote to end the Reedy Creek Improvement District comes just one day after Governor DeSantis announced he was calling on the legislature, meeting this week in a special session, to take up a measure ending Disney’s corporate perks.

The Republican-led House was expected to pass the measure later this week and send it to DeSantis for his signature.

Score this one as a win for the decent people of Florida and throughout the U.S., many of which canceled their subscriptions to Disney’s entertainment products and vowed never to visit its theme parks again. When that happens en force, the politicians take note, and at least in this case, they decided to act.

We have another story to report tonight that would indicate Americans may have had enough of perverted entertainment companies and their woke ideology. It’s not just Disney that’s been exposed recently as no longer worthy of support by those who hold Christian family values.

The streaming service Netflix reported this week that in the first quarter of 2022, it lost 200,000 subscribers — its first subscriber loss in over a decade – while its stock value plummeted more than 20 percent.

And its losses are expected to continue, as Netflix predicted a global paid subscriber loss of 2 million for the second quarter, according to a report by Tech Crunch.

The stunning reversal comes after the company had told its shareholders it expected to add 2.5 million net subscribers during the first quarter, compared with 4 million in the same quarter a year ago. Analysts had been expecting 2.7 million subscribers.

The surprise decline brought Netflix’s total subscriber base to 221.6 million, down from 221.8 million in the prior quarter.

Netflix pointed to everything from password sharing to the war in Ukraine to the competitive landscape, inflation worries and even Covid to explain why it was losing subscribers.

One thing it did not mention as contributing to its woes was the fact that many Americans canceled their Netflix subscriptions after the company decided to air a film called “Cuties,” which many saw as exploitive of pre-teen girls, presenting them in skimpy outfits and suggestive dance routines.

Netflix shares declined by 23 percent in after-market trading Wednesday after it announced the poor results. The sell-off eliminated $30 billion in Netflix market value.

President Trump appointees Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett joined the Supreme Court's left flank in rejecting an emergency appeal from an Air Force Reserve officer who was punished for his refusal to take the COVID-19 gene-therapy injection.

World Net Daily reports that Lt. Col. Jonathan Dunn was appealing to the high court after the Air Force rejected his request for a religious exemption and removed him from command.

Dunn argued in an April 9 emergency appeal that he “acquired natural immunity to the disease” after contracting COVID-19 last summer. Further, he “has sincere religious objections to the COVID-19 vaccine.”

Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Trump appointee Neil Gorsuch said they would have granted the request to temporarily halt Dunn's punishment while the case continued.

The Pentagon began implementing its vaccine mandate for all service members last August.

This is the latest in a line of Supreme Court decisions that expose Barrett and Kavanaugh as reliable votes tilting the court in favor of forced vaccines.

The high court ruled in March against 35 Navy SEALs who challenged the vaccine mandate. In that case, the same trio of Justices Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch sided with the SEALs while Barrett and Kavanaugh sided with the hardcore leftists on the court.

WND reports that Alito wrote in his opinion: the officers "appear to have been treated shabbily by the Navy, and the Court brushes all that aside."

Kavanaugh claimed he had a "simple overarching reason" for siding with the majority.

"Under Article II of the Constitution, the President of the United States, not any federal judge, is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces," he wrote.

Under Kavanaugh’s reasoning, Americans who sign up for military service apparently sign away all of their constitutional rights, right down to their bodily autonomy.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton reacted on Twitter to the rejection of Dunn's appeal.

"Justices Kavanaugh and Barrett have too often refused to step up to defend the civil rights of citizens being abused by vindictive and abusive vaccine mandates," he wrote.

The European Union is reportedly set to announce next week that it will impose a full embargo on Russian oil, a move that is expected to send global oil prices above $185 a barrel, according to a forecast by JP Morgan.

Reuters reported that the EU wanted to wait until after this weekend’s election in France before moving forward with the embargo, knowing that the resulting spike in fuel prices would lessen the chances of globalist Emmanuel Macron winning re-election.

“Why wait until after the election to launch the embargo? Simple: Europe's bureaucrats are correctly terrified that the coming oil price spike would push the vote in Le Pen's favor, which is why Europe will wait until after the election (when Macron will supposedly be the next president of France, as Belgium hopes) to announce it publicly.”

As we reported about a week ago, a tech company is rolling out a microchip that can be implanted in people’s hands with the goal of making contactless payments – no credit or debit card or even a cellphone is needed.

Now we have a few more details and a video to share.

London-based Walletmor said the chip will work with the digital wallet app called Purewrist app. After downloading the app, users will go to a specialist to have a chip installed in their hands that would act in conjunction with the app and businesses that use the app, reports Fox 2 in Detroit.

According to Fox 2, “Once users are completely set up with the microchip and app, they can make payments using the funds in their accounts. 

“The skin incision for the implant is about 7 millimeters long, and the procedure to inject the implant under the skin takes about 4 minutes.”

Take a look at the company’s promotional video and pay attention to how people will be sold on this new technology. They will be sold, well, like almost every other new technology gets sold: It’s “safe, secure and convenient!”

The implant itself costs $299, according to the company’s website. 

The company’s founder and CEO Wojtek Paprota told the BBC, “The implant can be used to pay for a drink on the beach in Rio, a coffee in New York, a haircut in Paris - or at your local grocery store. It can be used wherever contactless payments are accepted.”

And most Americans, especially the millennials and Gen Zers, will eat it up.

The Daily Caller is reporting in an exclusive article that the top Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is demanding that Twitter preserve all communications related to its October 2020 decision to ban a New York Post story based on materials from Hunter Biden’s laptop.

The New York Post published a story on Oct. 14, 2020, reporting a meeting between Hunter Biden, a top Burisma Energy executive, and Joe Biden based off of emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop. Twitter locked the New York Post out of its account and refused to reinstate the outlet unless it deleted tweets promoting the story. The social media giant cited its hacked materials policy, despite no proof that the laptop was hacked by any entity.

That decision may come back to haunt the Twitter elites who believe they have been knighted as gatekeepers over what Americans are allowed to see and think.

Congressman James Comer of Kentucky wrote a letter dated April 20 to Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, a copy of which was obtained by the Daily Caller. Comer wrote:

“This suppression of information on Twitter occurred during a critical time in the vetting process of presidential candidates and may have influenced the electoral process. The American people have a right to know the policies and decision-makers responsible for suppressing certain views and information on Twitter.”

Jack Dorsey, then the head of Twitter, described the ban as a “mistake” during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in November 2020.

“We recognize it as a mistake that we made, both in terms of the intention of the policy and also the enforcement action of not allowing people to share it publicly or privately,” he testified.

He is instructing Twitter to preserve all electronic documents produced since Jan. 1, 2020, related to Hunter Biden’s laptop. Comer also requests that Twitter contact former employees and contractors who may have access to documents related to the laptop as part of the preservation process.

“We know Hunter Biden is a walking ethical and national security nightmare. The President’s son’s laptop is only the tip of the iceberg and even Twitter knows it. Big Tech’s decision-makers and their policies shouldn’t be hiding behind closed doors. The American people have a right to know who is responsible for censoring credible stories and the preservation of Twitter’s decision-making processes will help determine whether Big Tech is attempting to influence our electoral process,” Comer told the Daily Caller.

Rhode Island Democrats want to punish the parents of children who refused to submit to the COVID vaccine mandates in public schools.

If passed, the bill will financially cripple families by doubling their personal income tax and requiring them to pay a monthly fine of $50.

State Senator Samuel Bell is the main sponsor of the bill, which mandates all Rhode Island residents, workers, and taxpayers receive a COVID-19 vaccine as well as any subsequent boosters that the state’s director of the department of health shall require, reports YourNews.com.

The law will apply to every person “of at least 16 years of age” as well as every person “under 16 years of age” and over 10 years of age.

The bill includes a very strict standard that must be met for exemptions.

According to YourNews.com, “Parents will need to have three different doctors state on record that the child is ‘not fit for immunization’ and the child themselves will have to place their signature on the form.

“The state’s department of health will then be vested with the power to investigate each individual case and, without details provided as to how the determination might be made, may summarily reject the petition and reinstate monetary penalties on the minor’s guardians.”

This sounds like a bill Communist China would be proud of.

If it’s possible to report a story more bizarre and frightening than the one we just mentioned in Rhode Island, try this one on for size. It comes to us from New Jersey and it’s the subject of our nightly commentary.

A biological man who identifies as a woman and was being housed in a women’s-only prison in New Jersey has impregnated two of the inmates in that corrections facility. Some people are asking how this could happen, but it’s pretty much the norm across all 50 states now where so-called “trans women,” who are nothing more than men pretending to be women, are being housed with actual women, putting those women in danger of sexual abuse.

Tucker Carlson interviewed an author who predicted this would happen more than five years ago.

That author went on to explain how the entire medical establishment has been captured by activists associated with trans ideology. It happened quickly, within a couple of years, which should give us all pause. If the medical community, made up of people who are supposed to be committed to science and objective reason, can be sold on the idea that there is no such thing as biological gender, what can’t they be sold on?

What’s the next perversion of truth that they will accept, either because of financial incentives or punishing threats of losing their licenses? Will it be pedophilia? I think that’s a good bet. And it won’t stop there, either.
