We start off tonight with that court ruling in Colorado, where a Democrat-appointed court decided to remove Donald Trump’s name from the Colorado ballot in 2024 while also delaying the decision going into effect until January.

The court’s decision is making international news.

El Salvador President Nayib Bukele issued a fiery response to the Democrat-controlled Colorado Supreme Court’s decision. 

The court claims that the 45th president is disqualified because he allegedly engaged in an “insurrection” by stoking the protests at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

However, there was no “insurrection” at the Capitol, and claims that Trump “incited a riot” that day have been widely debunked.

In a post on X, El Salvadore’s president weighed in on the issue and blasted the idea of “democracy” in America.

President Bukele, a vocal supporter of Trump in the past, slammed the justice system in the U.S. that is being weaponized by the left to undermine the republic.

Bukele’s post, which had been seen almost 5 million times by Wednesday morning, was touted by many conservatives on social media.

“Exactly right,” America First Legal posted on X.

“Which is one of many reasons why we must all collectively fight to see that it is overturned. This cannot stand.”

According to one pollster, the Colorado Supreme Court gave Trump the best Christmas present he could ever hope to get this Christmas.

Pollster Frank Luntz told a CNN host exactly what she didn’t want to hear Wednesday – that President Trump will end up benefitting from the horrendous Colorado Supreme Court decision kicking him off that state’s ballot.

Not only is the decision up for appeal, an appeal Trump is likely to win if it’s judged on any set of facts remotely based on constitutional grounds, but it also gives Trump fresh meat to pound home the point that he is under attack by the corrupt ruling deep state.

Donald Trump delivered remarks in Waterloo, Iowa, on Tuesday as he sits on a 50-point lead in the polls of the Hawkeye State.

Trump discussed important topics with Iowa voters, such as the recent ruling in Colorado, the war on Christians, Christmas, and much more.

During his remarks, Trump stated that under the Biden regime, Christians have been under attack, and when he’s back in the Oval Office, he will “end the war on Christians.”

He proceeded to tell the crowd in Waterloo, “When I am back in the White House, never again will your government be used to target Christians and other religious believers. Upon taking office, I will create a new federal task force on fighting anti-Christian bias to be led by a fully reformed Department of Justice.”

The 45th President also touched on the topic of how the left has replaced “Merry Christmas with “Happy Holidays.”

Trump noted that “When Joe Biden lit the National Christmas Tree earlier this month, he completely failed to even mention the birth of Jesus Christ.”

Trump called attention to the fact that Biden hasn’t mentioned Jesus Christ in his annual Christmas remarks for the last three years.

Kim Jong Un told North Korean newspapers this week that the country’s recent successful missile launch proves he has options against aggression from Washington, D.C.

The missile, which has the capability of traveling more than 9,300 miles and reaching the mainland U.S., flew 73 minutes before landing in an area west of the Japanese island of Hokkaido, Reuters reported.

Kim, the supreme leader of North Korea, celebrated the country’s “overwhelming strength” following the launch, according to state outlets.

An article in Korea Central News Daily stated:

“Noting that it was an occasion to clearly show what action the DPRK has been prepared and what option the DPRK would take when Washington makes a wrong decision against it, [Kim] appreciated that the drill once again and strikingly displayed the DPRK’s will for toughest counteraction and its overwhelming strength.”

DPRK stands for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea — the country’s official name.

KCNA reports that the Central Military Commission of the Workers’ Party of Korea described the launch as “a powerful warning measure under the grave situation, in which the hostile forces’ anti-DPRK military threat that has persisted for the whole of this year is getting evermore undisguised and dangerous even at this moment of year-end December.”

Charlie Kirk recently interviewed a 16-year-old high school girl from Camby, Oregon, named Maddy Carde. Maddy explained, quite eloquently, what it’s like being a female today in America’s public schools.

The young lady told Kirk that she is forced to change clothes in gym class in front of grown men walking around watching the girls undress with cellphones in the girls’ locker room. These men are “doing God knows what” with their cellphones, she said, quite possibly taking pictures of the unclothed girls.

Even more shocking was that the girl said almost no parents have taken a stand against this indignity and approached the school board about it.

A Florida Democrat has pleaded guilty in connection with threats he made to kill a Supreme Court Justice.

Neal Brij Sidhwaney, a 43-year-old from Fernandina, Florida, placed a call on July 31, during which he left an expletive-laden, threatening voicemail message for a member of the high court, according to a Justice Department news release. 

While officials did not identify which specific justice was the target of the phone call, court documents obtained by CNN revealed the threat was made against Chief Justice John Roberts.

Sidhwaney also warned Roberts against alerting U.S. Marshals about the call, telling him he would talk to the law enforcement agents and then “come kill you anyway,” NBC News reported.

Prosecutors noted that Sidhwaney repeatedly identified himself by name in the profanity-laced phone call, ultimately leading to his arrest back in August.

Weeks later, U.S. Magistrate Judge Monte Richardson ordered a competency hearing for Sidhwaney. Though the suspect initially denied having any sort of mental health issues, “delusional thought processes became evident” during the examination.

Still, he was found to meet the minimum standards required to stand trial before he pleaded guilty on Friday of transmitting an interstate threat to kill. He faces up to five years in prison and his sentencing hearing will be set at a later date, officials said in a press release Monday.

Earlier this year, a California man, identified as Nicholas Roske, was arrested for allegedly telling police he traveled to the Washington, D.C., area to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh and then himself. He has pleaded not guilty to one count of attempting to assassinate a Supreme Court justice.

The Daily Mail reports that there’s a new smoking gun regarding the Covid virus, offering evidence that it was man-made in a research lab in China, not organically formed in a bat cave as Dr. Anthony Fauci still maintains was the case.

A newly-uncovered trove of documents detailing plans to create a Covid-like virus in China months before the pandemic ever surfaced makes the lab leak theory “almost certain,” experts say.

The records - obtained now by FOIA requests - lay out a plan to “engineer spike proteins” to infect human cells that would then be “inserted into SARS-Covid backbones” at the infamous Wuhan virology lab from December 2018.

Just a year later, in late 2019, the Covid virus emerged with a unique ability to infect humans, going on to cause a global pandemic. 

The proposal was made by the now-notorious EcoHealth Alliance, a New York nonprofit that channels U.S. government grants abroad to fund these types of dangerous experiments.

The application was ultimately denied by the U.S. Department of Defense, but critics say the plans laid out in the proposal serve as a “blueprint” for how to create Covid.

Matt Ridley, a biologist and science writer who has written extensively about the potential lab leak in the past, said: “This latest [document] leak makes the case for a lab leak almost certain. A reckless experiment, known at the time to be reckless, probably caused the death of millions of people. Scientists and the media conspired to conceal the evidence. Let that sink in.”

During Joe Biden’s November summit with Xi Jinping, the communist dictator told Biden to his face that China will take Taiwan at the time of their choosing. This is according to a new report by NBC News.

China treats Joe Biden like a puppet. Maybe that’s because he is.

NBC News reported that Chinese President Xi Jinping bluntly told Biden during their summit in San Francisco that Beijing will reunify Taiwan with mainland China but that the timing has not yet been decided, according to three current and former U.S. officials.

NBC writes:

“Xi told Biden in a group meeting attended by a dozen American and Chinese officials that China’s preference is to take Taiwan peacefully, not by force, the officials said. The Chinese leader also referenced public predictions by U.S. military leaders who say that Xi plans to take Taiwan in 2025 or 2027, telling Biden that they were wrong because he has not set a timeframe, according to two current and one former official briefed on the meeting.”

Chinese officials also asked in advance of the summit that Biden make a public statement after the meeting saying that the U.S. supports China’s goal of peaceful unification with Taiwan and does not support Taiwanese independence, the officials said. The White House rejected the Chinese request.

Slay News reports that Bill Gates is pumping vast sums of cash into a new “needle-free” mRNA vaccine technology in preparation for the so-called “Pandemic X.”

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is teaming up on the project with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, or CEPI.

CEPI was also founded by Gates with a $460 million investment.

Gates and the CEPI are investing $1.2 million in a startup to create wafers laced with mRNA that go under the tongue to dispense his new vaccine.

The wafer can be stored at any temperature and can be administered without the use of needles.

Critics question the reliability of the technology and the safety of the mRNA platform.

With funding from Gates’ organization, CEPI is partnering with Jurata Thin Film Inc. to develop a wafer-like mRNA film.

The huge cash injections from Gates will give a massive boost to help Jurata develop its proprietary vaccine platform.

According to the announcement, the $1.2 million grant from Gates is just to get the project off the ground with more funding coming at later stages.

The company says its new platform stabilizes mRNA-containing lipid nanoparticle vaccine technologies in a thin film.

It can also remain stable for three years, eliminating the need for energy-intensive cold storage required by current mRNA vaccines.

Jurata and CEPI believe the technology is key to getting vaccines into the bodies of poor people worldwide.

Leave it to Bill Gates to think of a better, more profitable way to deliver life-ending toxic vaccines.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

Jordan Schachtel of The Dossier reports that post-Covid tyranny is alive and well in the Buffalo area of New York state.

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz has announced an online portal for applying for “essential worker” status in the event of a state of emergency like a snowstorm or other event. And God knows Buffalo has a lot of snowstorms.

According to the county’s press release: 

“The travel exemption portal will define specific categories of workers using a tiered concept to identify who would be exempt from a travel ban in order to commute to and from their place of employment. The list of essential employees will be reviewed annually and employers will be asked to provide updates when an essential employee’s work status changes for any reason that warrants removal from the exemption list.”

Keep in mind that one of the most pressing goals of the globalist elites at the World Economic Forum is to restrict people’s freedom of movement.

Poloncarz has used his police powers as county executive to declare a “driving ban” in the event of a snowstorm.

Schachtel writes:

“The Dossier spent lots of time Friday searching to see if such measures were even legal, hoping to find inquiries in the news media defending New Yorkers from potential rights violations. Unfortunately, we came up empty. In fact, all we found from the corporate media were questions challenging the legal status of businesses that wanted to remain open during a declared emergency.”

The driving bans were put in place at the end of 2022, after a major snowstorm wreaked havoc on the area and resulted in the deaths of stranded motorists. Poloncarz then took the opportunity to announce the new policy as a way to “do something” about the crisis at hand.

Now, one year later, they are dramatically expanding that power with the help of both state and federal resources.

“Under the New York Public Officers Law, no one may travel except personnel deemed essential during the emergency,” he declared Friday on X/Twitter, promising to sic law enforcement on those caught driving without a movement pass.

But he also made it clear that it’s not just snowstorms that he can use to justify curtailing the rights of Erie County residents. In his X thread, Poloncarz decided that essential worker status applies to a travel ban related to “some other type of catastrophe” as well.

When was it decided that American politicians and bureaucrats had to follow the Constitution, unless they declare an emergency? I don’t recall the Supreme Court ever signing off on such an easy method of circumventing the Constitutional boundaries within which all government officials operate.

Any police officer who enforces this illegal and unconstitutional infringement on the rights of Americans to move about freely in society is part of the problem. They are enabling tyranny. They are enforcing the dictates of a power-drunk, rogue executive. I hope the people of Erie County challenge this illegal and dictatorial policy before it spreads elsewhere in the country.
