The Hill is reporting that the Army has given up on plans to hold all soldiers to the same standards for physical fitness.

After a three-year review the Army has chosen instead to have some reduced standards to allow women and older soldiers to pass, according to The Hill’s report.  

The study was conducted for the Army by the Rand Corporation.

That study found  that found men were more easily passing the new, more rigorous Army Combat Fitness Test, or ACFT, compared to women and older soldiers, who were “failing at noticeably higher rates.” 

The test consisted of six events whereas the previous test included only three, pushups, sit ups and a run.   

Army Secretary Christine Wormuth said in a statement announcing the changes:

“This test is an essential part of maintaining the readiness of the Army as we transform into the Army of 2030. The revisions to the ACFT are based on data and analysis, including an independent assessment required by Congress. We will continue to assess our implementation of the test to ensure it is fair and achieves our goal of strengthening the Army’s fitness culture.” 

The Army first changed its fitness test to include dead lifts, power throws, pushups, planks, a run and a sprint-drag-carry event, as well as a leg tuck that was eventually eliminated, according to The Hill.

The idea behind the newer test was to better replicate the physical stresses of combat duty.

However, Military.com looked at the results and found that the new fitness curriculum was quickly criticized after it became clear women, older male soldiers and National Guard and Reserve troops were underperforming. About 44 percent of women failed the test from October 2020 to April 2021, compared to about 7 percent of men, Military.com found at the time. 

According to the Rand study:

“ACFT scores collected during the diagnostic period show some groups failing at noticeably higher rates. The biggest impacts are observed for women, but we also see differences in pass rates across components, with the U.S. Army Reserve and the Army National Guard lagging behind the Regular Army, and across military occupational specialties.”

Republican Senators Chuck Grassley of Iowa and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin have announced that they have receipts showing Hunter received payments from foreign oligarchs that further reveal “the extent to which President Biden might be — and almost certainly is — compromised.”

Documents obtained by the senators show energy company CEFC, “an arm of the Chinese Government,” paid Wells Fargo Clearing Services $100,000 and designated “further credit to Owasco,” Hunter’s firm.

Grassley, one of the most low-key lawmakers on the Republican side of the aisle, stood on the Senate floor Monday and announced the shocking revelations, stating:

“There’s no middle man in this transaction. This is $100,000 from what is effectively an arm of the communist Chinese government direct to Hunter Biden.

Grassley chided those who, in the runup to the 2020 presidential election, tried to keep the information from the American people by dismissing it as “Russian disinformation.”

Grassley asked:

“To the liberal media and my Democratic colleagues: Is this official bank document Russian disinformation?”

Grassley went on to produce the actual receipts of Biden transactions with the communists.

Senator Johnson of Wisconsin added:

“Bank records like this piece of evidence are pretty hard to deny and sweep under the rug. Our reports were chock full of irrefutable evidence like this. And yet, the media buried those details, in an attempt to keep it hidden from the American people.”

The National Post is reporting that Joe Biden’s nominee for Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs previously served as the “Global Project Lead” at Pfizer and is one of the leading proponents of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender representation in the U.S. military.

The nomination of Brenda “Sue” Fulton carries significant concerns about conflicts of interest because it comes at a time when Pfizer is seeking to secure Emergency Use status from the FDA for its COVID-19 vaccine and boosters. One of its key customers is the U.S. military.

Fulton, 63, was also recently blasted by members of the United States Senate for referring to right-wingers as “anti-everyone nutjobs falling in love with a dictatorship,” the National Post reports.

On her LinkedIn page, Fulton described her job at Pfizer as “expanding consumer access to Pfizer consumer brands in new channels, all regions.”

The National Post adds the following:

“In addition to working for Pfizer, which has hired legions of politically connected lobbyists appearing to push for COVID-19 vaccine mandates, Fulton has a long history of pushing the military to ‘increase diversity.’ Fulton’s nomination comes amidst existing fears the U.S. military is prioritizing instruction of far-left Critical Race Theory over combat readiness.”

Armstrong Economics conducted a study based on the flow of global capital that suggests war is coming.

The Armstrong models show Biden’s unprecedented Russia sanctions have “undeniably destroyed the global economy unfortunately precisely on time from its birth in 1950. Our capital-flow models have confirmed that there has been an unprecedented cash outflow from China following Biden’s sanctions. Not only are we witnessing a withdrawal of Western capital from China realizing that the U.S. has no interest in peace and China will be next, but we are also looking at collapsing confidence in globalization continuing from here on out.”

The models reportedly also confirmed an even more alarming indicator: That the tectonic shifts underway in the movement of capital out of China suggests that the economic warfare now being conducted could very well be building toward World War III.

That’s because economic war always precedes kinetic war.

According to the report, the Armstrong models shows:

“A highly unusual change in direction of the global capital flows which is even showing up in the emerging markets. China saw investors pull out from its share markets over concerns that we are clearly headed into World War III. Historically, the capital flows to the dollar during world war under the assumption that tanks will not be landing on the beaches of Virginia or California. This will tend to support the dollar, but not long-term. Biden’s sanctions attacking individual Russians have turned into a nightmare. Besides the Czech Republic seizing ALL assets of any Russian based upon their ethnicity as they were doing to the Japanese during World War II in the United States, now even Switzerland is doing the same thing.”

The economic study further concluded:

“These sanctions are not going to cause regime change and the overthrow of Putin with Russians running into the arms of the West. This is outright hatred of Russians as a people and they will have no choice but bond with China in an all-out war against this outrageous tyranny.”

On Tuesday’s broadcast of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Florida Governor Ron DeSantis reacted to Disney’s criticism of Florida’s Parental Rights in Education bill, which will prevent teachers from injecting sexualized content into school classrooms in that state.

DeSantis said Disney won’t be allowed to impose “California values” on Florida by overturning a law that is “supported by a strong majority” of Floridians.

Unlike the majority of GOP governors, DeSantis did no back down from a woke corporate juggernaut that employs thousands in his state.

DeSantis also reacted to the revelation by a Disney Executive Producer that she regularly 'adds queerness to children's programming.”

In our next story, we take a deep dive with journalist JD Rucker into the social media platform TikTok. Specifically, we want to help you find out, is your child or teenager addicted to TikTok?

In a new column, Rucker says there’s a good possibility they are, because TikTok is the single most visited website on the Internet. More videos are watched there than on YouTube, more social interactions occur there than on Facebook.

And the type of interactions going on are troubling.

While there’s been a firestorm of discontent among parents who became awake to what’s happening in the public schools with regard to the sexualization of children, very few parents by comparison are aware of what their children are doing on TikTok.

They are actually being groomed for sex, Rucker says, citing a study by Dr. Leonard Sax, MD and Phd.

Rucker describes how the process works on this addictive social media platform as follows:

“Kids watch TikTok videos and often have an experience as a result because of the AI-driven algorithm that gets to know them in hours, often even in minutes. It learns what they like and guides them to what it knows they’ll also like. Then, it guides them to things they may not realize they like but because TikTok recommends it they learn to trust it as an authority on THEM. Later, when they become TikTok influencers, their videos start infecting others as well.”

This process ends up “spreading like a plague,” Rucker writes, adding:

“Parents need to keep their young children off of TikTok, period. If you’re concerned about the curriculum in public schools, then you need to make sure they’re not on TikTok because it is exponentially more damaging to a young mind. What a teacher tells them is one thing. What a teen who is similar to them is much more damaging because it’s a peer they can relate to, a peer they believe relates to them.”

Former President Donald Trump says he has no desire to take Nancy Pelosi's job as Speaker of the House should Republicans retake that chamber in elections this fall.

During an interview with John Solomon and Amanda Head of Just the News, Trump debunked the rumors that he could be angling for Pelosi’s job.

He stated:

"I think that it's not something I wanted. A lot of people bring it up. It's brought up all the time. No, it's not something I want to do. I want to look at what's happening, and then we're going to be doing something else. No, it's not something I would be interested in."

FBI employees and informants were authorized to break the law in hundreds of cases, violating the agency’s rules dozens of times over nearly two years, according to the audit reported on by the Washington Times.

In an exclusive article, the Times reports:

“The FBI and attorney general’s rules allow FBI officials and informants to disregard the law in undercover work but prevent certain conduct such as violence and illegal wiretaps and searches. The government may approve illegal measures such as the movement of drugs, payment of bribes and selling of stolen goods,” the Times reports.

An internal review obtained by the Times showed 82 “compliance errors” in 466 open cases involving “otherwise illegal activity” for confidential human sources from September 28, 2016, to July 22, 2018.

Cato Institute senior fellow Patrick Eddington told the Times that authorized lawbreaking is among the “most radical slippery slopes” in law enforcement. He uncovered the 2018 audit in litigation against the FBI for access to government records.

He stated:

“When you have the FBI essentially engaging in what amounts to the law enforcement version of covert action, which I think is a really pretty fair way to characterize it, I think everybody ought to be really concerned about that, especially since it’s just clearly not something that’s gotten anything remotely in the way of the kind of attention that it really deserves.”

Hollywood actor Bruce Willis is stepping away from his acting career citing health reasons.

His family announced Wednesday the "Die Hard" star was diagnosed with aphasia, which is a condition that according to the Mayo Clinic, “robs you of the ability to communicate,"  and “It can affect your ability to speak, write and understand language, both verbal and written.

"Aphasia typically occurs suddenly after a stroke or a head injury. But it can also come on gradually from a slow-growing brain tumor or a disease that causes progressive, permanent damage.”

Willis’s family wrote on Instagram:

"To Bruce's amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities.”

Could this be another case of a severe health consequence brought on by the experimental gene-therapy injections so many Americans have received over the last year and a half?

We will most likely never know.

A civil rights organization is suing the U.S. surgeon general and the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on behalf of three men who accuse the government of violating their First Amendment rights.

How did the government do that?

By directing Twitter to censor them for spreading COVID “misinformation.”

According to a report by the Children’s Health Defense Fund, the New Civil Liberties Alliance, or NCLA, filed a complaint against Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy and HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on March 24.

The complaint states that between May 2021 and December 2021, Twitter temporarily or permanently suspended the accounts of the three plaintiffs — Mark Changizi, Daniel Kotzin and Michael Senger.

Twitter permanently suspended Senger’s account. Senger is a San Francisco-based attorney who was openly critical of COVID-related policies and of what he called “pro-lockdown propaganda” from China.

Twitter temporarily suspended the accounts of the other two men. Visitors to Changizi’s Twitter account now see a warning stating “Caution: This profile may include potentially sensitive content.”

The lawsuit alleges the suspensions of these accounts are a result of the policies against “misinformation” announced by the surgeon general and HHS.

The lawsuit states:

“Outrageously, the U.S. surgeon general and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) have directed social media platforms including Twitter to censor alleged ‘misinformation’ about Covid-19.

“The speech ban has included information the Government later conceded was true but that conflicted with the Government’s messaging on Covid-19 at the time.”

If this case is adjudicated fairly, there is little room for the government to wiggle out of this one. Because while Twitter can claim it’s a private entity, we now have a clear case of the government colluding with that private entity to silence those who disagree with its policies.

And now for our Worldview Report nightly commentary.

Is a law really a law if it was never passed by Congress?

Since May of 2020, airline passengers throughout the United States have been bullied, harassed and hounded by TSA agents and airline workers about wearing facemasks.

The endless propaganda pumped over the loudspeakers at airports repeats over and over again, as if part of a hypnotic mantra, that “federal law” requires you to wear a mask at all times within the airport and onboard commercial aircraft.

These announcements come complete with instructions to “make sure your mask is covering your nose and mouth at all times” and even while eating or drinking on a plane you must “quickly” put your mask back on between bites or sips of your drink.

This is an insult to the intelligence of every American because there is absolutely zero scientific evidence that masks slow the spread of a virus in any significant way.

But that’s not even the point. The real outrage is that this “law” was never passed by Congress and signed by the president, which is the way laws are made in this country.

The airport mask mandate was created out of thin air by a federal agency with no authority to do so. That would be the Centers for Disease Control, or CDC, an Atlanta-based agency that was created for the specific purpose of fighting malaria outbreaks in the Southern states about 50 years ago and has been expanding its bureaucratic reach ever since.

Now Governor Ron DeSantis is leading an effort among 21 states to nix the federal government’s mask mandate.

The CDC and the TSA have been weaponized by the Biden administration, which uses the agency to terrorize Americans at airports, threatening them with arrest if they don’t put on the mask.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody says these federal agencies “never had the power to issue” these mandates.

“President Biden’s shortsighted, heavy-handed, and unlawful travel policies are frustrating travelers and causing chaos on public transportation,” Moody said during a Tuesday press conference that “almost 75 percent of these unruly, sometimes violent, incidents are based on this unlawful mask mandate. I know that if you travel at all, everywhere you go, people are frustrated and taking it out on the employees that are charged with enforcing this rule, that they have to wear a mask when this is an unfounded rule and order.”

TSA’s rule was supposed to expire in May of last year but was instead extended to September, then January of 2022, then March, and now April.

Florida and 20 other states are trying to change that by arguing that the federal mask mandate goes beyond the CDC’s authority and violates state laws that ban forced masking.

Their complaint, which is filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, looks to stop the public transportation mandates and obtain a permanent injunction against their enforcement.

We hope they get a fair hearing in a court of law. Because if they do, there’s no way these mandates can continue to be enforced.
