Brannon Howse: Tonight on the Worldview Weekend Hour, we're joined by three-star General Thomas McInerney; NSA whistleblower Kurt Wiebe; and national security author, Mary Fanning. Tonight, the topic: voter fraud. Yes. But it's more than that, folks. The narrative has only been, really, voter fraud. General McInerney and my guest will tell you that what this really is, is cyber warfare. It is treason, and it involves Russia, China, Iran. The American people must understand we are at war. It's a cyber war, and treason is involved. The Worldview Weekend hour begins right now.

Tonight, we're going to talk about, well, cyber warfare, treason, China, Russia, Iran. The narrative has been voter fraud. And, yes, voter fraud is involved. General McInerney reached out to me this morning. And he said, "Brannon, we have got to alert the American people that it is more than voter fraud. We're talking about cyber warfare. We're talking about foreign actors, and we're talking about treason; those inside the US. We're talking about the need for the President of the United States to understand that the American people, somewhere around 80 million people that voted for him...well, if they fully understood what was going on, they would indeed want him to follow through on his constitutional oath to defend America from enemies both foreign and domestic. 

And so, tonight's broadcast, folks, is an urgent message from General McInerney, among others. He is a three-star general retired from the US Air Force. He, my friends, flew over 400 missions in Vietnam; was in charge of NORAD up in the Alaska area; and was in charge of the nukes inside the Pentagon. Go look up his bio. This is a man not given to hyperbole. He is not only a patriot; he's a historian. And he understands the massive national security threat now facing America. General McInerney, welcome back to the broadcast. Thank you for joining us.

General McInerney: It's great to be with you, Brannon. And thanks very much for having Kirk and Mary along. 

Brannon Howse: Kirk, welcome-

General McInerney: They are wonderful team players. 

Brannon Howse: Welcome to the program, Kirk.

Kirk Wiebe: Thank you, Brannon. It's a great honor to be on the show with you, General McInerney...

Brannon Howse: And, Mary, welcome to the program.

Mary Fanning: Brannon, it's nice to be with you. And, yes, it's a great honor to be with General McInerney and the same as Kirk Wiebe – whistleblower.

Brannon Howse: General McInerney, let's start with you. Our topics tonight really must be cyber warfare, treason, national emergency, habeas corpus, the lack of support from some Republican leaders and then the breaking news related to voting machines out of Georgia, as well as the fact we're about to lose the country if we lose a free and fair election in Georgia. And Lin wood, the attorney, tonight, is warning Americans that it looks like the same mess that gave us what we have now – voter fraud, cyber warfare and treason and a stolen election – could very easily be repeated in Georgia. 

Which means the end of the Republic as we know it. Well, let's start with why today you reached out to me with the need to convince the American people – or should I say educate the American people – on understanding that there's more going on here than just voter fraud. You're very adamant, as you were the other night with General Flynn, that this is treason, but it's cyber warfare; we are at war. General, I'm going to give you the floor to speak to the American people. So please go right ahead.

General McInerney: Thank you, Brannon. And what really promoted me to call you on this was listening to President Trump talk on Maria Bartiromo today, this morning and his comments that he must've been on, oh, almost 45 minutes with Maria. But what startled me was, he kept talking about fraudulent votes. Then I heard Rudy Giuliani talking about fraudulent votes, etc. It's not fraudulent votes. The American people must understand we are talking about treason. And why do I say that? Well, when you coordinate six to ten states using using cyber warfare, it changes the outcome of the election in favor of whomever you want. 

These are treasonous acts. These are not just fraudulent acts, they are treasonous acts. 'Cause it means changing the government. 'Cause then when you add Russia, China and Iran, foreigners in it, you've complicated it and made it even more treasonous. So cyber warfare and the Dominion voting system – which we're talking about in Georgia and Michigan and all the other states, Pennsylvania as well...as the CIA rogue systems which the Democrats stole; Brennan, Clapper,  HAMMER and Scorecard. Plus, has anyone seen or heard about the FBI or the DOJ – the Department of Justice, investigating prior to this of where we are? And we are three private citizens talking to you tonight, Brannon, and alerting you. 

And you haven't heard from any of the Department of Justice people, FBI, etc.? That is very worrisome. So that's why I found it was extremely important to get to you and get to the American people to talk about this. As a matter of fact, we had the CISA – which is the Clinton Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency, Chris Krebs – who was fired two weeks ago by President Trump – who says this was the perfect election. Please. This was the worst election in history of any democracy. And he comes out and says, "It was the perfect election?" So you can see the deep state; the complicity to terrorism and – the complicity to treason, rather. Treason is what these people are doing.

This has driven me to get to the American people so they know what they've got to do and what we've got to tell the President to do. The President has got to declare a national emergency. And that emergency needs to be based upon his executive order, dated September 12th, 2018 – a little over two years ago – in which he declared a national emergency if there was foreign influence in our elections. And he also should use the Insurrection Act, because we have an insurrection building in this country right now when you look at BLM and Antifa, plus other groups. 

So it's important – when the President declares this emergency, he must extend habeas corpus, as President Lincoln did in 1861, and FDR did in 1942, when World War II started. The Democratic perpetrators of this, plus the Russians, Chinese and Iran have not disguised this cyber warfare un-American. As a matter of fact, they have been blatant about it and open on it; cocky about it. And all the things they've done and all the people they've employed, truckloads of people driving up and unloading. I saw pictures today of unloading mail-in ballots that haven't even been folded and put in an envelope. It's a printing press operation. Yet we have judges that are challenging that and saying that's not enough. And so, that's why it's so important that this national emergency be declared and that the President starts arresting these people right away in this national emergency. I would declare martial law.

Brannon Howse: Let me just have you pause right there. Because, again, I want you to explain to the American people. And I want to make sure that they understand. This is a three-star General, retired. This is a patriot. Okay? He flew 400 missions – over 400 missions – fighting the Communists in Vietnam. He has served our country with distinction and honor. Look, you heard – those of you that watched it – General Flynn on here with General McInerney. Okay? Doesn’t that tell you what General Flynn thinks of General McInerney and what General McInerney thinks of General Flynn? These are patriots. 

So it might be a little startling to hear this coming from a patriot about habeas corpus and suspending that and arresting people and a national emergency. And as shocking as that is, there is the historical precedent dealing with President Abraham Lincoln, as General McInerney has said. But, General, the reason this is so urgent in your message is because you are talking about foreign actors. And you've named them as you did the other night with General Flynn; Russia, China, Iran. And now, you bring up ballots. We know that North Korea prints money and uses our American dollars that they counterfeit. How do we know that a foreign actor has not printed these ballots?

General McInerney: Well, Brannon, we don't know that. We know their involvement through certain intel sources. We do know that these ballots – that the information has been secured properly. As I said, many of them didn't even fold their mail-in ballots. We know that the decisions made to allow this massive number of mail-in ballots was made by secretaries of state and judges of state Supreme Courts – which was illegal. It wasn't done by their legislature. And then, they ran these things through. And then on election night, they stopped midnight in the morning at 2:30 AM, for instance, in the five states. 

And they said they decided to cease voting and counting operations. And this was a unanimous decision by five states. Right there, you can see the treasonous activity. This has never happened before. It's unprecedented. And so, it shows that there was pre-planning with these states to do this; to do these treasonous acts. That's why it's treason and it's not fraudulent voting. It's treason. They are trying to overturn this government. And the President put out an executive order in 2018 that I believe covers this, plus the Insurrection Act. Because we know when Biden and his cult of bandits are turned down, they are going to unleash Antifa and Black Lives Matter. 

That's why we have a new secretary of defense, Chris Miller. 'Cause the military active duty is going to have to suppress this as well as the national guard. This is insurrection, and it's the implementation of the Insurrection Act. And so, that means I believe till this is cleared out, until we are satisfied we have all the facts, that the President should suspend the electoral college meeting on the 14th of December and the inauguration of 20 January until this emergency is ceased. So that's why martial law is so important and why we must have the American people – the 85 million in my personal estimate – that we have supporting this President. 

We need to set up military tribunals because the judiciary has shown us they're not capable of figuring that out. As I mentioned in Pennsylvania, the local judges couldn’t figure out because they put out 1.8 million… distributed 1.8 million votes to the citizens of Pennsylvania, and they got back 2.5 million. My goodness. Someone had to have a printing press that was printing all these votes. Yet the judicial system couldn't figure it out and stop them. So that's why I believe we need military tribunals to run this thing. And once these people are arrested and charged, then the evidence should be presented there. Look. America's got to wake up. 

The President has got to start having rallies, talking to the people in these primaries, in these six states. He's got to demand the American people, you and I – all of us here tonight have got to demand a thorough investigation of the 2020 elections using the executive order that was promulgated, as I said, in September of 2018, and suspend all action until this is thoroughly investigated. What I mean by that is, the electoral college and the inauguration. America must demand you, Mr. President, that you clean this up and the 85 million-plus Americans supporting you, the balance of people in this nation. We demand it; make it happen. 

Brannon Howse: Okay, folks. You need to go, I believe, to whitehouse.gov/contact. Because right now, if you call, they're not taking the calls. We tried that, and then people were being told that the switchboard's not taking those like they were and they're being rerouted, I guess. So whitehouse.gov/contact. And you can email the President what you're hearing from General McInerney tonight. But of course, I think many of you can tweet at him, @realDonaldTrump. Right? You can tweet at his handle. And again. We don't know that those will not be blocked by the tech companies. We don’t know. 

So you can try both. Whitehouse.gov/contact as well as tweeting at him. And let him know what is the will of the American people. Now again. This is kind of surreal and shocking because I've known General McInerney for a while. We've had many conversations on the air, off the air. And I know many people that have immense respect for him. And to actually – it's surreal to be sitting in America tonight, here...what is the date today? November 29th, 2020. And here's something I thought I would never hear in my lifetime; a general of the caliber of General McInerney calling for what he's calling for; suspension of habeas corpus; calling for these measures to stop what is really literally a coup. He has said that from the beginning. So it's a little shocking. But if we don't, General, what becomes of our Constitutional Republic?

General McInerney: This is the last free election we will have. And as we were talking about and you alluded to in your introductory remarks, about in Georgia, they're going to win that election in Georgia just like I predicted this the day before the election on the Steve Bannon show. They're going to win using HAMMER and Scorecard and the Dominion voting machines. So why even have people go out and vote? I heard it from the Republican state. We really need a large get-out. It doesn't matter what your get-out is when you're using cyber warfare. They always beat it by 3 percent. 

And so, that's why it's important to the American people that we suspend even those votes down in Georgia till this is cleared up. There is huge amounts of corruption in the Democratic Party. The scale of this cyber warfare was massive. Let's see. Analog; people driving; people counting ballots; people, you know, miscounting ballots. All the things that they were doing in these six states primarily that was a difference and that hasn’t been called yet. This corruption cannot be accepted. It's treasonous, and we must have a thorough investigation of it and not let a timeline that the forefathers who wrote the Constitution had no idea of cyber warfare. 

But they did have, in the oath, that the President, and all people like myself and Kirk, to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. These are domestic enemies, and they must be treated – and this is hybrid warfare in the 21st century. That's how it's done. That's how you destabilize them. They don't have to have combat troops. You do it through their own democratic processes. Like Stalin said. "It doesn’t matter who votes. It matters who counts the votes." I rest my case.

Brannon Howse: General, before I go to Kirk Wiebe, NSA whistleblower, I'll have you comment on this. Then I'll go to him and then Mary Fanning. I know you own a Cloud service, a Cloud company. You do that. So you know computers. I was on the phone yesterday with a friend of mine who is in the intelligence arena and has 600 officers answering to him. I've known him for 12-plus years. He's been in my home. I know his family. I know his kids. I know his wife. He's someone I've vetted, and he's vetted me, and we're close friends. He said to me yesterday...he said, "I want you to understand, Brannon" – 'cause he deals with SAP programs, these special access programs. He's not been read in on HAMMER or Scorecard or these. 

So if he had, he wouldn't be able to talk about them. But he hadn't been, so he's been talking to me about things like this. And he said, "I want you to understand that something like  HAMMER or Scorecard, this software, what they're doing or what they did or what they can do – the American people need to understand while the software can be very, very, very powerful and do an awful lot, the American people don't understand that this isn't a really super complicated piece of software; that this kind of technology is something that is used in the intelligence arena and has been for a long, long time overseas." So I want to reiterate and maybe have you confirm what my friend was saying; that the American people think this is all so complicated – ‘it would never be done. It can't be done.’ These are tools that have been used for a long, long time. It's not that difficult. Correct?

General McInerney: Absolutely. You are spot-on. It’s true the American people and the judicial system do not understand this. And the perpetrators of this – the people that did this to the United States – knew that it would confuse the country. And when they got a buy-in by Fox News – who's got to be complicit in this treasonous act. The ownership and leadership of Fox News is complicit in a treasonous act because of what they did on that voting night. They were edging towards this, but immediately made the declaration of Virginia, declarations on Arizona. And today, Arizona's still not called I don't think. 

So they were complicit because they were representing the Right before. And now, they've flipped. And they knew that there wasn’t any mainstream media large group of television networks that would support – that would support that this isn't correct. And so, now American people are depended upon you, Brannon, and small groups like you to get out in the network and communicate to them. That's what we've got to do today. Today, I watched the mainstream networks. None of them. They're taking about Covid-19 and all of that. None of them are talking about the corruption of the voting system and the treasonous acts conducted by it.

Brannon Howse: General, before I go– and I know I keep saying I'm going to go to Kirk and Mary. But now, we have the breaking news story tonight that a judge down in Georgia issues an order to freeze all Dominion machines in Georgia. But then, there's an update, and he says – the report says from The Gateway Pundit – that now the judge has reversed his order within hours. Can you tell us about that?

General McInerney: I don't know about it. I just heard it in the headline. But that, again, shows you why we've got to get this into military tribunals and people that understand this. That data should've been frozen, and it should be the night...the day of the election. That should've been frozen and all of it isolated and held as evidence. Now, they're going to be changing this, and they're going to be changing it fast. And so, that's why it's important that the president create an emergency through his act – his executive order – and slow this, stop this action and investigate it and try the people right away. Let them know that if they're changing machines now, they're going to jail. And they may be part of a treasonous act with the penalty as death. And they must understand that we mean business. We're not going to let thugs seize this country after all these years. 

Brannon Howse: So what you're hearing, folks, is apparently they're trying to grab these voting machines and change out the software to hide their crime. Is that what I'm hearing, General?

General McInerney: Exactly. Now, we have other things that are checking that because, remember, these machines and that are taking analog, paper decisions and converting it to digits, to numbers. And that's where the manipulation is coming in. We are tracking that. Okay? We have that information. 

Brannon Howse: So we not only have the crime, we now have the cover-up. So we've got two investigations going, of the crime and now the cover-up. All right. Then, General, a lot of people probably saw the interview with the President – President Trump – today with Maria. If I may say so, he seems a bit down. I think he seems a bit discouraged. I think he feels maybe even isolated. And before the election, we were doing radio shows and TV shows with experts, and we were predicting that such a scenario as we're going through now could occur and that the establishment – even the Republican establishment – and the media would do everything they could to make him feel isolated. 

I think they may have accomplished that, which is one reason why I think we're doing the show tonight, asking the American people – whether it's by going right to whitehouse.gov/contact and demanding the President understand the American people's will, which is to not let enemies both foreign and domestic win, or to tweet at him at his handle. I think he seems discouraged. I even saw, in this interview, him say something to the fact that his own department of justice and FBI have been missing in action. This is a real problem. And I think he's discouraged. What say you, General McInerney?

General McInerney: Well, that was my sense too, Brannon. And the FBI and DOJ have been missing. What about the Durham Barr report? Where's Durham? It was treasonous activities before they were doing, Mueller was doing; that was treason. We were calling it a hoax. It's more than a hoax. It's treason when you're trying to flip and create a coup d'etat through the Democratic processes; when they abuse those processes. And that's what they did. And so, I sensed he was down. I wanted him to know the American people are demanding his leadership. He's the only American in this country today that can turn this around and win it. And it's bigger than Lincoln had, and I'd rank him right next to George Washington if he saves...and Lincoln, the three of them together. If he saves this union, this nation, by taking the Emergency Act that he must take. He must be very aggressive, and he should know that 85-million-plus Americans are going to support him to do this.

Brannon Howse: What about Mitch McConnell and Republican leadership? Where are they? Are they also backing away from the President? 

General McInerney: Well, that's a good question, Brannon. Where are they? Mitch, we haven't heard from you. Let's hear from you senators. Let's hear from you House members. Let's stand up and be counted. Wake up, America. Let's demand our members, our representatives – let’s send messages to each one of your representatives, your House member and your senators and tell them, "Wake up. We want a full investigation on this." This is so obvious. They quit being covert. And because they were overwhelmed. But they knew that, "Well, America won't care because we've got the media behind us." Watch the news done with the MSNBC now. It's pathetic. And yet they've got some great anchors, and the great anchors ought to tell them, "We ought to tell them the truth for a change." 

Brannon Howse: Let's go to Kirk Wiebe. Kirk Wiebe is an NSA whistleblower. Kirk, we’re going to have you on radio this week on Worldview Radio. We're on 53 terrestrial stations, by the way. So we're on 53 terrestrial stations for those that are new. I'm not saying that to brag. There are people that are on far more stations on that. I'm just telling you that we're on 53 terrestrial stations. So this isn't just an operation that hasn't gained a footing by doing old-fashioned terrestrial radio and TV for years. Over 25 years. Over a quarter of a century of doing terrestrial radio. 

And so, this week on the 53 stations that carry my broadcast, I will be interviewing Kirk Wiebe – this NSA whistleblower – more in-depth. I don't want to get in the weeds tonight, but I will simply introduce him like this. Number one. In 2000 to 2001, he reports that 9/11 should've never happened – but it did – because people like him and others were not allowed to put in cyber capability to fight back and prevent 9/11. Two. In early 2001, a small group of people in the NSA found data that would've prevented 9/11, and they were told not to report it. 

Three. In 2004 when he was an intelligence contractor, he had data about a foreign country and potential enemy that had acquired the ability to greatly damage the US. But because the revelation of these facts would so embarrass the NSA, their computer hard drives were erased. Four. In 2001, he got a tip and used a home computer to assess a website that listed Iranian businesses in the UAE that revealed companies creating triggers for roadside bombs. Now, this is the one that really burns me up. In March 2021, he brought an encrypted thumb drive to a high-level Congressman that revealed 87,000 documents that exposed massive national security threats, including what we're going through right now. 

That was in March of 2020. Apparently, this Congressman staff and his experts did not ask for the key to unlock this encrypted thumb drive, and here we are today. Kirk. Again, that's fast. We'll do that more on the radio. I don't want to get into all that because I don't want to get in the weeds. I want to keep it on the topic. But that being your background in what you've been fighting, can you speak to the topic of cyber warfare? Because this is part of your specialty and your expertise as an NSA whistleblower. Welcome to the program. Go right ahead.

Kirk Wiebe: Hey. Thank you, Brannon. It's an honor to be here with you, the General and Mary Fanning. Well, you know, as you read that list of things I was involved in, it just pounds home the issue that we have parts of our government that are acting not in the best interest of the American people. And we're witnessing that today. We have an enemy within our own system. You know, in 9/11, the terrorists succeeded because we had an open society, and we were careless with our own homeland security. When you read and detail the chances we had to stop those attackers and just let them go, it boggles the mind. 

But I see the same thing happening right now with our elections. The General has mentioned the fact that we have foreign entities aligned – aligned – that are being enabled by people on our own turf, on our own homeland. To defeat not just a president, but a way of life, Brannon – the way of life that we have known for over 200 years – is literally teetering on the fence. Which way will it fall? And they want to push it so that it never, never lives on. That is what's at stake. Now, what's hard for most Americans is to realize that, "How could this happen? I haven't heard a shot." No. It's stealthy. It's quiet. 

It's insidious because it's all the electronics plus a few people voting in mass, stuffing ballots and so forth. Now let me discuss that aspect. This attack on our election systems is multi-faceted. The General mentioned some of those; bringing in ballots, masses of them printed elsewhere and counted; people counting after the cutoff of November 3rd, 8:00 PM - whatever the cutoff time is; people issuing double ballots, when you check in under registration place, and the list goes on. But in addition to that are the cyber or Internet-based attacks or attacks that are really a function of freeloading false log-ons on computers at election facilities to count the vote. 

As the general said, ‘it's not who votes. It's who counts the votes.’ And that's the issue here. So we have cyber capabilities. We have hand-carried ballots. We have so many different ways of cheating that it is stretching the legal resources available to the President to the point where the task is almost – almost – impossible. This was done on purpose to self-saturate the cheating so that the clock would run out and the people's will would wither, and people would say, "Well, let's just move on." And now, we hear about people, "Does Trump want to begin campaigning for 2024?" In other words, we have propaganda in our country. We have psychological operations designed to defeat the will of the American people. 

And so, along with you and the general I plead with your listeners; do not cave into this propaganda that's designed – just like Tokyo rose in World War II. The propaganda aimed at our troops to dishearten them, to take their will to fight away. We don't want to do that. We can't let that happen in this case. So please get behind your President. Tell him you demand justice; you demand the preservation of our Constitutional Republic. So again. This kind of cyber warfare is quiet. There are no explosions. People just do it. And like 9/11, they took advantage of our weakness. A lot of people don't understand that our election process is really not run by the federal government or the White House or Congress. It's run by the state legislatures, and it's generally the responsibility of the secretary of state of each of the 50 states to ensure the election process has integrity. 

And obviously, it doesn’t. And what is most frustrating, Brannon, is that this was known. It was known a year ago. It was known two years ago. It was known three years ago. I could point you and your listeners to studies done by the College of Sciences of the United States and the Brennan Center for Justice, fully disclosing the terrible conditions and the terrible securities surrounding our election process. But nobody did anything. Nobody. Bill Binney and I – fellow whistleblower – we have a small consulting business. We sent out a flyer to every secretary of state in June offering to counsel them on some quick...I don't want to call them "fixes," but quick applications that could be done to help ensure the count is not toyed with or at least providing a ground truth count independent from the normal way they count so that our process would have no bugs in it, even if the other one did, and we'd have ground truth to compare. 

Not one secretary of state answered that flyer. Not one. You would've thought out of 50 somebody might've picked up the phone, said, "Really? Let me hear more." Didn't happen. So we have a set of circumstances designed to run out the clock on this process, get everybody to cave in and just let it go on and let Biden become President when it's far more than the Presidency at stake. And we need to pay attention and take action.

Brannon Howse: And before I go to Mary, Kirk, I think they made a movie about you and your friend, The Good American or something. So people will find out a lot more about him when I interview him on radio late this week – on probably Wednesday. But again. I want to reiterate, you took a thumb drive to members of Congress, a couple in particular. And of course, you've been attacked. You've been told that the thumb drive that you say contained 87,000 documents was empty. So they've even...people have even attacked you claiming that your thumb drive that you even took to members of Congress was empty. So even though you went there in March with that thumb drive, that was documenting what is actually occurring now...you were trying to say, "This was going to happen. Here's the proof. We've got the information." People are I guess apparently running around lying about you and smearing you now, aren't they?

Kirk Wiebe: Oh yeah. Absolutely. In fact, just a week-and-a-half ago I was to go on Reddit for the first time in my life and was told, "Because you are Kirk Wiebe, you may not appear on Reddit." So it didn't happen.

Brannon Howse: And let me also say that you have had – you had the FBI raid your house. We've had other people that have been trying to stand up. Their homes have been raided, guns put to their head. And of course, I guess you probably got off easy compared to my friend, Phil Haney, who's now dead. 

Kirk Wiebe: Yeah. You know, I knew Phil Haney, and he was a wonderful, joyful, full of life...a wonderful guy, simple guy but had honesty and integrity as you know, Brannon. And those are qualities we don't find very often anymore because more people worship at the altar of the almighty dollar than they worship at the altar of the Almighty, if you get my drift.

Brannon Howse: Absolutely. And when you say simple, I know what you meant. He was a very simple person in that when you were around Phil Haney, you got what you got. He wasn't simple in his intellect. Oh, my, he was so brilliant. But he was very all-American, very easy to be around; not arrogant. I mean, the most gracious guy you'd ever meet. Let's go to Mary. Mary, thank you for joining us. I wanted to have you comment on everything you've been hearing, based also on your large, vast research since 2015 warning around this software, the HAMMER and the Scorecard. Give us your thoughts. Brief the American people on the latest things you think they need to know tonight, please. 

Mary Fanning: Well, they should understand that we are looking at foreign enemies having accessed US elections. This was an attempt to steal the election from President Donald Trump. Consider why foreign actors, foreign enemies, would want Joe Biden in office rather than Donald Trump. It may have something to do with the billions of dollars that were sent to Joe Biden via his son, Hunter Biden. But understand that bad actors both foreign and domestic used man-in-the-middle technology, man-in-the-middle proxies, in order to cover their tracks and access our elections. 

This was not just an attempt to steal an election. Americans need to understand, this was an attempt to steal America. And that is still ongoing. Now, if they had done the right thing initially, you would've had federal marshals who had gone in and seized all the servers. They would've had a forensic comb of all the hard drives involved in any voter tabulation. This is common practice in all civil and criminal lawsuits involving computers. This should have been done. Now, what we're looking at now is that they're looking to add new software to all these servers which will erase all the evidence of what the votes had been. This is important – not to let that happen. All those servers should've been seized immediately. 

Brannon Howse: Mary, I get the emails. I get the texts. I see the Twitter feed. I see the Facebook comments. And I don't want to leave the audience frustrated tonight. I want to leave them with some hope. We didn't just decide to show this turn on tonight because we didn't have anything to do. After we went off the air Friday night, I spent the whole night post-editing in HD – the General Flynn, General McInerney, Mary Fanning interview; got 90 minutes of sleep. And so, I wasn’t planning on doing this broadcast tonight, Thanksgiving weekend. I was planning on taking tonight off. So we're not here because, "Hey. We just need to be in the studio and be on TV." No. This was not the plan. We believed that it was important to reach out with a specific message to the American people, information and a call to action so that people don't leave frustrated tonight, Mary, what must people do? 

Because that's what I hear on Facebook and text and email and Twitter. What can we do? I think I've given them two action plans. But one of them, I think I'd be calling up my US Congressman, my two US senators and telling them, 'I don't care who you are. If you don't stand up and become a single-issue person, I will not vote for you again. You will get no money from me." And I think tomorrow, we ought to shut down the switchboard of the RNC and tell them if they don't encourage the members of the Republican Party to stand up and obey their oath and honor their oath," as General McInerney's talking tonight, "there will be no money ever given to the RNC again. If you guys want to burn down the country, then just remember what goes around comes around. You may not have a party or an RNC when we get done with you guys." What say you, Mary?

Mary Fanning: Well, let me start with a quote from General Flynn. "The founding fathers may not have known about cyber warfare, but they certainly recognized tyranny when they saw it." Now we are looking at tyranny with stealing of our election. And the American people have to keep in mind that those people that - the people that they call in Congress are representatives; they work for us. This is our country. The American people's country. And it is time to stand shoulder-to-shoulder and take America back. This is our country, and we have a responsibility to stand shoulder-to-shoulder and take America back. 

Brannon Howse: And so, I hear that a lot. And people say, "Great. I'd love to take America back. How do I do it?" So tonight, we've given an action plan. Whitehouse.gov/contact to send the President a message and ask him to listen to this broadcast once we post it; ask him to hear what General McInerney is saying. Then, of course, you can tweet at his handle and say, "Hey. Listen to this show. Listen to what General McInerney's saying. Maybe call up General McInerney. Seek his advice and counsel. Listen to what the American people are wanting." 

Then of course, call your US House of Representative – you have one – and then call your two US senators. Tell them you expect them to honor their oath, that, 'I don't care how positive and conservative your record is. If you are not a single-issue person to defend and investigate a clean, clear election, then you won't get my vote. You won't get my money." Then you can call the RNC. Tell them. "You'll never get a dime ever again." General, these are action points. What else – I don't know what else to recommend, but I know that we don't want to leave people frustrated. We got to give them more than saying, "Take back America." 'Cause she's right. We do. But people want to act. They want to do something. We hear it. Are we giving them enough things that they can do or is there more?

General McInerney: Well, first of all, let's understand...let's say that Biden got 70 million votes. Probably 60 million of those people that voted wanted an honest election. They may be Democrats, but they – and they may not like Trump, but they want an honest election. So the 85 or so plus 60 million, that's 145 million Americans by my estimate that want an honest election. So it's absolutely imperative that we get to everybody and say, "Our objective is to get a full understanding of what went on, where this cyber warfare was implemented, how it was done, and what machines – the 30 machines that use the Dominion software." And it was purposefully designed to win elections. Plus, it can be other machines using the HAMMER and Scorecard. So the American people deserve to have a legitimate election. And use that – the President must use that...he must be listening to what we're saying tonight. "What you said today with Maria wasn't strong enough, Mr. President. God bless you. You have got to declare a National Emergency. It is absolutely critical. And you have the authority and the Executive Order that you issued in 2018, September. So implement it. And implement the things that we say and move out on it. Take the leadership roles, which you – you looked a little down today. Don't listen to those people. Listen to us and what the American people expect from you to ensure that you maintain your oath to defend this Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic." 

So he's got the action in addition to the Insurrection Act, other legal matters, to do this. Now, the Democrats are going to help, but they're the ones that cheated. They're the ones in the leadership. They cheated in the judiciary. You can see what Judge Sullivan did to General Flynn. They cheated in the House on the Flynn exercise. They've cheated the speaker; all those people, Adam Schiff – they all knew what was going down. There's a group of them that cheated in Las Vegas and made hundreds of millions of dollars on betting there. So those people are involved with treason. And what we have to ascertain is – what Mary pointed out so well – ‘Why hasn't the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice seized all these machines in the states that are under question? And if their leadership didn't tell them to, they are complicit and involved in treasonous acts.’ And the President has got to out them. 

Brannon Howse: Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, shouldn't have to be filing the legal paperwork to do that. The Executive Branch, as you said – the FBI, the Justice Department – they should be doing that. But Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are out there doing the work that the government's not doing. 

General McInerney: Precisely.

Mary Fanning: Well, Brannon, beyond that, understand that the government invoked a state secret privilege...a government muzzle against the whistleblower, because they didn't want the American people to know who the government was spying upon. The people that worked for them came out, and they put out a website – Blxware – blxware.org – to tell exactly who the government was spying on. And that's key to know what this government was up to; what this government that supposedly working for the American people was doing. That's important to know. But beyond that, I ask your listeners to call their local and state representatives, their state senators in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, New Mexico....let your state representatives know that they work for you and that you're here and watching and you are telling them to get busy on the behalf of the American people.

Brannon Howse: All right. My friend, Dr. Woods, has just sent me what we need to say. And so, I just tweeted it. And if you want to go my Twitter handle, @WVWOnline, you can grab the same wording. @WVWOnline is my Twitter handle. Dr. Woods, who's a trained attorney – also a pastor – he wrote this and just texted it to me. He said, "This is what people should be tweeting." So I just tweeted it. You can go to my Twitter feed, @WVWOnline. You can tweet this at him. You can grab it, and you can email it to the White House at whitehouse.gov/contact. But here's what Dr. Woods has written, which I think is excellent. “Mr. President. 80 million of us want you to use the Insurrection Act and to suspend the January Georgia Senate runoff and the December meeting of the Electoral College so military tribunals first be set up to properly investigate and resolve the cyber warfare 11/3/20 election issue," @RealDonaldTrump. What do you think about that, General?

General McInerney: I love that. Spot-on. 

Mary Fanning: Absolutely. I couldn't agree more. Are we going to let Russia, China and Iran decide our elections? I think not. 

Brannon Howse: All right. We've got 34 re-tweets. 35 re-tweets. 36 re-tweets. it's just going. Again. If you want to grab it, you don't have to re-tweet mine. 46 re-tweets. You don't have to grab mine. You can go and just copy it and tweet it yourself. I don't care. I mean, they're probably going to shut my Twitter account down anyway. That's why we, again, started our own text alert list several months ago; because we don't want to rely on Facebook and YouTube and Twitter to reach you. And again. So I don't care about having Twitter followers. I actually don’t care for Twitter. But we'll use it until they shut us down. So again. It's not about me promoting a Twitter handle. I could care less how many follow me. 

But if you want to re-tweet it, it's @WVWOnline as my Twitter handle. @WVWOnline. Now 160. Now again. If you want to copy and paste it and do it yourself, fine. Have at it. Email it, whatever. But there you go. But I would urge you, however, to join our text alert list. I really could care less if you follow me on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. By the way. We did move the General McInerney, General Flynn interview to YouTube today for the sake of ease. Some of you wanted that. We have spent, I would have to estimate, somewhere around $4 million or more since June of 2006 building this media division of our organization that has been around since 1993. 

But in June of 2006, I was watching the trade publications and the technology papers. And I knew what technology was coming. And I remember when I wrote that plan for what we're doing today sitting in my office in June of 2006 saying, "Maybe one day people won't be on dial-up. One day, there'll be a lot of people on high-speed cable." Which wasn't the case in June of 2006. "And when that happens, I want to be in place to be an alternative outlet." So in June of 2006, I began to build WVW Broadcast Network, having been on terrestrial radio for so many years, still to this day. 

But I knew that this needed to be a backup plan for what I felt coming with hate crime legislation and other things. So we began to build this. so we don't really care about Twitter and Facebook and YouTube and stuff. But we do care about our text alert list 'cause that's how I can reach you directly to tell you we went live tonight. So you should text WVW to 88202. Now, we moved our show over to YouTube for ease. It wasn't that we didn't want people to have access to the show. We're not trying to be selfish or self-centered. 

What we're trying to avoid is people making us look bad by having a copy of a copy of a copy that shoots down the HD quality of what we try to produce. Because not only do we want to produce good content, we want to produce it professionally. All right? So please understand why we do some of the things that we do. It's about holding up a broadcast standard. So with that said, you've been given some action points tonight. I hope you will take advantage of these action points and get out the word. Let's get a closing comment in the four minutes we have remaining. First, Kirk, closing comment from you please. 

Kirk Wiebe: Yes. I would urge people to do what has been suggested both by General McInerney and Mary Fanning. And in addition, join a rally. Look for a rally in your area; whether it's Stop the Steal or some other pro-Trump, pro-America rally and drive your car in it. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it makes a huge psychological difference. When people get out of their house, get out there and be seen and wave a flag – whatever. But show your activism. Show your support. Sometimes activism has a bad sound. Show your support for the country. 

Brannon Howse: Because at the end of the day, this has been a huge psychological operation. This audience, the regulars, know I did 20 one-hour TV shows – 20 one-hour TV shows – on brainwashing. and I'm working on a documentary that was supposed to have been out next month. But it'll be delayed till the Spring 'cause all of the last several weeks has been about this. So I've been working on a documentary on brainwashing for a long time. And this has been a psychological operation; a brainwashing operation. Disinformation campaign. And the optics are so important. That's why Kirk, the NSA whistleblower. That's why he's using the words he is. Because it's about optics. Would you agree with that, General? With your background...I mean, you had men. They went through the training. They went through SERE school. They knew how to behave and how to respond to disinformation. And that's why these optics are so important. Are they not?

General McInerney: They're extremely important, Brannon. And it's important to every American citizen; that you are now facing, for the first time, 21st Century hybrid warfare; a war that you are experienced in fighting in, whether you know it or not. And the enemy is unseen, as Kirk pointed out earlier. It's stealthy, but it means our future success. And be aware, America. Be afraid. Be concerned. Rise up. We cannot let this election, this treasonous act in this election – this coup d'etat – stand. We as the individual Americans – 80-plus-million, and I believe it's well over 100-plus because I believe Democrats don't want crooked elections either. 

And so, we all must rise up and get the accurate understanding of what went on in perhaps the largest cyber warfare campaign in history. And it was flawed because it was so large, and there is so much compelling evidence. That's why we're here tonight, America. Mr. President. Take charge. Do what we told you to do or asked you to do. Make things happen. It's a national emergency. Suspend the electoral college and the inauguration until we get all the facts laid out and we're all satisfied. God bless you and God bless America.

Brannon Howse: And by the way. The Transition Integrity Project, they predicted all this. They ran scenarios. They're going to be saying that Donald Trump is the one that's carrying out a coup on the President-elect. You know that. And we got to be ready to counter that if he actually does this, General. 'Cause they're going to say, "It's Trump now carrying out a coup." Right? 

General McInerney: Exactly. Just like I said when this happened, people are going to say if Trump didn't agree with it he had sour grapes. But fortunately, they said it before the election. We laid this out before the election, thanks to Dennis Montgomery and others, Mary, etc. They laid it out for us. So it's imperative that we take these actions now. 

Brannon Howse: And I don't know what our streaming numbers are tonight, but that tweet that I just put out – what, eight minutes ago – is now at 1,276. Okay? So we're headed toward 1,300 re-tweets in eight minutes. I mean, over 1,400 Likes. Again. The point I'm making is… I think even our numbers are being suppressed on our livestreams. Based on the text, emails, phone calls and other things that come in, we don't even believe the numbers of our streams are accurate. We don't believe the numbers on some of our videos are accurate. 

So what I'm saying, again, is there's a suppression of the American people. There's a suppression to make you think, "this is not a popular message. This isn’t a message of consensus that the American people have. Their numbers aren't anywhere near what they should be if the American people were really for this." So what I'm going to tell you is, I think there's a suppression going on even on some of the streaming numbers and viewing numbers after the show is over on some of these platforms. But I'm getting more evidence that that's probably an accurate statement just on watching what's happening on Twitter tonight with now 1,391 re-tweets in nine minutes. So don't let the optics discourage you. Do you want to say something, Mary?

Mary Fanning: Yes. Your listeners should keep in mind that we had a cyber security expert for the CIA, NSA and FBI, Dr. Najib Nassar came forward. And he gave his foreign declaration that they stole the election using Scorecard and HAMMER. So that is the NSA, CIA, FBI's own expert – the man that the New York Times calls the smartest man in any room. He testified in his sworn affidavit that they stole the election. So the American people have every reason to stand up. 

Brannon Howse: And by the way. This executive order that General McInerney's referred to multiple times, signed September 12th, 2018 by the President says that these groups that he's appointed have no later than 45 days after the conclusion of the United States election, the Director of National Intelligence in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government or any person acting as an agent or on behalf of a foreign government has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security. Is that report even being put together, General McInerney?

General McInerney: I don't know. I suspect it is, though. John Ratcliffe is a very good DNI. I expect he's doing his job. But that report isn't going to – that can be the report that clears this all up. I suspect it isn't because, as Mary pointed out, the federal marshal did not seize all these voting machines and all of this equipment that they should have immediately after the election. And so, they're missing in action. And because they are, it's going to make John Ratcliffe’s DNI job much more difficult. Typically, you had rogue elements in the CIA that were involved with this as well, Brannon.
