The Treason of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.

The crypto-Leninist waitress and member of Congress, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, is heaping praise on radical teens for punking Donald Trump’s Tulsa rally; flooding the Trump campaign with fake ticket reservations, producing an auditorium with a third of the seats left empty. Jubilant at the result, Cortez taunted Trump by saying, “[the teens] tricked you into believing a million people wanted your white supremacist open mic to pack an arena during COVID. Shout out to ZOOMERS. Y’all make me so proud.”

Please note: The U.S. President, Donald J. Trump, is not a white supremacist. Calling him one is a Leninist tactic, practiced by the enemies of the United States. It is the tactic of using fake anti-racism as cover to advocate the overthrow of the Constitution and (by implication) the capitalist system.

Cortez has always relied on communist-inspired code words, the communist perversion of language, and statements inimical to the United States and its founding documents (maligned as “systemically racist”). As a blatant agitator and subversive, Cortez should be arrested and tried under 18 U.S. Code, Chapter 115, on a charge of treason.

§2381. Treason — Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

Cortez’s malicious seconding of the disruption of the President’s rally, calling the president and (by implication) his supporters “white supremacists,” is in itself a conscious attempt to divide the country by race, to turn the non-white citizens of the country against the white citizens, as part of a divide-and-conquer strategy. If this strategy succeeds, there will be a bloodbath in this country. As someone attempting to instigate a bloodbath — using her position in Congress as a platform — she ought to be interrogated as one who likely possesses wider knowledge of a larger conspiracy. It would be perfectly logical, under the circumstances, to investigate her for misprision of treason, outlined below:

§2382. Misprision of treason — Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §330016(1)(H), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

Cortez is not alone in her subversive activities, but as a telegenic member of Congress she is the single-most conspicuous anti-American agitator of today. Her rhetoric is an incitement to insurrection, however subtle or indirect. She is full of politically correct buzzwords. She supports the “climate change” agenda, she openly advocates socialism. She talks of “the movement,” and “systemic change.” Make no mistake, these are code words for a Marxist revolution. Therefore, she should be investigated for inciting insurrection:

§2383. Rebellion or insurrection — Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. Cortez is a threat to liberty, and a menace to public order. She is the political poster-girl for “changing” America into a Soviet Republic. The radicalism she advocates is antithetical to our political system, to our traditions of fair play and civility.

The Founding Fathers warned against dangerous political agitators, like Cortez. They warned against “factions,” and persons who would attempt to divide the country. In his Farewell Address, President George Washington wrote:

The unity of government which constitutes you one people is also now dear to you. It is justly so, for it is a main pillar in the edifice of your real independence, the support of your tranquility at home, your peace abroad; of your safety; of your prosperity; of that very liberty which you so highly prize.

Washington then warned “that, from different causes and from different quarters, much pains will be taken, many artifices employed to weaken” American national unity. Since unity is our “fortress,” said Washington, it will be “covertly and insidiously” undermined by hostile foreign powers. Therefore, we should unflaggingly regard unity as “the palladium” of our “political safety and prosperity,” guarding it with jealous anxiety….” We must, he added, frown “upon the first dawning of every attempt to alienate any portion of our country from the rest, or to enfeeble the sacred ties which now link together the various parts.”

Washington warned of those who would divide America by misrepresenting the “opinions and aims” of one part of the country in order to alienate another part of the country. This is what Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is doing when she calls President Trump a “white supremacist.” She is effectively misrepresenting the “opinions and aims” of Trump and his voters in the “red states,” attempting to alienate non-white Americans from white Americans. She thereby paves the way for the country’s breakup into hostile camps. About faction, Washington wrote:

It serves always to distract the public councils and enfeeble the public administration. It agitates the community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms, kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which finds a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.

Washington warned that internal divisions could, in the future, assist the machinations of hostile foreign powers. It is no accident that Cortez’s rhetoric stinks of Che Guevara’s Leninism — an ideological grounding shared by Beijing and Pyongyang. Now that buildings in American cities are damaged by the thousand, the police intimidated, and the president balked by his generals, Cortez pours fuel on the racial fire.

Washington was, indeed, a father to his country. He saw the danger of factional domination, “sharpened by the spirit of revenge … which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities,” Here is a “patriot” whose statues are now being pulled down — whose good name is smeared with the same rhetoric Cortez uses to smear Trump. In Portland, communist-inspired children burned an American flag, threw it onto Washington’s statue, and pulled the statue down. There was not a word of outrage from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. In fact, I believe she despises Washington, and has contempt for patriotism. The Father of our country is the Devil for all unnatural, infanticidal, man-hating, succubi — of which Cortez and her “Squad” are the malum electi.

If the communists continue to pull down Washington’s statues around the country, there will be a fight. As for the vituperative language Cortez uses against the President, she had best be prepared for a full broadside of chain shot to her own mainmast and rigging. In the eyes of many Americans, she is a menace, and a public enemy who is working to destroy the country. Some of us can see, as plain as day, that she ought to be investigated, arrested, indicted and convicted of treason, misprision of treason, and incitement to insurrection. If she is not apprehended in the course of her revolutionary career, innocent lives will be lost needlessly.

Cortez may think it child’s play and good fun to call the President a “white supremacist”; yet in response, many of us know what mischief she is up to and what it will cost us all. You want to play this dangerous game, Ms. Cortez? It’s a two-way street. And what is more, your Chinese and Cuban friends aren’t to be relied on.

18 U.S. Code § 2385.Advocating overthrow of Government

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
