Zero Hedge reports that anti-woke crusader Robby Starbuck has been on a mission to shift the corporate landscape in America from insanity and rainbows to what he considers sanity and neutrality.

He has successfully pressured companies such as Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley-Davidson, Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, Lowe's, Ford, Coors, Stanley Black & Decker, Jack Daniel's, DeWalt Tools, Craftsman, Caterpillar, Boeing, and Toyota to move away from toxic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices.

Now, Starbuck is at it again. He wrote on X that America's largest employer, Walmart, has decided to end its woke policies after he “had productive conversations to find solutions” with management.

He stated that the changes Walmart committed to “will send shockwaves throughout corporate America. This is the biggest win yet for our movement to end wokeness in corporate America.”

Here are the changes Walmart committed to:

• Surveys: Walmart will no longer participate in the Human Rights Commission's woke Corporate Equality Index.
• Products: The company will monitor the Walmart marketplace to identify and remove inappropriate sexual and/or transgender products marketed to children.
• Funding of Grants: Walmart will review all funding of Pride, and other events, to avoid funding inappropriate sexualized content targeting kids.
• Equity: Walmart will not extend the Racial Equity Center which was established in 2020 as a special five-year initiative.
• Supplier Diversity: Walmart will evaluate supplier diversity programs and ensure they do not provide preferential treatment and benefits to suppliers based on diversity.  They don't have quotas and won't going forward.  Financing eligibility will no longer be predicated on providing certain demographic data.
• LatinX: Walmart will no longer use the term in official communications.
• Trainings: Walmart will discontinue racial equity training through the Racial Equity Institute.
• DEI: Walmart will discontinue the use of DEI as a term while ensuring a respectful and supportive environment. The focus is on Belonging for ALL associates and customers.

Starbuck continued:

“Remember, Walmart is the #1 employer in America with over 1.6 million employees and they have a market cap of nearly $800B. This won't just have a massive effect for their employees who will have a neutral workplace without feeling that divisive issues are being injected but it will also extend to their many suppliers.”

He added that “Companies like Amazon and Target should be very nervous that their top competitor dropped woke policies first. I think Target specifically will suffer serious sales problems as a result and Walmart will benefit.”

The supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has demanded that the International Criminal Court carry out the execution of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Breitbart News reports that Khamenei was responding Monday to the ICC issuing an arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Israeli former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant last week, responding to a request from prosecutor Karim Khan made in May. 

The court announced charges against the Israeli leaders for allegedly committing war crimes and crimes against humanity during Israel’s ongoing self-defense operations in Gaza against the Iran-backed genocidal terrorist organization Hamas. The ICC also issued a warrant for the head of the Hamas military wing, Mohammed Deif.

Khan had initially requested warrants for Hamas leaders Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar, as well, but both were confirmed dead before the ICC decided on their cases. 

The Israeli government has also confirmed the death of Deif in August, but the ICC prosecutor’s office told the judges they could not confirm the claim, so the judges issued the warrant.

Israel declared war on Hamas on October 8, 2023, after the jihadists invaded the country and conducted an unprecedented slaughter of civilians, including entire families killed in their homes, that left an estimated 1,200 dead. 

Hamas terrorists also abducted over 200 people and extensively tortured, raped, and abused random people within Israeli territory. Iran celebrated the massacre by organizing street parties and fireworks displays in response to the news of the mass killing by its proxy.

The ICC claims that Israeli operations in Gaza to prevent a repeat of October 7 constitute war crimes and potential genocide. The Israeli government vehemently rejected the accusations, calling issuing the warrants an “antisemitic” action.

A federal judge has denied an illegal alien’s request to have a gun charge dismissed after the illegal was found to possess roughly 170 guns in his Ohio residence.

In last week’s ruling, Judge Edmund Sargus Jr. noted that Carlos Serrano-Restrepo was indicted earlier this year for the possession of a firearm by an alien unlawfully in the United States. The charge came after the illegal alien had been living in the United States for more than 15 years.

Judge Sargus noted that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives started monitoring Mr. Restrepo after he purchased at least 22 firearms, filled out firearm paperwork numerous times, and claimed to be a U.S. citizen.

In January, the ATF executed a search warrant at the illegal immigrant’s home in Ohio and seized “approximately 170 firearms, ammunition, and smoke/marine markers.” 

According to WSYX, Mr. Restrepo had tens of thousands of ammunition rounds in his home.

WSYX reported that federal agents took pictures of Restrepo’s weapons, many of which were kept in various gun safes, while some of his handguns were mounted in closet holsters. 

According to court documents, Restrepo relocated in 2022 from Arizona to Ohio. He told the court that he illegally entered the United States in April of 2008 and that some of the guns in his possession were “for self-defense.”

After the federal government’s execution of the search warrant against Restrepo and a grand jury indictment against him in July, the illegal immigrant’s lawyer filed a motion to dismiss the illegal gun possession charge, claiming that the Second Amendment granted Restrepo the right to bear arms.

In last week’s ruling, Judge Sargus wrote that “disarming unlawful immigrants like Mr. Restrepo who have not sworn allegiance to the United States comports with the nation’s history and tradition of firearm regulations.”

Two of the newest members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) recently updated their emergency survival manuals, providing citizens with instructions on what to do in the case of a major war or another crisis. 

The updated survival manuals come amid rapidly-escalating tensions in Europe regarding the war between Ukraine and Russia.

According to CNN, Sweden and Finland both joined NATO over the past two years following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Both NATO members have been distributing updated survival manuals to their citizens in recent days.

CNN reported that the survival manuals, which are being distributed to millions of households across Sweden and Finland, explain how residents can prepare for extreme weather events, mass communication or power outages, and potential wars.

The updated emergency guidance provides citizens with instructions on how to grow food from home and stockpile bottled water and other necessities, how to preserve medications, baby food, and diapers, how to evacuate in the event of a crisis, how to talk to children about war and other crises, how to help vulnerable members in the community, how to stop bleeding, how to handle anxiety, and how to care for pets during emergencies.

According to the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB), Sweden’s government started distributing the brochure titled, If Crisis or War Comes, to roughly five million households on November 18. CNN reported that the updated brochure marks the fifth version of the survival manual that was first circulated during World War II. In a statement obtained by CNN, the MSB said the newest version places a “greater emphasis on preparing for war.”

Finland’s Ministry of the Interior also released a copy of the country’s updated emergency instructions last week. 

Norway and Denmark previously released updated crisis instructions to their citizens earlier this year.

Russia launched one of its largest missile and drone strikes against energy infrastructure and other targets across Ukraine on Sunday as its invasion nears the 1,000-day mark.

A total of about 120 cruise and ballistic missiles and 90 drones were fired by Russian forces, according to a Telegram post by Ukrainian President Zelenskyy.

Air defense forces destroyed more than 140 targets, he said, adding that Ukrainian F-16 pilots downed 10 aerial targets during the attack.

Russia’s defense ministry reported successful strikes on the infrastructure of military airfields and gas production facilities in Ukraine, adding it also targeted “energy facilities that support the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.” 

The barrage seriously damaged several DTEK thermoelectric power plants, the power generating company said on Telegram. It was the eighth large-scale missile attack against the company’s infrastructure this year, DTEK said without elaborating how many plants were hit, and where.

Ukraine’s grid-operator imposed emergency power cutoffs across the country. Ukraine powered down most of the remaining operational nuclear reactors under its control following the attack, according to the UN’s atomic watchdog.

Reuters reports that two B-52 bombers of the United States were intercepted by two Russian SU-27 fighter jets near Russia's Baltic Sea exclave of Kaliningrad on Monday, a U.S. official said on Tuesday.

The U.S. bombers were in the Baltic Sea region to train together with their NATO ally Finland, which shares an 833-mile border with Russia, amid escalating tensions stemming from Western backing for Ukraine in its border war with Russia.

Monday's interception of the U.S. bombers by Russian fighter jets came just days after Russia fired a hypersonic intermediate-range ballistic missile at Ukraine last Thursday in response to a decision by the U.S. and Britain to allow Kiev to strike Russian territory with Western weapons systems.

The U.S. bombers did not change their pre-planned flight pattern during what was deemed a safe and professional intercept by the Russian Su-27s, the U.S. official told Reuters.

On Monday, the U.S. B-52s also flew with Finnish F/A-18Cs during a U.S-Finnish drill in Finnish airspace.

The Finnish Air Force said in an emailed statement to Reuters that its fighter jets and the U.S. bombers had flown a training mission in Finnish airspace.

The Finnish Air Force statement did not address the Russian intercept but said the drill had included “simulated air-to-ground drops to demonstrate our ability to work together in fire-use missions.”

In an abrupt departure from its long-standing policy not to align itself militarily, Finland joined NATO in 2023 in direct response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 in response to several years of Kiev bombing Russian-speaking regions of eastern Ukraine following a CIA-run color revolution in 2014 that installed an anti-Russian puppet regime.

A top official with the taxpayer-funded U.S. National Institutes of Health has admitted in an undercover video that he refuses to take Covid mRNA shots because of the deadly side effects.

In a series of explosive confessions, Raja Cholan, the head of the Health Data Standards Branch of the U.S. National Library of Medicine, admits in an undercover video that the federal government knows that mRNA injections do not “stop you from getting Covid” but they do cause heart attacks.

In fact, Cholan was so convinced of the negative side effects of the Covid shots that he refused to get one.

And yet, Cholan reveals that the federal government pushed vaccine mandates anyway because pharmaceutical giants Pfizer and Moderna were making “a bunch of money” from selling the dangerously toxic Covid mRNA shots.

Cholan boasts that he hasn’t gotten all of the Covid shots because “I don’t want to have a heart attack.”

In addition, Cholan told an undercover O’Keefe Media Group journalist that government health initiatives, such as masking, social distancing, and lockdowns, were “completely made up.”

OMG has just published the video featuring Cholon which is the first in a series of undercover videos exposing NIH officials.

Cholan told the undercover reporter who was secretly filming the conversation. “They might have funded a lab in Wuhan, China, and Pfizer and Moderna are getting a bunch of money from all of these vaccine mandates. I don’t even know if these vaccines stop you from getting Covid. They don’t.”

The he dropped this bombshell admission:

“We’re all going to learn [about the dangers of the Covid vaccine] when it’s too late.”

After the Democratic mayor of Denver, Colorado vowed to not cooperate with the incoming Trump administration’s efforts to combat illegal immigration, including mass deportations, stating that he would risk jail time, President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming border czar Tom Homan responded:

“Me and the Denver mayor, we agree on one thing: he's willing to go to jail, I'm willing to put him in jail.”

He went on to cite the U.S. federal statute that makes it a felony to harbor illegal aliens.

Time now for our nightly Worldview Report commentary.

After months of heavy fighting which has included airstrikes and an IDF ground invasion of Lebanon, Israel's Channel 12 and others are reporting that the Israeli cabinet has approved a ceasefire in Lebanon.

In announcing the ceasefire, Netanyahu called out both Iran and Syria's Assad. He stressed that Israel is “Determined to prevent Iran from having nuclear arms” and that Assad is “playing with fire” in his coordination with the Islamic Republic and Hezbollah. 

The prime minister also stressed that Hezbollah will be attacked if its fighters break the deal. Netanyahu added that the ceasefire deal means Israel will now focus on the Iranian threat. He pledged that all Israeli citizens in the north will be able to return to their homes.

He added:

“We were able to achieve many of our goals during this war.”

The Jerusalem Post writes, “Presidents Biden and Macron will announce the deal during the night, with the alleged agreement set to take effect at 10 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday).”

Some Lebanese continue to have doubts that it will actually take effect or hold.

Biden is expected to take credit for putting together the proposal which has been agreed upon.

Biden called the deal a “permanent end to hostilities.” 

Dare I say, that statement by Biden almost guarantees that the ceasefire won’t hold.

In fact, I expect it to be fleeting.

Biden said the ceasefire does not apply to the ongoing fighting between Israel and Hamas, adding:

“This is designed to be a permanent cessation of hostilities. What is left of Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations will not be allowed, I emphasize, will not be allowed, to threaten the security of Israel ever again.”

That statement is almost guaranteed to come back to haunt him.
