We lead off tonight with news out of California, where Governor Gavin Newsom says his administration is preparing to use the new Texas law banning abortion as a model for a new law that will let private citizens in his state sue anyone who makes or sells so-called assault weapons or ghost guns.

According to legal analysts, that effort is doomed to fail in almost any court of law.

But as a political stunt, it's bound to be hugely successful among the far-left base of Newsome's constituency.

"It will be hugely successful politically, but not without costs to the state and potential litigants," writes legal analyst Jonathan Turley.

Newsome said in a statement: “I am outraged by yesterday’s U.S. Supreme Court decision allowing Texas’s ban on most abortion services to remain in place. But if states can now shield their laws from review by the federal courts that compare assault weapons to Swiss Army knives, then California will use that authority to protect people’s lives, where Texas used it to put women in harm’s way.”

Newsom said in a tweet that his staff will be working with the California Legislature and state Attorney General Rob Bonta to draft a bill that would allow citizens to sue anyone who “manufactures, distributes, or sells an assault weapon or ghost gun kit or parts” in California. They could seek damages of at least $10,000 per violation plus costs and attorney’s fees.

Judicial Watch is reporting that we now have proof that U.S. tax dollars were dishonestly used by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s agency to fund “gain of function” lab research on the SARS S1 spike protein in coronaviruses.

Judicial Watch learned this by analyzing 221 pages of records received from the Department of Health and Human Services that include a 2018 grant application for research involving the coronavirus.

The grant application appears to describe “gain of function” research involving RNA extractions from bats, experiments on viruses, attempts to develop a chimeric virus, and efforts to genetically manipulate the full-length bat SARSr-CoV WIV1 strain molecular clone.

Judicial Watch obtained the documents only after filing a lawsuit demanding records of communications, contracts and agreements with the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The lawsuit specifically requested records about National Institute of Health grants that benefitted the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The records that were finally handed over to Judicial Watch were heavily redacted but included the following:

On January 27, 2020, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases official David Morens emailed Chief of Staff Greg Folkers in a heavily redacted thread, writing:

"Some background on our support of the Ecohealth group (Peter Daszak et al), which has for years been among the biggest players in coronavirus work, also in collaboration with Ralph Baric, Ian Lipkin and others. [Redacted].

"NIAID has been funding Peter’s group for coronavirus work in China for the past 5 years through [grant] R011R01A|110964: 'Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.' That’s now been renewed, with a specific focus to identify cohorts of people highly exposed to bats in China, and work out if they’re getting sick from CoVs.… Collaborators include Wuhan Institute of Virology (currently working on the nCoV) and Ralph Baric. The results of the work to date include:

Discovered Swine Acute Diarrheal Syndrome Virus (SADS-CoV) killing 25,000 pigs in Guangdong Province (Published in Nature)

Found SARS-related CoVs that can bind to human cells (Published in Nature), and that cause SARS-like disease in humanized mouse models.

A Canadian pastor is standing up for his congregation and refusing to comply with an order by a regional health agency to shut down church worship unless the churches require proof of vaccination.

According to a report by the Christian online news site Harbinger's Daily, the day after the Northern Health Region announced that churches in northern British Columbia, would require proof of full vaccination to hold in-person services, pastor Andrew Simpson of Prince George said he would not comply.

Simpson pastors the Heritage Free Presbyterian Church and said his congregation will remain open to everyone.

“As a pastor, I will never ask somebody to present proof of vaccination or to reveal any medical details to attend a church service that I am presiding over,” Simpson said. “I wasn’t shocked at it but still very dismayed that the government would think they have the authority to implement something like that.”

Northern Health announced last Thursday that houses of worship would be allowed to reopen, “as long as they are limited to 50% capacity in the place of worship and all participants over the age of 11 are vaccinated. Virtual or drive-in services can be held without a check of vaccination status.”

The largest of British Columbia’s five health regions had banned in-person church services on Oct. 15 as part of the province’s “circuit breaker” measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These restrictions were specific to the northern region and intended to address a “surge” in COVID-19 cases that saw local hospitals “overwhelmed.”

The Heritage Free Presbyterian Church was one of seven northern region churches given warning letters earlier this month for conducting services in defiance of public health orders.

Simpson said the church decided in October it had had enough of the government edicts.

“We made the decision that we would not be closing our church, and we didn’t close our church, and that’s why we received a warning letter from the environmental health officer. But we’re determined we’re going to keep our church open, and we’re not going to be checking for vaccine passports.”

Simpson said the restrictions have been very difficult for the church but that the vaccine mandate is proving “absolutely devastating” for working people.

“In the past two months since vaccine mandates were introduced, I have counselled over 40 people who are all losing their jobs and many of them are losing their livelihoods over this,” he said.

Well the Orwellian psy op known as Twitter is at it again, purposefully deleting information about Covid-19 that is readily available from the government's own data and its own official pronouncements.

Redwave Press reports that Twitter has quietly updated its “COVID-19 misleading information policy” to impose new sanctions on tweets about vaccines, PCR tests, and health authorities. These sanctions include removing and labeling tweets. Twitter will issue "strikes" against any account which violates these new rules and if ignored the strikes can lead to a permanent suspension.

One of the new rules targets claims about whether vaccinated people can spread the coronavirus.

This means Twitter users could now be suspended for sharing or discussing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) admission that “vaccinated people can still become infected and have the potential to spread the virus to others.”

Despite federal Judge Steven Merryday ordering each branch of the military to file a detailed report every 14 days beginning on January 7 on how many medical and religious exemptions are granted, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin continues to threaten to fire and cut off pay to any U.S. service member who refuses to be injected.

The deadline to be jabbed for the Air Force Reserve was December 2 and Air National Guard is December 31. However, individual commanders are imposing their own “earlier” deadlines.

The Epoch Times reported Sunday that a senior Naval officer in command of the USS Winston Churchill was relieved of his duties for refusing to get the Covid injection.

Cmdr. Lucian Kins refused the jab and refused the PCR test, which has been revealed to be highly inaccurate.

Pentagon Spokesman John Kirby also said the Defense Department is considering mandating vaccine boosters for COVID-19, the illness caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, the Times reports.

“There are active discussions here in the department at the policy level about booster shots and whether or not to make those mandatory,” he told reporters Friday. “There have been no final decisions made about that.”

According to data from the Navy, about 5,731 active-duty sailors remain unvaccinated as of Dec. 9. The Navy also signed off on seven medical exemptions, 326 temporary medical exemptions, and 124 administrative exemptions.

Meanwhile, the U.S. military continues to reject all applications for religious exemptions.

Austin sent a memorandum on November 30 directed at members of the National Guard and the Ready Reserve that stated: “No Department of Defense funding may be allocated for payment of duties performed under title 32 for members of the National Guard who do not comply with Department of Defense COVID-19 vaccination requirements…No credit or excused absence shall be afforded to members who do not participate in drills, training, or other duty due to failure to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.”

On December 1, a Florida Army National Guard Sergeant and fellow service members were called into a briefing and informed that soldiers who were not “fully vaccinated by December 15 would be terminated as of December 16.”

Two days later, the Florida Army National Guard Sergeant was ordered to attend a battalion meeting where attendees were informed that more than 75 percent of the battalion were unvaccinated.

According to civil liberties attorney Mat Staver of Liberty Counsel, the National Guard sergeant was immediately sent to “counseling,” where the chain of command tried to influence her to abandon her religious beliefs about the Covid shot. The commander told her that any attempt at a religious exemption was “futile” because without the shot, she would lose her job and all of her benefits, including VA loans and G.I. Bill benefits.

As a result of Liberty Counsel’s lawsuit, Navy Seal 1 v. Biden, Judge Merryday wrote that the military plaintiffs’ claim that the accommodation process is a ruse are “quite plausible” under the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act because the reports filed by the military branches thus far revealed not one of the 16,643 requests for religious accommodation have been granted and hundreds have been denied at the first stage, including one denied at the appeal stage as of November 15.

Staver said: “Biden’s Department of Defense continues to ignore the law by denying every religious exemption request. The Department of Defense and the various military branches are digging in their heels. This will not bode well when they report back to the court. Our military heroes are continually threatened discharge, loss of pay and benefits, and repayment of educational and training costs. The Department of Defense is not above the law.”

But on December 2, IEEE Spectrum magazine reported what some consider to be a frightening prospect, that “AI Training Is Outpacing Moore’s Law.”

As Joe Allen reports in his blog, Singularity, most of these strides have been made in natural language processing—the machine’s grasp of logos, the “word,” a quality once unique to humankind.

Analysts with MLPerf, a consortium of engineers who track machine learning performance, found that since 2018, top artificial intelligence systems—from Google, Microsoft, and Habana Labs—perform 6.8 to 11 times better than they did two years ago.

If this trend continues, Allen writes, "we’re about to see an explosion in artificial intelligence capabilities. Already, the past couple of weeks have seen a flood of news on this front—including the creation of new lifeforms."

On November 29, scientists at Harvard’s Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering unveiled a self-replicating xenobot. The creatures were literally designed by an AI system. Each organism consists of about 3,000 cells derived from a frog.

Allen notes that the xenobots have a one-track mind. Using tiny hairs on their surface, they swim in a circular pattern. Stunning videos show them sweeping pale stem cells into piles. Eventually, those piles become stem cell globs and those globs become new xenobots.

In scenes reminiscent of Nazi Germany where armed secret police were brought out to intimidate German citizens and keep them in line, with often nonsensical new rules, German police are now being used in the same way to enforce the nation's strict social distancing rules.

Leaving nothing to chance, the German police are caught on video walking around what appears to a public transportation terminal using measuring sticks to make sure people are standing no closer than six feet apart. Some can be heard blowing whistles, apparently to warn people they are getting too close.

At least so far, the governments of Europe and Australia don't appear to be listening to their citizens as they push forward with ever more strict mandates.

Meanwhile in France, the government announced last week it will shut down all nightclubs for four weeks, effective December 10, because of the “rise of COVID-19 infections among young people.”

France just reopened nightclubs on July 9 to “fully-vaccinated” patrons only.

If that sounds confusing, that's because it is.

The government is essentially admitting that vaccinated people are spreading respiratory diseases to other vaccinated people. Of course it would never tell you that outright, and it thinks French citizens are too stupid to figure it out on their own.

Exactly why are governments across the Western world so adamant about getting every man, woman and child vaccinated and outfitted with a digital health passport?

Well, one banking expert thinks she has figured out the answer to that question.

Melissa Ciummei, a financial investor from Northern Ireland, believes the injection passports will be used more like data passports to exercize 24/7 surveillance and control over people's participation in the everyday aspects of society.

She believes the passport system was designed well ahead of time for the specific purpose of launching a new financial system, replacing our failing fiat currency system with one based on digital, programmable money.

Because passports are crucial for the implementation of this new financial system, mandatory vaccination of all citizens, young and old, will be "absolutely necessary" for the plan to succeed.

Ciummei says that to prevent this new global system from being installed, all people need to do is refuse to comply.

A Democrat state legislator in Illinois has introduced a bill that would change the state’s insurance law so that health insurers no longer have to cover unvaccinated people who get Covid, forcing people to pay their medical bills out of pocket.

Rep. Jonathan Carroll told the Chicago Sun-Times:

"I think it’s time that we say ‘You choose not to get vaccinated, then you’re also going to assume the risk that if you do catch COVID, and you get sick, the responsibility is on you.’”

If this bill gets passed into law, insurance companies could demand a negative Covid test before paying anything on a medical claim, and if you test positive, no matter what you were treated for, no matter whether you're in a hospital ICU or at home with the sniffles, you will be called a “Covid case” and forced to get injected or pay out of pocket.

As technocracy expert Patrick Wood points out, the double-jabbed should take no comfort from this, because their vaccinated status is entirely temporary, and subject to rules that could change on a whim.

Have they missed their fourth or fifth scheduled booster? If so, they will be tossed in with the same underclass which never received any of the global cabal's Covid shots.

"This idea to punish the non-injected keeps cropping up and will eventually gain traction if it is not resisted," Wood said. "Dystopian social engineers will not stop at getting vaxxed. Don’t wear a mask? Smoke? Disobey a lockdown? Too fat? Forget it. If your condition doesn’t destroy you, then they will."

The United States government has won an appeal at Britain’s High Court over the extradition of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

The Dec. 10 ruling means Assange may now be closer to being sent from London’s high-security Belmarsh prison to the U.S., where he would stand trial on charges of espionage for his organization's publication of secret military documents a decade ago.

A lower court in January had refused the U.S.’s extradition request, saying that Assange’s mental health was too fragile to withstand the American judicial system.

The British high court accepted as valid U.S. assurances that Assange would be treated humanely and directed a lower court judge to send the extradition request to Home Secretary Priti Patel, for review.

Patel will make the final decision on whether to extradite Assange.

Assange’s legal team has vowed to contest the latest court ruling.

Assange’s partner, Stella Moris, said Friday’s ruling was a “grave miscarriage of justice”, and promised Assange’s legal team would “appeal this decision at the earliest possible moment”.

Assange watched the proceedings via video link, from Belmarsh prison.

The 17 espionage charges against Assange carry a maximum sentence of 175 years in prison, although Lewis said, “the longest sentence ever imposed for this offence is 63 months.”
