Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

We have proof tonight that the transmania sweeping America is being used to infringe upon the rights of women, making them not only less equal, but less safe.

Since California’s Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act went into effect in 2021, allowing transgender inmates to be housed in prisons in line with their gender identity, 47 biological males have been permitted to transfer to women’s prisons while none of the 12 requests by biological females to transfer to a men’s facility have been granted, according to a report by the Post Millennial.

Democratic California Senator Scott Wiener’s SB 132 was enacted in January 2021, granting biological male criminals the right to request transfer to women’s prisons based upon a self-declared female gender identity, as well as the right for these males to request to be searched by female prison staff.

The law applies to both male and female inmates alike, but the flow of transfers has so far only gone in one direction. On the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) website, it states that as of Feb. 26, 2023, 349 people housed in male institutions have requested to be housed in a female institution. 47 were approved for transfer, 21 were denied, and 35 changed their minds. The remaining requests are being reviewed.

A group of female activists tried to catch up with a California state senator Scott Wiener, who was the ringleader for this legislation. Here’s a video of them questioning the senator as he walks down the street.

From blue state insanity, we shift gears now to bring you a dose of red state common sense.

Sheriff Grady Judd of Polk County, Florida, used a press conference last week to school liberal reporters who think coddling violent criminals is the best way to curb crime, saying they need to “wake up” from their delusional stupor.

Judd made the remarks at a news conference last Thursday while discussing first-degree murder charges against 19-year-old gang member La’Darion Chandler, who allegedly shot 33-year-old rival gangster John McGee in December and then bragged about it in a rap video, WTSP-TV in St. Petersburg reported.

“These are hardcore gangsters,” he warned, adding, “They’ll eat your ice cream on Saturday and shoot up their rivals on Saturday night and smile at you in the meantime.”

Judd said the rapper gangsters become hardened on the streets because there’s no effective parenting at home.

While good sheriffs like that go after bad guys with guns, corrupt law enforcement at the FBI go after the good guys and try to disarm them.

The FBI coordinated behind the scenes with hospitals and medical centers to secretly strip U.S. citizens of their rights to own, buy, or use firearms, according to a trove of internal documents obtained by the Washington Examiner.

The Examiner’s exclusive report found that behind closed doors and without congressional approval, the FBI has worked hand in hand with the Secret Service and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to strip more than two dozen people of their gun rights with internal forms, records show. 

On the heels of this revelation by the Washington Examiner in December 2022, newly obtained documents and emails highlight how the FBI received a helping hand from medical facilities to waive gun rights from at least five people.

Between 2016 and 2019, the FBI presented forms to U.S. citizens at their homes and in other undisclosed locations that registered them with the bureau's National Instant Criminal Background Check System, the Washington Examiner previously reported . Newly obtained records, however, date the FBI's usage of the form back to 2011.

Aidan Johnston, federal affairs director for Gun Owners of America, said:

“Any time you have evidence of private entities coordinating with federal agents to strip Americans of their rights, the public should be alarmed and demanding answers and action. This is just the latest terrifying new instance of the illegal NICS self-submission form being used in nefarious ways, and those who used it to violate the public's trust must be held to account.”

Victims of this scheme were asked to voluntarily identify as a “danger” to themselves or others, as well as lacking the “mental capacity adequately to contract” their lives. The very existence of the FBI's forms has raised significant concerns among First Amendment lawyers and members of Congress, including Senator Marsha Blackburn, Republican of Tennessee, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan of Ohio, and Reps. Dan Bishop (R-NC) and Andrew Clyde (R-GA).

Ken Cuccinelli, an ex- Department of Homeland Security official in the Trump administration and the former Virginia attorney general, told the Washington Examiner:

“It really speaks to the rogue nature of the 'Deep State' mentality.”

In April 2017, one signatory signed a form following coordination between Rockford Center, a private mental health group in Delaware, and the FBI. The signatory identified as “a danger to himself or to others” and was neither involuntarily committed for treatment nor adjudicated as a “mental defective,” documents show.

Clyde, the Georgia congressman, told the Examiner:

“These new revelations provide additional proof that the FBI has used deeply disturbing tactics to erode Americans’ Second Amendment freedoms. Make no mistake — the FBI is weaponizing NICS forms to advance the Left’s dangerous agenda of dismantling our Second Amendment liberties and disarming our nation. Congress must thoroughly investigate this troubling matter and hold all unelected, anti-gun bureaucrats involved accountable for forcing Americans to relinquish their constitutional right to keep and bear arms.”

Another train derailment to report, this time in West Virginia Wednesday in an incident that left three people injured and gallons of diesel fuel spilling into the New River.

The fiery crash was reportedly caused when the train hit some falling rock on a CSX rail line.

CSX said in a statement that four locomotives and 22 empty train cars derailed in Summers County near the New River. The company said that the lead locomotive, carrying a conductor, engineer, and an engineer trainee, caught fire and the crew members suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The company also said that an unoccupied locomotive was left partially in the river after the derailment, adding that oil and diesel fuel spilled. Environmental containment measures were in place after the derailment.

Another freight train derailed on the same day; this one in Oklahoma. Thankfully, no apparent injuries or Hazmat spills took place in this incident, but it was caught on video in real time as it happened.

Meanwhile, in Mobile, Alabama, a large fire broke out Wednesday at an oil rig containing hazardous materials.

The origins of the fire were reportedly not immediately known.

In overseas news, violent riots broke out this week in France as the country saw one of its biggest mass mobilizations of protesters in years in response to President Emmanuel Macron’s plan to raise the pension age from 62 to 64 years old.

Breitbart reports that millions of people participated in protests across 200 towns and cities in France on Tuesday, with the organizing CGT union claiming that up to 3.5 million people flooded onto the streets, while the French Interior Ministry put the number at around 1.3 million.

Either way, that’s a lot of upset people in the streets.

The protests and accompanying trade union strikes were the sixth such demonstration since January against Macron’s planned pension age hike to 64, which would still be lower than other major European nations such as Britain, Germany and Spain. 

Still, the proposal has sparked outrage among the French public that has been suffering under economic hardship caused by rampant inflation.

Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis is calling on the Biden administration to allow Serbian Christian tennis player Novak Djokovic to enter the United States despite not being vaccinated for COVID-19, blasting the White House for imposing the controversial restriction on visitors to the country.

The United States is the only major country in the world still restricting entry to travelers based on their vaccine status.

Controversy erupted last year over news that Djokovic would not be able to participate in the 2022 U.S. Open tennis championship because of his refusal to take a COVID-19 clot shot.

The tennis star said he is willing to put his career on hold “based on all the information that I got,” citing the “principle of understanding what is right and what is wrong for you.”

DeSantis said in a March 7 letter to President Joe Biden:

“The only thing keeping Novak Djokovic from participating in the Miami Open tennis tournament is President Biden’s misguided and unscientific COVID-19 vaccination requirement for foreign travelers. I note that since the onset of COVID-19, Mr. Djokovic has visited the United States twice – including once during your presidency – without any apparent health incident.”

He also suggested the administration was hypocritical for having “pointedly allowed thousands of unvaccinated migrants to enter our country through the southern border.”

Speaking of the southern border, Zero Hedge reports that liberals are fuming at the Biden regime after a report that he's considering reviving the border policy which would hold migrant families in detention facilities - breaking one of his central campaign pledges. Remember, it was A-OK when Obama initiated this policy but when Trump continued it, the open-borders leftists and their lackeys in the media made a big thing about “kids in cages.”

Well, according to a New York Times report, Biden is considering flip-flopping on the issue, and the libs are going ballistic.

Rep. Greg Casar, a freshman House progressive from the 35th congressional district in Texas, told The Hill:

“Locking immigrant families and children into cages along the border is dangerous, ineffective, and wrong. It is dangerous and wrong to incarcerate refugee children, regardless of political party.”

As Axios notes, some Democrats are casting Biden's moves as a betrayal, particularly because they didn't receive advance notice of the White House's thinking before it became public.

“The lack of communication on immigration-related policy decisions is an insult,” Senator Bob Mendez (D-NJ) told Axios, adding, “It would be like making civil rights legislative ideas and thoughts without checking with the Congressional Black Caucus.”

Electric vehicle makers are scrambling for cash as demand dries up for their products.

Rivian Automotive plans to raise $1.3 billion in cash via a sale of convertible notes, joining a growing list of EV makers scrambling to hoard cash as demand falters for electric vehicles, reports CNBC.

Shares of Rivian closed down over 14% on Tuesday.

Rivian recently made a series of moves to conserve cash, laying off 6% of its workforce and delaying the launch of its new R2 smaller car.

Rivian also said last week it expects to produce 50,000 vehicles in 2023, fewer than the roughly 60,000 that Wall Street analysts had expected. That’s a sign that demand for its high-priced pickups and SUVs is falling short of its expectations, the CNBC report said.

Lucid, another startup making high-priced electric vehicles, also guided investors to lower-than-expected production in 2023 and said that it plans to ramp up its marketing in coming months, suggesting that it too is seeing fewer orders than expected.

Rivian raised nearly $12 billion when it went public in late 2021, helping it amass a cash hoard that still dwarfs that of most other EV startups. But the company’s shares have lost over 80% of their value since the debut.

It seems the honeymoon era for electric cars is over as consumers realize they are not only more costly to buy, but also to maintain, and that most can’t travel more than 100 miles or so without having to recharge. With a faltering electric grid due to increased reliance on solar, wind and other renewables, these electric vehicles also pose more of a risk that you will be stranded right when you need a charge.

A Democratic Minnesota legislator said it is a form of “genocide” for “white Christians” to adopt Native American children.

“I’m sick of white Christians adopting our babies and rejoicing. It’s a really sad day when that happens. It means the genocide continues,” Democrat State Rep. Heather Keeler said in one of her many Facebook posts on the topic.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

If you want to know who the biggest traitors are in the Republican Party, just look at the ones who are complaining the loudest over Tucker Carlson’s broadcast of the January 6 tapes that have been kept hidden from Americans for the last two and a half years.

It’s no big surprise that Mitch McConnell leads the way in arguing on behalf of the Democrats and oligarchs who think the American people should be shielded from what’s on the January 6 tapes, except, of course, the parts that the Democrats and RINO’s wanted us to see. But he’s not alone.

Others that should be removed or forced to retire the next time they are up for reelection are:

• Sen. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) called Carlson’s presentation of Jan. 6 as “mostly peaceful chaos” both “bull----” and “inexcusable.”

• Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) summarized Carlson’s version as “some rowdy peaceful protest of Boy Scouts” and said to put what happened “in the same category as … permitted peaceful protest is just a lie.”

• Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) said he was concerned about the House Jan. 6 committee’s work, but added, “I’m not interested in whitewashing Jan. 6.”

• Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) called it “dangerous and disgusting” and compared it to Alex Jones’s portrayal of the Sandy Hook massacre.

• Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) said, “I thought it was an insurrection at that time. I still think it was an insurrection today.”

• Senate Republicans’ No. 2 John Thune (S.D.) said, “I think it was an attack on the Capitol. … There were a lot of people in the Capitol at the time that were scared for their lives.”

The only problem we have with Speaker McCarthy’s decision is that he did not release the tapes to everyone, selecting for some reason Carlson as the sole recipient. That’s not the way a free and open society works. Government documents and videos are considered public records and by definition are to be made available to all Americans.
