Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

We start off tonight with the latest sign of digital IDs sweeping the world.

The nation of Kazakhstan has partnered with the United Nations Development Program in rolling out a new digital ID that offers social welfare programs.

Powered by AI, it’s called the Digital Family Card, and it’s capable of gathering data on families right down to the household level.

While the Digital Family Card was first introduced in 2022, it received next to no conversation in the media. But it was unveiled to the world last week before the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals Summit in New York City.

Here is the U.N.’s promotional video on its new partnership with the government of Kazakhstan.

This project sounds like a massive data-collection exercise meant to entice families with welfare goodies and make them dependent on the state for all their needs.

The idea appears to be to get people hooked on these digital benefits, and only after the masses are fully engaged and addicted, they will then be informed about the dark side of being the state’s digital slave. They will be penalized for having a low social-credit score. This is the same system already rolled out in China and now being introduced to one country after another.

On September 17 at the UN General Assembly meeting in New York, Kazakhstan’s minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace presented the Digital Family Card to the assembly, boasting about how the government created a “data lake” comprised of 18 different data points from their millions of families, which include things like their pensions, taxes, real estate registry, health records, and so forth.

She stated:

“We can monitor social and economic conditions, home conditions, healthcare, education, and others. We are now able to identify family problems that need to be addressed.”

Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) announced Wednesday he will hold up any funding bill to keep the government open past September 30 if it includes funding for the war in Ukraine.

Paul wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter:

“Today I’m putting congressional leadership & @POTUS on notice that I will oppose any effort to hold the federal government hostage for Ukraine funding. I will not consent to expedited passage of any spending measure that provides any more U.S. aid to Ukraine.”

That means if Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) wants to add Ukraine money to a stopgap measure to fund federal departments and agencies, he would have to go through the time-consuming process of filing cloture and scheduling a vote to end debate on the bill, which would take a few days.  

The country faces a government shutdown if Congress doesn’t pass what’s known as a continuing resolution to keep the government open past September 30.

The problem Schumer faces is that Speaker Kevin McCarthy hasn’t been able to muster up enough votes in the House to pass a continuing resolution and send it to the Senate.  

The impasse in the House is holding up action in the Senate, giving Paul leverage to threaten Ukraine funding.  

Joe Biden has requested $24 billion in military and humanitarian aid for Ukraine. This is on top of the more than $100 billion already sent to Ukraine’s corrupt government. 

Schumer on Tuesday declined to say whether he would add Ukraine funding and disaster assistance to the continuing resolution but observed the package would need support from Democrats and Republicans.

President Donald Trump waded into the House Republicans’ internal battle over an impending government shutdown, including a controversial continuing resolution, which House GOP members call the “CR.”

While some Republicans are divided on how to approach the heated negotiations in Congress, President Trump made his message clear, pushing the GOP to “defund” the government led by “Crooked Joe Biden.”

On Truth Social, Trump wrote, “A very important deadline is approaching at the end of the month. Republicans in Congress can and must defund all aspects of Crooked Joe Biden’s weaponized Government that refuses to close the Border, and treats half the Country as Enemies of the State.”

The president also explained that this was “the last chance to defund these political prosecutions against me and other Patriots.”

The CR would allow the federal government to remain in operation until October, although there would be some cuts in spending, according to Right Side Broadcasting Network.

On X, Rep. Matt Gaetz reiterated the president’s stance on the negotiations, writing, “Trump Opposes the Continuing Resolution. Hold the line.”

Trump ally and likely Arizona U.S. Senate candidate Kari Lake noted, “I agree with President Donald Trump…Please continue to hold the line!”

The CDC knew it was lying when it said the Covid injections were safe for pregnant and nursing women.

According to the CDC, vaccination during pregnancy benefits the baby, and “reports have shown that breastfeeding people who have received mRNA COVID-19 vaccines have antibodies in their breastmilk, which could help protect their babies.”

And it wasn’t just the CDC telling women this lie. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology repeatedly urged pregnant and breastfeeding women to get vaccinated.

There was no reason to worry, experts said, because injected mRNA stays in the arm and does not travel around the body. 

“It is unlikely that the vaccine lipid would enter the bloodstream and reach breast tissue,” the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine assured mothers in a statement on December 14, 2020. “If it does, it is even less likely that either the intact nanoparticle or mRNA transfer into milk.”

But now a new study reveals that this was always a lie.

The New York University medical school study, published September 19th, in The Lancet journal, collected breast milk samples from “13 lactating, healthy, post-partum women before and after COVID-19 mRNA vaccination,” a population “largely excluded from most vaccine clinical trials.”

Ten of the 20 vaccine “exposures” had detectable mRNA, concentrated in the extracellular vesicles, though they “neither expressed SARS-COV-2 spike protein nor induced its expression” in the cell line used by the researchers. 

And the mRNA retained 12 to 25% of its “original integrity.”

Just the News reports that the CDC did not answer inquiries for its defense of one-size-fits-all vaccination recommendations in light of the research and its own data.

The Western Journal reports that Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas announced September 20th that an estimated 472,000 Venezuelan nationals already in the United States illegally would become eligible for temporary protected status and work authorization.

According to a DHS news release, an estimated 242,700 illegal immigrants from Venezuela already have benefited from TPS. Thus, the new extension and redesignation could bring the total number of Venezuelan TPS beneficiaries to more than 700,000.

This means that nearly three-quarters of a million illegal immigrants can receive both protection from deportation and the right to work legally in the U.S.

The DHS news release cited “enduring humanitarian, security, political, and environmental conditions” in Venezuela that precluded illegal immigrants’ safe return.

It called these conditions “extraordinary and temporary” and used them to justify an 18-month TPS extension.

The New York Post reports that an unprecedented surge of more than 4,000 migrants streamed across the U.S. border with Mexico into Eagle Pass, Texas, on Wednesday, September 20th — forcing the overwhelmed city to declare a state of emergency.

Mayor Rolando Salinas said a separate 2,500-person mob crossed the border into the city illegally on Monday, on top of approximately 7,200 illegal crossers apprehended in the previous week. That’s a total of approximately 14,000 illegal aliens coming into that one area in just a few days.

The surge is the largest since 15,000 Haitian immigrants camped out under the bridge in neighboring Del Rio, Texas, nearly two years ago to the day, officials said — an incident that resulted in a major humanitarian crisis.

Salinas said the new mob, many of them from Venezuela, has overrun the only migrant shelter in the border city. He added:

“One of the situations is that a lot of these [migrants], they’re single males and they don’t want to listen to instructions and they’re leaving the facility. Not all of these people come in peace.”

He also said the huge influx over the last week — close to 50% of the city’s 29,000 population — has “taken a toll on our local resources, especially our local police force and our fire department.”

Speaking to The Post, Salinas also warned he had been told another 4,000 to 8,000 people in a number of separate groups are heading toward his city.

Texas installed razor wire in Eagle Pass to stop illegal crossings. On September 20, the Biden regime cut that wire and removed it, opening the floodgates to illegal immigrants. 

Governor Greg Abbott said in a post to X, formerly Twitter, that he “immediately deployed more Texas National Guard to repel illegal crossings & install more razor wire.”

Daniel Greenfield has a new article up at Jihad Watch regarding the migrants taking over New York City.

The Roosevelt Hotel claims that it’s the place “where classic elegance meets contemporary luxury.” 

But Greenfield says classic elegance and luxury at the midtown Manhattan hotel looks like busloads of migrant invaders arriving and camping outside the golden doors. The scene is no better inside where 41 migrants have been arrested for beating wives, girlfriends and significant others.

There have also been assaults on employees and an arrest for child endangerment.

Greenfield adds:

“While the Roosevelt Hotel may have an old name, Mayor Eric Adams and New York City actually leased it from Pakistan for $220 million. That amounts to paying $210 per room for each night that an illegal alien invader uses it to smoke meth or abuse their wives and daughters. The Roosevelt Hotel was named after Teddy. You can imagine what he would have done if thousands of foreigners had invaded a hotel and turned it into a drug den on his watch.”

In a city where a quarter of young children live in poverty, Greenfield says that $220 million could be put to better use than paying an Islamic terror state for the privilege of housing the hordes of invaders in “contemporary luxury.”

Mayor Adams has already backtracked on his promise of universal daycare for the migrants’ children.

Greenfield writes that the grand image of the Roosevelt Hotel has been tarnished, adding:

“Migrants squat under the massive crystal chandelier in the ballroom and sleep on the red carpet. Despite supposedly being poor and desperate, many are swiping and clicking through their smartphone apps while they wait for their next taxpayer-funded benefit to arrive.”

The Daily Caller News Foundation reports that several Western manufacturers of electric vehicles appear to have connections to a region of China known for slave labor.

The EV supply chains of Ford, Volkswagen and Tesla all appear to have links to a province in China where the Chinese Communist Party has detained and effectively enslaved a group of Muslim laborers, which the State Department described as “genocide” in 2021, according to an article in the Washington Post. The U.S. government, through an Act of Congress in 2021, banned “the importation of goods made with forced labor” from the region.

The Post analyzed numerous financial disclosures, social media posts, expert reports and news articles to assert that these companies and their supply chains may be more closely-linked to forced labor in China than they have claimed publicly. Tesla appears to use components in its supply chain directly linked to this region of China, while Volkswagen operates a factory there with a Chinese partner firm, and Ford partners with CATL, a company which maintains business relations with a lithium producer in the region.

A Ford spokesperson told the Daily Caller News Foundation:

“We prohibit the use of forced labor, compulsory labor and slavery,” and the company “regularly [engages] with [its] suppliers to audit their facilities, to address any human rights concerns and to document the origin of [its] materials.” 

Volkswagen defended its facility when it came under fire in the past, claiming in February that there is “no indication that workers are mistreated at the facility, which is operated by a subsidiary of its joint venture with state-backed SAIC Motor Corporation,” according to Bloomberg.

As inflation and the prices of everything continues to rise, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is considering launching a government-owned grocery store with the “goal of promoting food equity and accessibility for all Chicagoans.”

He stated, “All Chicagoans deserve to live near convenient, affordable, healthy grocery options. We know access to grocery stores is already a challenge for many residents, especially on the South and West sides. A better, stronger, safer future is one where our youth and our communities have access to the tools and resources they need to thrive. My administration is committed to advancing innovative, whole-of-government approaches to address these inequities. I am proud to work alongside partners to take this step in envisioning what a municipally owned grocery store in Chicago could look like.”

According to a September 13 press release issued from the Mayor’s office, Johnson announced a new partnership with The Economic Security Project to create a city-owned grocery store. The press release says The Economic Security Project is a national non-profit dedicated to building economic power for all Americans, that provides “technical assistance in determining a pathway to the first municipally owned grocery store in Chicago.”

The Economic Security Project issued a statement saying, “The City of Chicago is reimagining the role government can play in our lives by exploring a public option for grocery stores via a municipally owned grocery store and market.”

At least six grocery stores closed on the South and West sides over the past two years. The reason? They simply could not survive in neighborhoods with such high crime, vandalism and theft.

Jacob Thompson at The Winepress, noted that this store will likely mimic the new Walgreens anti-theft store that opened in June in Chicago, where nearly everything is hidden behind protective cases and requires that transactions be completed via a digital kiosk.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

As part of the $80 million in funding Congress gave to the Internal Revenue Service from the Inflation Reduction Act, the IRS announced earlier this month that it will be unleashing artificial intelligence to find tax cheats.

They say they’ll be targeting the wealthiest Americans. Billionaires.

Earlier this month, The New York Times reported that the IRS will be using AI “to investigate tax evasion at multibillion-dollar partnerships as it looks for ways to better police hedge funds, private equity groups, real estate investors and large law firms.”

So, the IRS is going to go after billionaires and large law firms?

This is laughable.

Daniel Werfel, the IRS commissioner, said in a statement to reporters:

“These are complex cases for IRS teams to unpack. The IRS has simply not had enough resources or staffing to address partnerships; in a real sense, we’ve been overwhelmed in this area for years.”

But he thinks AI will be more capable than his human agents. OK, then why are you hiring 87,000 new ones? Why not just let AI do the work that you claim your agents are “overwhelmed” by?

Senator Ron Wyden, an Oregon Democrat and chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, praised the move and bashed his Republican counterparts.

Wyden said, “This news stands in stark contrast to the approach taken by House Republicans, who want to allow wealthy tax cheats to continue business as usual, paying little to no tax and asking middle-class taxpayers to foot the bill.”

News flash to Senator Wyden. This technology will not be used against the ultra-wealthy billionaires. That’s just a smokescreen. The liberals in Congress have been promising for years they’re going to beef up the IRS and go after the rich. And yet, nothing ever seems to change. Every year we get reports on how the big corporations and law firms aren’t paying any taxes. The extra effort by the IRS always retreats to the low-hanging fruit, using the additional money approved by Congress to go after the very middle class that Wyden pretends to represent.

The reason for this is simple: Middle class people, unlike the super wealthy, can’t compete with the IRS when it comes to paying lawyers to go toe-to-toe with the government in court.

This should by now be obvious. But some members of Congress don’t want to admit the truth, that they actually represent the interests of billionaires, not their constituents back home who pay most of the taxes.
