Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report. Starting off tonight, is Ukraine using chemical weapons?

Dr. Lawrence Sellin, Ph.D., a retired U.S. Army Reserve colonel and a recognized expert in biological and chemical weaponry, says in an article posted at The Gateway Pundit that the evidence, while circumstantial and inconclusive at this time, is sufficient to warrant a more thorough investigation.

In recent days, there have been reports coming out of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Russian-occupied region of eastern Ukraine, that Ukrainian forces are using drone-delivered chemical munitions near the front-line towns of Soledar and Bakhmut.

This is according to the Russian news agency Tass, which showed videos of Russian troops suffering serious burns and poisoning.

Another unconfirmed report states:

“On the evening of February 5, the first use of this chemical weapon was reported in (a village) on the outskirts of Donetsk. Russian servicemen suffered vomiting and convulsions.”

If true, chemical burns would be consistent with the potential use of blister agents such as mustard gas, while vomiting and convulsions could indicate the use of highly lethal nerve agents.

Although not conclusive in themselves, Dr. Sellin writes that “the primary visual evidence is based on videos apparently originating from Ukrainian military or paramilitary forces, suggesting the use of chemical weapons.”

The first video shows the preparation of munition-carrying drones, some of which may have chemical payloads, reportedly uploaded on February 5th by Robert Madyar, a commander of a Ukrainian army tactical air reconnaissance unit.

On February 7th, two days after Madyar’s video was published, a second video appeared in Ukrainian chat rooms, showing the use of two munition-carrying drones allegedly against two Russian soldiers.

Refrigeration and being plastic-enclosed are indications that the munition may be either volatile or subject to degradation or both, characteristics that are associated with chemical weapons.

The second video is too disturbing to air on this broadcast, showing the use of two munition-carrying drones against two Russian soldiers, who are walking in a ditch. One of them is shown in the water face up, his body convulsing and twitching, until he slowly dies.

Dr. Sellin writes:

“From the video, it is not possible to determine whether the soldier’s inability to right himself was due to an injury from a high explosive or a chemical agent, although what appears to be convulsive behavior is more characteristic of the latter.”

China said Wednesday it will take “counter-measures” against U.S. entities related to the recent downing of a suspected Chinese spy balloon off the South Carolina coast.

“China firmly opposes this and will take countermeasures in accordance with the law against the relevant U.S. entities that undermine China’s sovereignty and security,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said at a briefing.

However, Wenbin gave no details and did not identify the targets of the measures, according to the Associated Press. 

Since the balloon was downed Feb. 4, the U.S. has sanctioned six Chinese entities it said are linked to Beijing's aerospace programs. And House members unanimously agreed to condemn China for its “brazen violation” of U.S. sovereignty.

China has said the craft was an unmanned weather airship accidentally blown off course and is accusing the U.S. of overreacting in bringing it down with a missile fired from an F-22 fighter jet.

The EU Parliament has approved a new law that effectively bans the sale of new gasoline, diesel and hybrid cars and light commercial vehicles by 2035, whereby creating a de-facto mandate to auto manufacturers to cease producing these types of vehicles, and go all-in with electric vehicles.

The legislation passed by a vote of 340 to 279, with 21 abstentions.

The law requires that manufacturers must achieve 100% CO2 emission-free from new cars by 2035, according to Autocar.

Autocar added: “Low-volume manufacturers – those producing 1,000 to 10,000 new cars or 1,000 to 22,000 new vans per year – may be given an exemption from the rules until the end of 2035. Those registering fewer than 1,000 new vehicles annually will continue to be exempt thereafter.”

By 2025 the European Commission will provide procedures for gauging and reporting the lifespan of CO2 emissions of new cars and vans. Each two years thereafter a report will be published to judge the EU’s progress towards zero-emissions road mobility.

Joe Biden on Wednesday traveled to Maryland to deliver remarks on his anemic economy, which is running on life support.

Biden spoke at a meeting of the IBEW Local 26 union in Lanham, Maryland.

The 80-year-old Biden referred to Democrat Wes Moore, Maryland’s first black governor as a “boy” during his remarks.

A 17-year-old, who was rescued from a cave in Thailand in 2018, was found unconscious in his football academy dormitory in the United Kingdom and died several days later.

The young man, who went by the nickname Dom, (FULL NAME NOT PRONOUNCABLE) was pronounced dead at a hospital on Tuesday after being found unconscious at his dormitory at a football academy in Leicestershire, where he had been enrolled since last year.

The cause of the 17-year-old’s death remains unclear, although local police have stated they do not believe that any foul play was involved, the BBC reports.

Dom was one of the 12 boys rescued from a cave in 2018. They became trapped there for over two weeks until the group was finally rescued after a widely publicized international recovery attempt.

The Daily Mail reports that actress Audrina Patridge announced the sudden and unexpected death of her niece Sadie on Tuesday - just nine days after the teenager turned 15.

The former The Hills star, 37, shared a heart-wrenching tribute to her beloved niece and a montage of photos taken with Sadie over the years.

She wrote: “My heart hurts to even write this. My beautiful niece is now in heaven. I know it’s not goodbye forever, but it is the hardest to say goodbye for now.”

Nine days before Sadie's death, Casey marked her 15th birthday with a video of the teenager looking perfectly healthy and blowing out candles on her birthday cake.

According to the Daily Mail report, “Sadie's cause of death is currently unknown.”

Two medical boards in Florida recently voted to further extend the prohibition on minors taking transgender drugs and getting surgeries as part of the state’s larger efforts to stop the chemical and genital mutilation of children.

The February 10 joint meeting vote by the Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine and the Florida Board of Medicine closes a loophole that allowed universities to give kids “puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgery to treat gender dysphoria,” as part of clinical trials, Florida’s Voice reported.

Numerous gender-confused individuals testified to the need to ensure that young kids can be injected with hormones or have reproductive organs chopped off or otherwise permanently sterilized.

In October, the Board of Medicine voted to ban transgender drugs and surgeries for minors but allowed for the university experimentation exception.

Governor Ron DeSantis recently said that he plans to continue to fight the chemical and genital mutilation of children.

At a January 31 news conference, the Republican governor criticized medical professionals for “giving teenagers, kids puberty blockers. They’re doing sex change operations. And so we actually have, you know, young adults who went through this when they were minors, and they’re saying this is a huge mistake. And, in fact, it’s not evidence based.”

The governor reiterated that “if you’re performing those procedures on these minors, you’re gonna lose your medical license here in Florida.”

He also is working with legislators to make the prohibitions statutory and permanent in state law.

Natural News reports that in order to receive any of Trudeau’s national healthcare funding, Canada’s provinces and territories must also agree to implement a new digital ID data-collection scheme, a controversial program that Trudeau is now using as blackmail to try to force Canadians to join. 

One Canadian said in a TikTok post:

“Yesterday, in Canada, Justin Trudeau met with all of our provincial premiers. And basically told them that we would not be able to get funding for our healthcare unless the premiers agree to the digital IDs.”

Others posted that the new digital ID would be required to log onto the major social media platforms, to shop online, etc.

Put simply, Trudeau is forcing Canadians to digitally identify themselves in accordance with his demands or else be locked out of healthcare, internet access, grocery stores, social media, and society at large.

Eerily similar to what is described in Revelation 13:17 concerning the mark of the beast, Trudeau is busy setting up a new system in Canada that will disallow the disobedient from buying and selling – unless they relent and agree to let Trudeau have digital access to, and control over, their lives.

The Wall Street Journal reports that former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro said he plans to return to Brazil in March to lead the political opposition to leftist President Luiz Lula da Silva and defend himself against accusations he incited attacks by protesters on government buildings last month.

“The right-wing movement is not dead and will live on,” Bolsonaro said in his first interview since leaving Brazil for Florida late last year after a narrow election loss to Lula that many Brazilians believe was rigged. He said he would work with backers in Congress and state governments to push what he called pro-business policies and to fight abortion, gun control and other policies he says run counter to family values.

Lula has pledged to significantly expand Brazil’s social safety net for the poor and increase the state’s role in the economy, socialist measures that Bolsonaro and his supporters say would overburden Latin America’s biggest country with debt and scare away foreign investment. 

As for the election, Bolsonaro told the Journal, “I’m not saying there was fraud, but the process was biased.”

On January 8th, hundreds of thousands of people—many of whom expressed support for Bolsonaro—stormed government buildings in the Brazilian capital, including the Supreme Court and the Congress. Prosecutors investigating Bolsonaro’s role in the uprisings declined to comment on his plans to return to Brazil.

Bolsonaro, who was in Florida when the riots occurred, said he is innocent of any wrongdoing and said he welcomed an investigation of the January events, adding: “I wasn’t even there, and they want to pin it on me!”

He said he was dismayed by the violence, which he condemned at the time in a post on Twitter. But he said it was wrong to say that the attacks amounted to an attempt to overthrow Lula’s government. He asked:

“Coup? What coup? Where was the commander? Where were the troops, where were the bombs?”

After ruling out aliens, the White House says there is no evidence any of the unidentified flying objects shot down over America were Chinese surveillance devices.

Over the past week, there have been at least four instances of U.S. fighter jets destroying unidentified flying objects. In one case over Alaska, an object that had no means of propulsion but was spotted flying at 40,000 feet was said by pilots to have interfered with the sensors of their aircraft.

On Monday, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters, “There is no indication of aliens or extraterrestrial activity with these recent takedowns.”

With speculation raging as to whether the objects were Chinese spy tech, that explanation has also been ruled out.

National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby said at a White House briefing:

“We haven’t seen any indication or anything that points specifically to the idea that these three objects were part of the PRC’s spying program, or that they were definitively involved in external intelligence collection efforts.”

Kirby added that the “cylindrical” and “octagonal” objects intercepted by pilots were likely “balloons that were simply tied to commercial or research entities and therefore benign.”

The announcement will prompt questions as to why fighter jets were used to shoot down the objects, which were traveling between 20,000 and 40,000 feet, if they were “benign.”

Global health officials are said to be in a “race against time” to develop a vaccine for a virus that is a deadlier version of Ebola and appears to be spreading in Central Africa, according to a report in the Daily Mail.

The report states that:

“Panic is setting in about Marburg virus, which can initially masquerade as a cold before causing an explosion of horrifying symptoms, including organ failure and bleeding from multiple orifices.”

Depending on who you want to believe, Marburg kills between 50 and 90 percent of those it infects. 

Reportedly, a new “outbreak” was declared in Equatorial Guinea Monday after nine deaths and 16 “suspected cases.” 

Neighboring Cameroon declared two suspected infections in a pair of teenagers with no travel links to Equatorial Guinea.

The disease causes the body's kidneys and spleen to fail to regulate fluids. It causes a hemorrhagic fever similar to that of Ebola and cells around the body to expand as they are inflamed, blood clotting around the body, and eventually - organ failure.

In other words, it’s the perfect disease to cause a new round of raging fear porn, just what the genocidal maniacs who ran the last plandemic are looking for in order to introduce a new round of mRNA vaccines and mandate them on everyone.

The masters of the universe, the self-appointed globalist elites, will control the digital world and in turn control people, Schwab boasted.

Schwab said of Artificial Intelligence, chatbots and other advancements: “Who masters those technologies – in some way – will be the master of the world.”

Ten years from now we humans will be completely different, he said. We will no longer be humans as humans are known and identified today.

He predicts a coming merger of humans’ physical, biological and digital identities.

His other big concern is that the individual citizen will feel overwhelmed by the fast-moving changes, that they are losing control over their own fate. 

That’s why they need to dumb you down, keep you pacified and unable to think critically and independently. Those still able to function at that level will be labeled as conspiracy theorists and a danger to the “greater good” of the global village.

Children in school today are trained to be global citizens, not American citizens.

Yuval Harari, a top adviser to Schwab, said the world will be filled with useless people in the coming years as A.I. performs their jobs better than they can perform them.

When asked what the future will be for these useless people, Harari responded by saying the best he could hope for is that they will be pacified by watching video games and placed on drugs. Because as Harari openly admits, it’s far more devastating, psychologically, for humans “to feel useless than it is to feel exploited.”

Of course, this is what will drive humans to want to get brain implants and other invasive “human augmentation” technologies, that will allow them to compete for jobs and have a successful life, rather than just sitting around with the drugged up useless ones.

This is what the transhumanists are openly discussing and working to achieve, a world where humans are no longer needed, at least not 90 percent of them. Technology is their god. And they say that thanks to this wonderful technology, an entirely new species, an “upgrade” of humanity, is soon to appear. This new species, they claim, will be better than the one created by God, in His image. They believe they can do better. Humanity 2.0, as some of them have called it. Truly frightening.
