Good evening everyone and welcome to the broadcast.

We start off tonight with another high-profile young, super fit athlete collapsing in the middle of a game.

This time it was Cartier Woods, an 18-year-old senior star on the Detroit Northwestern High School basketball team. Woods is a two-sport athlete, serving as the starting quarterback on the Northwestern football team and a starting guard on the basketball team.

He went into cardiac arrest during a game Tuesday night, January 31st, and was placed on life support, according to Nikolai Vitti, superintendent of Detroit Public Schools Community District. He remained in ICU in Henry Ford Hospital as of Thursday, February 2nd.

Woods’ family told Fox 2 TV in Detroit that he was “very healthy” and they “just did not understand how something like this could happen to someone, so young.”

Vitti explained in an email circulating on social media and reported by the Detroit News:

“He was administered CPR and was rushed to Henry Ford Hospital. As of this email he is on life support and the next 24 hours are critical to his survival. With permission from Cartier Woods’ legal guardian, his aunt, I send this email to you requesting your prayers, thoughts and/or well wishes for his recovery.”

Northwestern was playing host to Detroit Douglass when according to PSL Executive Director Jay Alexander, Woods took himself out of the game, then collapsed near the bench.

“He was sitting on the sideline and just collapsed,” Alexander said of Woods, adding: “He felt like something was wrong, so he just told the coach he needed to come out of the game because he wasn’t feeling well.”

Alexander said Northwestern had a defibrillator on hand, and CPR was immediately rendered.

Alexander said, “He was never alert, that’s why I guess they are saying cardiac arrest, because his heart stopped but it wasn’t a heart attack.”

Douglass coach Pierre Brooks said Woods collapsed early in the first quarter, and play was immediately stopped, the gym emptied.

“I was so locked in on the game, I heard the commotion, didn’t see the actual collapse,” Brooks said. “My instinct was, if there was a fight going on with the noise I heard, but I didn’t see the actual collapse. I was more concerned with making sure he was OK once I found out he did collapse and getting my guys out of the way. It was a pretty tragic scene.”

Brooks added that, “It was mutual that based on the emotions of his players and my players and fans that it wouldn’t be good if we’d continue. I’d say that it was somewhat similar to the Buffalo game a few weeks back (when Bills defensive back Damar Hamlin collapsed on Monday Night Football against Bengals), just wouldn’t be right to continue.”

We have some sobering Covid statistics out of Canada, which is one of the most vaccinated countries in the world.

Health Canada reports Covid deaths week-by-week, starting from the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. 

In 2020, the total Covid deaths reported to the Public Health Agency by provinces and territories was 9,225. The first death was recorded in March of that year.

In 2021, as vaccines became accessible to Canadians between January and July, Covid deaths didn’t decrease over the year. Instead, the Covid death toll increased by nearly 8 percent to 9,934. 

Then, in 2022 is where you see a big jump. With an approximately 85% vaccinated population in January, Covid deaths increased again, and not by a little.

Over the 12-month calendar year of 2022, Health Canada data shows 15,844 deaths occurred due to Covid – almost double the number of deaths in 2020 when there was no Covid vaccine and citizens were “unprotected.” 

Next time someone looks at you like you’re a Martian because you’re not vaccinated, share those statistics with them.

The European Union has selected Marion Lalisse, a former deputy ambassador to Yemen, to lead the charge in “combating Islamophobia” throughout Europe.

Her selection comes after protests in Sweden saw a mass book burning of Qurans, which sparked uproar from the Muslim world. 

Germany has also since temporarily closed its consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, over fears of a violent uprising. Turkey has separately issued a travel warning over what it called “dangerous levels of religious intolerance and hatred in Europe,” The National News reported.

As we know from history, Muslims have zero tolerance for criticism and the E.U. bureaucrats intend to help them squash free speech in Europe.

Lalisse said in a tweet she was “honored” to be appointed to the position and that it was “an important topic that requires our joint efforts and commitment.”

The commission’s equalities chief Helena Dalli said the appointment would “ensure responses to hatred, as well as structural and individual discrimination against Muslims.”

Europeans can discriminate and say hateful things all day long against Christians. There is no commission to police that.

Dalli added that, “We must fight anti-Muslim hatred in all areas of life including education, employment and social policy. We must also gather data about, monitor and tackle all instances of anti-Muslim hatred and discrimination.”

Just the News reports that the Republican-led House on Thursday passed a resolution to remove Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar from the chamber’s Foreign Affairs Committee.

The unofficial vote was 218-211, along party lines. Omar came to the U.S. as a child refugee from the Islamic republic of Somalia and has broken laws in this country with impunity, including marrying her own brother to get him into the U.S. She is an America hater, a Jew hater, and a national security risk.

House Republicans argued that Omar, a Minnesota lawmaker, should not be on the committee, considering her past statements related to Israel that sparked controversy and in some instances were criticized by Republicans and fellow Democrats as anti-Semitic.

Omar issued a public apology in 2019 after a backlash for making anti-Semitic tweets, according to CNN.

Omar’s partner in crime, fellow Islamofascist Democrat, Rashida Tlaib of Detroit, went into a total meltdown on the House floor over Omar’s removal.

Victoria Nuland, the United States Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, all but admitted that the U.S. was responsible for sabotaging Russia’s Nord Stream 2 Pipeline last September.

Russia and NATO immediately began to play the blame game, accusing each other of destroying the Nord Stream 2.

At the time of the sabotage, Russian President Vladimir Putin did not hesitate to blame the U.S. for the nefarious acts.

Putin said, “It’s obvious to everyone who did it.”

During a recent Senate hearing last week, Victoria Nuland implied that it indeed was the U.S. who did it, gloating about the destruction of the pipeline. Here she is addressing questions from Texas Senator Ted Cruz.

While other companies are shedding jobs, McDonald’s is launching another massive expansion. This year the company is reportedly primed to open another 1,900 fast-food restaurants.

At least 400 of them will be in the United States, or other Western nations such as Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and more. The other 1,500 or so will be in developmental licensee and affiliate markets, including 900 in China.

Yahoo! Finance says the franchise is poised to spend up to $2.4 billion on capital expenditures, half of which will be dedicated to new net openings, said Ian Borden, CFO and EVP, during a call with investors after the company’s fourth quarter earnings report was released.

Yahoo notes that this expansion marks the largest in the U.S. since 2014.

The question is why? Knowing what’s going on in the food industry, is it possible that McDonald’s sees an opportunity to expand profits by incorporating some of that factory-made fake meat that, as we previously reported, is expected to hit the market by the end of this year?

Activists are fuming after a rising number of dead whales have washed ashore on New Jersey beaches, blaming their deaths on the state’s use of sonar mapping to install new offshore wind turbines.

By January 9^th, six dead whales floated ashore, all within a 33-day period.

The wave of dead whales is the ocean sounding the alarm, and we must heed the warning, the environmentalists said.

Cindy Zipf, executive director of the environmental group Clean Ocean Action, said:

“We need to stop all of the sonar, stop all of the preconstruction activity offshore right now until we can determine whether or not that has any impact or any part of the cause for any of these whales washing up.”

Zipf headed a news conference, joined by other environmental groups and anti-offshore wind-farm proponents, urging the Biden regime to perform a “transparent” investigation into why these whales are dying.

Down Beach reported that “they released a copy of a 5-page letter, sent to Biden, that outlines their concerns about the whale deaths and what they believe is the government’s lax regulatory oversight of offshore wind farms.”

Some good news to report tonight from attorney Matt Staver at Liberty Counsel.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that a city ordinance in Tampa, Florida, that prohibited licensed counselors from providing voluntary verbal therapy to minors seeking help with reducing or eliminating their unwanted same-sex attractions, behaviors, or identity, is unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

In Vazzo v. City of Tampa, Liberty Counsel represented marriage and family therapist Robert Vazzo and his minor clients, as well as the Christian ministry, New Hearts Outreach Tampa Bay.

Today’s ruling is based on Liberty Counsel’s earlier victory in Otto v. City of Boca Raton in which the 11th Circuit previously ruled that similar bans preventing counselors from helping their clients in Palm Beach County and the City of Boca Raton were also unconstitutional restrictions on speech under the First Amendment.

In the most recent case, issued February 2nd, the three-judge panel wrote, “In Otto, we held that city and county ordinances banning sexual orientation change efforts (“SOCE”) were unconstitutional under the First Amendment. The City of Tampa’s SOCE ordinance here is substantively the same as the ordinances at issue in Otto. Accordingly, we are bound by our prior-panel precedent rule to affirm the district court’s grant of summary judgment to the Plaintiffs-Appellees.”

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “This is a great victory for counselors and their clients. Counselors and clients have the freedom to choose the counsel of their choice and be free of political censorship from government-mandated speech.”

That would seem like an obvious truth to anyone in possession of all their faculties. It’s a shame and an embarrassment that these cases even have to be brought before the courts.

A dairy farmer from southern Ontario, Canada, is speaking out about how the Canadian government makes farms dump thousands of gallons of fresh milk because they have gone over their quota.

In a video shared on TikTok by Travis Huigen, dairy farmer Jerry Human expresses his outrage at the Canadian government and the Dairy Farmers of Ontario for wasting tons of fresh milk despite inflation and rising hunger in the nation.

This same program exists in the United States, where farmers get punished for being too productive.

That is a hardworking multi-generational farmer who is clearly angry about corrupt government controls that are destroying his business and causing, eventually, starvation among the people.

One user commented, “This is a great example on how they control food supplies to the benefit of the government and corporations at the cost to the people. They do not care about you what so ever. Great example of how the government isn’t for the people and is doing more harm than good. Pure evil.”

This is a global problem raging across the Western world in accordance with the plans of the World Economic Forum and the United Nations Agenda 2030 sustainable development. Cows, chickens, turkeys, all livestock, according to their warped viewpoint, are destroying the planet.

And when the people can no longer afford milk for their babies Bill Gates and his buddies at the WEF will offer them cockroach milk.

In other global food news, a regulatory move within Mexico’s agricultural sector has U.S. farmers concerned it will turn their corn crop production on its head.

Mexico, which is the largest buyer of U.S. corn, wants to shift its purchases away from GMO corn and buy only non-GMO. 

That’s a problem for U.S. farmers, who only produce GMO corn and have for more than two decades.

Hinkel Farms’ Elizabeth Hinkel told FOX Business on Tuesday:

“Most farmers, my generation and younger, have never even used conventional corn. We’re not set up to do it. We don’t have the equipment to do it. So it would be a huge investment if we had to go back to growing conventional. And on top of that, our yields would be decreased.”

American farmers are headed to Capitol Hill to voice concerns about Mexico’s proposed ban on U.S. imports of genetically modified corn, reportedly warning the move could become the most catastrophic thing to happen to corn farmers.

Mexico purchased more than $10 billion worth of yellow and white corn from the U.S. last season alone.

Hinkel told Fox Business:

“Even though here in Pennsylvania, our corn stays fairly local, our price is still determined by the board. So if that price goes down, it’s going to affect farmers all over the United States, no matter where their corn is being sold. I just can’t even picture in my mind what this is going to do. It’s farmers from one end of the United States to the other. It doesn’t matter where you sell it or what it’s used for, it’s going to have an effect.”

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

A federal institution, the Smithsonian’s National Air & Space Museum, just kicked out an entire group of pro-life students and their chaperones simply for having a pro-life religious message on their hats. 

Students from a Catholic school in Greenville, South Carolina, traveled to Washington, D.C., on January 27th to participate in the National March for Life. After the event, they went over to explore the nearby Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. Once in the museum, they were accosted several times and told they would be forced to leave unless they removed their pro-life hats. The group all wore the same blue hat that simply said, “Rosary PRO-LIFE.” Other individuals in the museum were wearing hats of all kinds without issue.

The museum staff mocked the students, called them expletives, and made comments that the museum was a “neutral zone” where they could not express such statements. The employee who ultimately forced the students to leave the museum was rubbing his hands together in glee as they exited the building. 

The mother of two of the students hired the American Center for Law and Justice to take legal action. She also took to Twitter and said:

The Smithsonian Institution, as a federal entity, receives upwards of $1 billion in U.S. tax dollars from the government every year, according to the ACLJ. It states on its website that they “welcome all people to explore” its museums, apparently just not kids with pro-life views. 

According to a release by the ACLJ: “This was a clear-cut First Amendment violation, not only of their freedom of speech but of religion as well. The federal government simply cannot ban speech with which it or its employees disagree.”

This is an outrage.

Imagine this is your child and watching him or her be accosted, berated, and kicked out of a museum that other children are allowed to attend – just because of their beliefs. This is a clear and egregious abuse of the First Amendment, the type of which has become all to common under the Biden regime.
