Preparing ourselves for any potential emergency situation is not done in the midst of the event, but is in fact the result of a well thought out plan. Everyone, regardless of age or income benefits from being reasonably prepared for emergencies.

While the mainstream media enjoys painting those who make provision for emergencies as foolish or unintelligent, the truth is that you are very wise to ignore their buffoonery and make sure that you are able to take care of yourself, your family, and even your extended family and neighbors should it become necessary.
