Starting off tonight…
The Daily Mail reports that Russia has issued a fresh nuclear threat to the UK
after loading a second huge missile into a silo near Moscow.
Footage released by state media shows the Yars rocket, which can be tipped with a
nuclear warhead and range all of Europe and the mainland U.S., being loaded into
the ground at the Kozelsky base, 160 miles south of Moscow.
It comes just a day after more footage showed another missile arriving at the same
base and as a retired Russian general said, Russia should prioritize
striking London over Washington DC. 
“You don't have to [strike] Washington first – it's too far away,” Lt. Gen. Andrey
Gurulev told state TV. “London is next door…. London is the main hotbed of all
nastiness.”
Vladimir Putin has been ramping up his nuclear saber-rattling since declaring war
on Ukraine back in February, with the West his main target.

Such threats had been dialed back in recent weeks after Beijing told him to stop,
but they are slowly building again ahead of Russia's annual Strategic Missile
Forces Day on Saturday.
The last time Russia showed off its Yars missiles was back in October when Putin
oversaw the annual Grom nuclear drills.
Submarines, nuclear-capable bombers and Russia's nuclear missile forces all took
part in those exercises – watched over by Putin in his nuclear command center.
Colonel Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of Russia’s National Defense magazine,
said afterwards that the drills were a rehearsal for destroying the UK and U.S.
Speaking after the latest Yars missile footage was released, General Gurulev said
the West was hell-bent on seeing Ukraine attack Russia.
“So why are we embarrassed to say that we should strike London?” he asked.
“I am not saying that we should demolish everyone. We should destroy critical
facilities – control centers, military bases, and airfields.
“I am sure we should have a catalogue in the General Staff and it is being updated
all the time… Is it nuclear…[or not]?
“If it is not nuclear, you have to calculate how many missile carriers, ships,
aircraft, satellite constellation(s)… and long range [drones] are needed.
“And a strike on London, strange as it may sound, would be the first and last
warning to the [real decision-makers – Washington].”
The Kozelsk missile compound in Kaluga region is undergoing modernization and
a revamp, according to reports.

The World Economic Forum has posted its agenda for its annual meeting, Davos
2023, running from January 16-20.
Entitled “Cooperation in a Fragmented World,” the meeting agenda will be about,
quoting from their own words: “The world today is at a critical inflection point.
The sheer number of ongoing crises calls for bold collective action.”
According to the WEF, the themes that emerged during the 2022 meeting have
shaped the intervening months and provide essential reading ahead of Davos 2023.

The six main topics for 2023 will be:
 Ukraine shines a light on importance of global cooperation
 Three interconnected crises – climate, food, energy
 Don’t use “Recession” (but it might be coming anyway)
 Preparing for the next pandemic requires ending health disparities
 Gender, inequality and Jobs of Tomorrow
 “Our future is digital”
This comes shortly after “Catastrophic Contagion” (the sequel to Event 201) held
last October.
The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, in partnership with the WHO and
the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, conducted Catastrophic Contagion, a
pandemic tabletop exercise at the Grand Challenges Annual Meeting in Brussels,
Belgium, on October 23, 2022.
The new virus was called SEERS or Severe Epidemic Enterovirus Respiratory
Syndrome 2025.

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul said Wednesday on Fox Business Network’s Kudlow
Report that Republicans had “emasculated” themselves by agreeing to the
framework for an omnibus spending bill to fund the government through 2023.
Paul said:
“This brings upon us the lie that Republicans really are fiscally conservative. The
Democrats aren’t. They will not pretend to be fiscally conservative. Not one of
them up here gives a darn about the debt. The Republicans all profess to be, but
when you make them vote on the PAYGO resolution, pay as you go, that we can’t
have new spending without offsetting it, they always vote to exempt it. So, the
omnibus will be 3,000 pages. We’ll get it two hours before they want to pass it. No
one will read it. But hidden in the 3,000 pages will be, we’re going to waive
PAYGO.”
Senator Paul added that, “It would take 41 votes. Forty-one votes would stop the
big spending. If 41 of us said no and held our ground until there was a
compromise, we could force Democrats to reduce spending. We have completely
and totally abdicated the power of the purse. Republicans are emasculated. They
have no power, and they are unwilling to gain that power back.”

Fox News reports that the Biden administration has sued the state of Arizona over
that state’s construction of what Washington considers an unauthorized border
wall.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court on December 14, comes after months of a
heated back-and-forth between the Biden administration and Arizona Governor
Doug Ducey over his decision earlier this year to fill gaps in the border wall with a
makeshift border wall consisting of shipping containers and razor wire.

The federal government, via the Bureau of Reclamation, has issued warnings to
Arizona, claiming that the stacked shipping containers were within the vicinity of
the Morelos Dam and also on land that is part of the Cocopah Indian Tribe’s West
Reservation. It claims the placement also interferes with a Customs and Border
Protection (CBP) project to fill the gaps, and calls on Arizona to stop further
construction and assist in removing the containers.
Arizona hit back at what it called a “lack of coordination” from federal agencies
and said states like Arizona “cannot rely on the federal government to ensure its
security.”
Arizona’s creative approach has stopped the flow of illegals into Arizona while
thousands continue to flood across the Mexico-Texas border every day.
The construction consists of 60 double-stacked shipping containers, welded shut
and topped with 4 feet of razor wire.
According to the complaint Biden has filed against Arizona, “the defendants have
trespassed on federal lands, damaged federal property located within those lands,
interfered with access by agency personnel to those lands . . . [and] created
dangerous conditions for both agency personnel and members of the public who
visit or use these areas for recreation or other purposes.”
The lawsuit also alleges that the construction will impede “law enforcement
personnel in carrying out their official duties” as well as impose environmental
damage on federally protected lands.

King Charles will recognize all religious faiths at his upcoming coronation,
breaking with tradition in previous British royal coronations in which only the
Church of England was recognized, according to a report by The Telegraph.
King Charles will reportedly still take a coronation oath to pledge to be the
“defender of the faith.”
However, palace aides and church officials are working on adding words to the
oath that will permit Charles to recognize his acceptance of diverse faiths in
modern Britain, in which other religions are common, the report said.

Islam is the fastest growing religion in the UK and many of the country’s cities
now have as many or more mosques as they do functioning churches.
Moreover, Charles has been a longtime adherent of interfaith dialogue. He presided
over a re-enactment of an overtly pagan ceremony during the Commonwealth
Games, held in July 2022 in Birmingham.
In September, Charles told religious leaders during a palace reception that as king
he would support the “religions, cultures, traditions and beliefs to which our hearts
and minds direct us.”
The blending of all religions and holding them all up as equal is a concept

Chinese President Xi Jinping told Arab leaders that China would work to buy oil
and gas in yuan, a move that would support Beijing's goal to establish its currency
internationally and weaken the U.S. dollar's grip on world trade.
Xi was speaking in Saudi Arabia Friday where Crown Prince Mohammed bin
Salman hosted two “milestone” Arab summits with the Chinese leader which
showcased the powerful prince's regional heft as he courts partnerships beyond
close historic ties with the West, according to U.S. News and World Report.
Both Saudi Arabia, a major oil exporter, and economic juggernaut China sent
strong messages during Xi's visit on “non-interference” at a time when the Saudis’
relationship with Washington has been strained over energy policy and Russia.
According to U.S. News, “Any move by Saudi Arabia to ditch the dollar in its oil
trade would be a seismic political move, which Riyadh had previously threatened
in the face of possible U.S. legislation exposing OPEC members to antitrust
lawsuits.”

LifeNews reports that death is increasingly seen as the answer to a variety of life’s
woes in Canada, as Canadians turn reluctantly to the country’s liberal euthanasia
laws.
This includes veterans being offered euthanasia for PTSD and a nursing home
patient lethally injected because she did not want to be isolated during a Covid
lockdown. There are also cases in which people ask to die because they can’t

access prompt medical care from Canada’s socialized healthcare system, and one
in which death was offered to a disabled woman rather than a stairs chair lift.
Now, LifeNews reports on the case of a disabled man who wants to die because he
is afraid of falling into poverty. And at least one doctor has said yes.
According to a story in the Daily Mail, the Canadian retiree is seeking euthanasia
because he fears homelessness, and he has already received approval from one
doctor despite admitting poverty is a major factor in his decision to end his life.
Les Landry, 65, told medical assessors he “doesn’t want to die” but has applied for
medical assistance in dying (MAID) because he can’t afford to live comfortably.
Shockingly, a doctor has given one of the two signatures required for Landry to
end his own life, despite knowing that financial hardship – not illness – is a leading
reason for the profound decision.
Landry is awaiting the decision of a second doctor who has assessed his eligibility.
If that doctor rejects the application, Landry says he will simply shop around for
another who’s prepared to sign off on his death – something that’s allowed
under Canada‘s assisted dying laws.
The problem for Landry is that Canada won’t assist him to live with dignity.
Landry is wheelchair bound and has several disabilities that qualify him for MAID,
including epilepsy and diabetes. But until recently, he was able to live comfortably,
sharing his modest home in Alberta with his service dog.
According to the Daily Mail, changes to his state benefits when he turned 65 in
May meant his income was cut and he’s now left with around $120 per month after
paying for medical bills and essentials.
Landry is also braced for a rent hike in January that could mean his benefits no
longer cover the cost of essentials, placing him on the brink of homelessness.

The Iranian News Wire reports that 28 Iranians were sentenced to death for
participating in anti-regime protests, following the murder of the 22-year-old
Iranian woman Mahsa Amini, who died from injuries sustained at the hands of the
Islamic regime’s thugs.

Amini was arrested for the “improper” wearing of a hijab. Since her murder, Iran
has been engulfed in massive protests against the government.
Last week, Mohsen Shekari was the first person to be executed in connection with
the anti-regime protests.

Thailand’s 44-year-old Princess collapsed during a canine training session in
preparation for the Royal Thai Army event to run with dogs at the Working Dog

According to reports, her royal highness suffered from a heart attack.

The Bureau of the Royal Household reported that the Princess received initial care
at the nearby Pak Chong Nana Hospital before being airlifted to the more advanced
facilities at Bangkok’s Chulalongkorn Hospital, where she was hooked up to life
support.
There are some reports that the princess, who is next in line to the throne, was
pronounced dead by doctors, although no official announcement has yet been made
by the monarchy or regime after the medical incident.
According to journalist Andrew MacGregor Marshall, one of the first people who
broke the news, the princess was taken to a nearby hospital, then taken by

Melanie Leffler, a mother of two in Sydney, Australia, had four Covid vaccines.
But on November 19, 2022, after complaining of a mild sore throat and a runny
nose, Leffler tested positive for Covid. She said goodnight to her family, including
her husband and their two daughters, Clemmie, age 4, and Lottie, 9 months. 
They would never speak to her again.
Although she didn’t seem particularly sick, the 39-year-old healthcare worker died
in her sleep. Even though she was quadruple vaccinated, a December 3
article about her death in the New Zealand Herald described it as a “Covid
tragedy.” 
Then there’s the story of 18-year-old Australian Monica Eskandar, who couldn’t
wait to take her school final exams. Instead, Eskandar was rushed to the hospital
with terrifying chest pains. The pain, according to MSN.com, started just hours
after she received a COVID vaccine in September.
Doctors diagnosed Eskandar with pericarditis, a condition linked to the mRNA
jabs that involves inflammation of the tissues lining the heart.
These are just two of the now countless tragedies related to Covid vaccines.
But Dr. Anthony Fauci, as we reported in our previous edition of the Worldview
Report, says he can’t figure out why Ron DeSantis would be concerned about the
vaccines or why he wants to empanel a grand jury to investigate them.

It is our view that we not only need an investigation into the safety and efficacy of
the vaccines, but also into the people who’ve pushed them on us and continue to
push them on us. Fauci says everyone needs another booster before visiting their
families this Christmas season.
Fauci is really pushing his luck.
If DeSantis’s investigation happens and finds evidence of malfeasance, Fauci’s
neck will be on the line. That day cannot come soon enough as far as we are
concerned.

Shockingly, a doctor has given one of the two signatures required for Landry to
end his own life, despite knowing that financial hardship – not illness – is a leading
reason for the profound decision.
Landry is awaiting the decision of a second doctor who has assessed his eligibility.
If that doctor rejects the application, Landry says he will simply shop around for
another who’s prepared to sign off on his death – something that’s allowed
under Canada‘s assisted dying laws.
The problem for Landry is that Canada won’t assist him to live with dignity.
Landry is wheelchair bound and has several disabilities that qualify him for MAID,
including epilepsy and diabetes. But until recently, he was able to live comfortably,
sharing his modest home in Alberta with his service dog.
According to the Daily Mail, changes to his state benefits when he turned 65 in
May meant his income was cut and he’s now left with around $120 per month after
paying for medical bills and essentials.
Landry is also braced for a rent hike in January that could mean his benefits no
longer cover the cost of essentials, placing him on the brink of homelessness.

The Iranian News Wire reports that 28 Iranians were sentenced to death for
participating in anti-regime protests, following the murder of the 22-year-old
Iranian woman Mahsa Amini, who died from injuries sustained at the hands of the
Islamic regime’s thugs.

Amini was arrested for the “improper” wearing of a hijab. Since her murder, Iran
has been engulfed in massive protests against the government.
Last week, Mohsen Shekari was the first person to be executed in connection with
the anti-regime protests.

The Bureau of the Royal Household reported that the Princess received initial care
at the nearby Pak Chong Nana Hospital before being airlifted to the more advanced
facilities at Bangkok’s Chulalongkorn Hospital, where she was hooked up to life
support.
There are some reports that the princess, who is next in line to the throne, was
pronounced dead by doctors, although no official announcement has yet been made
by the monarchy or regime after the medical incident.
According to journalist Andrew MacGregor Marshall, one of the first people who

Melanie Leffler, a mother of two in Sydney, Australia, had four Covid vaccines.
But on November 19, 2022, after complaining of a mild sore throat and a runny
nose, Leffler tested positive for Covid. She said goodnight to her family, including
her husband and their two daughters, Clemmie, age 4, and Lottie, 9 months. 
They would never speak to her again.
Although she didn’t seem particularly sick, the 39-year-old healthcare worker died
in her sleep. Even though she was quadruple vaccinated, a December 3
article about her death in the New Zealand Herald described it as a “Covid
tragedy.” 
Then there’s the story of 18-year-old Australian Monica Eskandar, who couldn’t
wait to take her school final exams. Instead, Eskandar was rushed to the hospital
with terrifying chest pains. The pain, according to MSN.com, started just hours
after she received a COVID vaccine in September.
Doctors diagnosed Eskandar with pericarditis, a condition linked to the mRNA
jabs that involves inflammation of the tissues lining the heart.
These are just two of the now countless tragedies related to Covid vaccines.
But Dr. Anthony Fauci, as we reported in our previous edition of the Worldview
Report, says he can’t figure out why Ron DeSantis would be concerned about the
vaccines or why he wants to empanel a grand jury to investigate them.

It is our view that we not only need an investigation into the safety and efficacy of
the vaccines, but also into the people who’ve pushed them on us and continue to
push them on us. Fauci says everyone needs another booster before visiting their

The Daily Mail reports that Russia has issued a fresh nuclear threat to the UK
after loading a second huge missile into a silo near Moscow.
Footage released by state media shows the Yars rocket, which can be tipped with a
nuclear warhead and range all of Europe and the mainland U.S., being loaded into
the ground at the Kozelsky base, 160 miles south of Moscow.
It comes just a day after more footage showed another missile arriving at the same
base and as a retired Russian general said, Russia should prioritize
striking London over Washington DC. 
“You don't have to [strike] Washington first – it's too far away,” Lt. Gen. Andrey
Gurulev told state TV. “London is next door…. London is the main hotbed of all
nastiness.”
Vladimir Putin has been ramping up his nuclear saber-rattling since declaring war
on Ukraine back in February, with the West his main target.

Such threats had been dialed back in recent weeks after Beijing told him to stop,
but they are slowly building again ahead of Russia's annual Strategic Missile
Forces Day on Saturday.
The last time Russia showed off its Yars missiles was back in October when Putin
oversaw the annual Grom nuclear drills.
Submarines, nuclear-capable bombers and Russia's nuclear missile forces all took
part in those exercises – watched over by Putin in his nuclear command center.
Colonel Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of Russia’s National Defense magazine,
said afterwards that the drills were a rehearsal for destroying the UK and U.S.
Speaking after the latest Yars missile footage was released, General Gurulev said
the West was hell-bent on seeing Ukraine attack Russia.
“So why are we embarrassed to say that we should strike London?” he asked.
“I am not saying that we should demolish everyone. We should destroy critical
facilities – control centers, military bases, and airfields.
“I am sure we should have a catalogue in the General Staff and it is being updated
all the time… Is it nuclear…[or not]?
“If it is not nuclear, you have to calculate how many missile carriers, ships,

The World Economic Forum has posted its agenda for its annual meeting, Davos
2023, running from January 16-20.
Entitled “Cooperation in a Fragmented World,” the meeting agenda will be about,
quoting from their own words: “The world today is at a critical inflection point.

According to the WEF, the themes that emerged during the 2022 meeting have
shaped the intervening months and provide essential reading ahead of Davos 2023.

The six main topics for 2023 will be:

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul said Wednesday on Fox Business Network’s Kudlow
Report that Republicans had “emasculated” themselves by agreeing to the
framework for an omnibus spending bill to fund the government through 2023.
Paul said:
“This brings upon us the lie that Republicans really are fiscally conservative. The
Democrats aren’t. They will not pretend to be fiscally conservative. Not one of
them up here gives a darn about the debt. The Republicans all profess to be, but
when you make them vote on the PAYGO resolution, pay as you go, that we can’t
have new spending without offsetting it, they always vote to exempt it. So, the
omnibus will be 3,000 pages. We’ll get it two hours before they want to pass it. No
one will read it. But hidden in the 3,000 pages will be, we’re going to waive
PAYGO.”
Senator Paul added that, “It would take 41 votes. Forty-one votes would stop the
big spending. If 41 of us said no and held our ground until there was a
compromise, we could force Democrats to reduce spending. We have completely
and totally abdicated the power of the purse. Republicans are emasculated. They
have no power, and they are unwilling to gain that power back.”

Fox News reports that the Biden administration has sued the state of Arizona over
that state’s construction of what Washington considers an unauthorized border
wall.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court on December 14, comes after months of a
heated back-and-forth between the Biden administration and Arizona Governor
Doug Ducey over his decision earlier this year to fill gaps in the border wall with a
makeshift border wall consisting of shipping containers and razor wire.

The federal government, via the Bureau of Reclamation, has issued warnings to
Arizona, claiming that the stacked shipping containers were within the vicinity of
the Morelos Dam and also on land that is part of the Cocopah Indian Tribe’s West
Reservation. It claims the placement also interferes with a Customs and Border
Protection (CBP) project to fill the gaps, and calls on Arizona to stop further
construction and assist in removing the containers.
Arizona hit back at what it called a “lack of coordination” from federal agencies
and said states like Arizona “cannot rely on the federal government to ensure its
security.”
Arizona’s creative approach has stopped the flow of illegals into Arizona while
thousands continue to flood across the Mexico-Texas border every day.
The construction consists of 60 double-stacked shipping containers, welded shut
and topped with 4 feet of razor wire.
According to the complaint Biden has filed against Arizona, “the defendants have
trespassed on federal lands, damaged federal property located within those lands,
interfered with access by agency personnel to those lands . . . [and] created
dangerous conditions for both agency personnel and members of the public who
visit or use these areas for recreation or other purposes.”
The lawsuit also alleges that the construction will impede “law enforcement
personnel in carrying out their official duties” as well as impose environmental
damage on federally protected lands.

King Charles will recognize all religious faiths at his upcoming coronation,
breaking with tradition in previous British royal coronations in which only the
Church of England was recognized, according to a report by The Telegraph.
King Charles will reportedly still take a coronation oath to pledge to be the
“defender of the faith.”
However, palace aides and church officials are working on adding words to the
oath that will permit Charles to recognize his acceptance of diverse faiths in
modern Britain, in which other religions are common, the report said.

Islam is the fastest growing religion in the UK and many of the country’s cities
now have as many or more mosques as they do functioning churches.
Moreover, Charles has been a longtime adherent of interfaith dialogue. He presided
