In this show, Carl examines the first major international event he attended, an education conference designed to promote global citizenship and instill a World Core Curriculum. But why talk about this now? As Common Core standards are being implemented across the United States, and as educational systems in the US and other countries find themselves promoting radical social change, it's important that we see these developments in light of a larger context: Global Citizenship.
