The Associated Press is reporting that the Republican-hired investigator of Wisconsin’s 2020 election testified Tuesday that the state Legislature should “take a very hard look at the option of decertification” of the 2020 presidential election.

Special counsel Michael Gableman has found that Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook-sponsored and paid-for ballot drop boxes violated Wisconsin’s bribery laws.

Gableman released his findings in a 136-page interim report.

Gableman is a former conservative state Supreme Court justice. His probe has of course been dismissed out of hand by establishment politicians who say it was “partisan.” He spent three hours detailing his findings before the Assembly elections committee earlier this week.

The report was predictably met with immediate criticism from the uniparty in cooperation with the Associated Press and other corporate media hacks.

Yet, how could this be a partisan investigation when the majority of Republicans seem to either remain silent about it or outright reject it? Either way, they are working with Democrats to suppress it.

Wisconsin’s Republican Assembly Majority Leader Jim Steineke immediately rejected the call to decertify the election.

“Still not legal under Wisconsin law,” Steineke tweeted, adding: “Beyond that, it would have no practical impact because there is no Constitutional way to remove a sitting president other than through impeachment or incapacity. Fool’s errand. Focus on the future.”

Ann Jacobs, the Democrat chair of the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission, tweeted that Gableman was promoting a “crazy conspiracy theory” and that decertifying the election was “IMPOSSIBLE. NOT LEGAL.”

Democratic Governor Tony Evers called Gableman’s work a “circus,” an “embarrassment for our state” and a “colossal waste of taxpayer dollars” that spreads misinformation about the election, attacks the integrity of election workers and emboldens people to harass and demean public servants.

All of this was reported by the Associated Press with no counter argument from the other side.

Governor Evers urged Republicans to end the investigation of 2020 election fraud immediately.

But Gableman, who is in the middle of negotiating a contract extension, said he would keep doing the work without one.

Much of Gableman’s report attacked millions of dollars in funding from a Mark Zuckerberg-backed Facebook foundation aimed at increasing voter turnout by placing unsupervised ballot drop boxes in minority-dominated areas. Most of the money went to five Democrat-controlled cities in Wisconsin. Gableman said the money amounted to “illegal bribery.”

Three courts in the past year have upheld the grants as legal and there’s a good chance they could be used again in cities across America for the 2022 and 2024 elections.

The latest trial data suggests the Pfizer vaccine is almost entirely ineffective in children ages 5-11 and should have never been approved by the FDA, which granted it emergency use several months ago.

Even the liberal New York Times now appears to be offering some tepid criticism of the government’s handling of the injections for kids.

Here's an excerpt from the NYT:

“The coronavirus vaccine made by Pfizer-BioNTech is much less effective in preventing infection in children ages 5 to 11 years than in older adolescents or adults, according to a large new set of data collected by health officials in New York State — a finding that has deep ramifications for these children and their parents.

“The Pfizer vaccine is the only Covid shot authorized for that age group in the United States.

“It still prevents severe illness in the children, but offers virtually no protection against infection, even within a month after full immunization, the data, which were collected during the Omicron surge, suggest.”

Of course, the dishonest New York Times knows children don’t get “severe illness” from Covid, so how can the Pfizer injection prevent it, at all, for even a limited amount of time?

The scientists who led the study noted that the jab was far less effective and that the data weaken the argument for mandating the jabs in children.

"It certainly weakens the argument for mandating that people get that lower dose," said Dr. Philip Krause, who recently left the FDA.

Senate Republicans, with the help of Democrat Senator Joe Manchin, voted to defeat a Democrat bill that would overturn every pro-life law in America and legalize abortions up to birth, reports Lifenews.com.

Lawmakers voted 48-46 against ending debate and allowing a vote on the misnamed Women’s Health Protection Act. As a result, the filibuster against the radical pro-abortion legislation was sustained and the bill was defeated, as 60 votes were necessary to move ahead to a vote on the bill.

All Republicans voted pro-life against cloture on the radical pro-abortion bill and all Democrats voted pro-abortion for cloture, except for Manchin. Democrats Feinstein, Lujan and Warnock missed the vote but would have voted pro-abortion while Republicans Inhofe, Kennedy and Paul also missed the vote but would have voted pro-life.

Democrat leaders and many mainstream news outlets portrayed the bill as an effort to simply “codify the right to an abortion” in response to the likelihood that the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade later this year. The bill would have:

• Eliminated all state and federal parental consent laws in relation to abortion;
• Eliminated all state informed consent laws, including those that allow women to view an ultrasound prior to abortion;
• Prevented states from passing laws to protect babies at 20 weeks, thereby joining countries like North Korea, China, Vietnam, Singapore, Canada, and the Netherlands in not protecting unborn children later in development;
• Forced doctors and nurses opposed to abortion to lose their jobs, and Catholic hospitals to lose public funds unless they performed abortions; and
• Eliminated decades-long limitations on direct taxpayer funding of abortion – including the popular Hyde Amendment, which has saved more than 2 million lives since enacted.

In short, the legislation would have overturned all federal and state pro-life laws and made it illegal for elected officials to even introduce pro-life legislation.

Even as the omicron variant loosens its grip on the world, destinations continue to require travelers to show proof of vaccination. And, increasingly, a paper CDC vaccination card is not enough to satisfy the vaccine Gestapo.

While the United States government has not issued a federal digital vaccine pass, a national standard has nevertheless emerged. To date, 21 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico offer accessibility to the SMART Health Card, a verifiable digital proof of vaccination developed through the Vaccination Credential Initiative or VCI. The VCI is a global coalition of public and private stakeholders including Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, the Mayo Clinic and other health and tech heavyweights.

And very soon, at least four more states will be rolling out access to SMART Health Cards.

“We’ve seen a notable uptick in states that have officially launched public portals where individuals can get verifiable vaccination credentials in the form of SMART Health Cards with a QR code,” Dr. Brian Anderson, co-founder of the VCI and chief digital health physician at MITRE, told Forbes Magazine.

There is already widespread availability of SMART Health Cards in the U.S.

More than 200 million Americans can now download, print or store their vaccination records as a QR code. When the QR code is pulled up, only the individual’s name, date of birth and vaccination information is visible. No other medical information or personal data is shared, or so they say, at least for now.

In other election news, the Republican-controlled Arizona House and GOP-led State Senate voted Monday to approve a measure that would increase the identification requirements needed for Arizonans who want to vote both in-person and by mail.

Gina Swoboda, third vice chairman of the Republican Party of Arizona, announced the measure had been approved in a video posted to Twitter on Monday.

According to Clarion News, the SCR1012 bill (SEE pdf) would require early voters to provide their date of birth and other identification credentials along with their signature on their return ballots.

Under current law, voters in Arizona are only required to sign their names, which county officials then compare to signatures they have on file with verified voter registration documents.

The measure was approved after Republicans raised concerns that the state’s voter ID laws allow for fraud or illegal votes to take place, particularly in light of allegations of voter fraud in Arizona during the 2020 presidential election.

An independent Senate-sponsored forensic audit by Florida-based company Cyber Ninjas found numerous ballot discrepancies and potential issues involving a combined total of 53,305 ballots, more than double the amount needed to turn the election in that state.

However, Democrats argue that the bill, along with a string of other election integrity bills being pushed through the Senate, are aimed at voter suppression.

The bill would also limit the type of identification that is acceptable for in-person voters, removing their ability to provide two different forms of identification without a photograph in order to receive a ballot at a polling place, such as a water bill or tax bill.

The measure applies the voter identification requirements to elections beginning no later than the 2024 primary election.

By now you’ve all heard about the “heroic” Ukrainian contingent of 14 soldiers who fought to the death in defense of Snake Island against a ferocious Russian attack.

There’s only one problem. Just as we reported previously this week on the fake news about the “Ghost of Kiev” heroic fighter pilot, who never actually existed, this story about the defense of Snake Island was also fake.

Unlike the Ghost of Kiev, at least these men did exist. But Ukrainian officials have now confirmed that they did not fight to the death. In fact, they all surrendered to the Russian Navy and are alive and well in Russian custody.

This next story will make your blood boil.

While Russia wages a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, and China is putting its soldiers through rigorous training exercises designed for the takeover of Taiwan, the U.S. Army is putting its soldiers through a different type of training.

The U.S. Army is training its soldiers on the proper gender pronouns and coaching officers on when to offer soldiers gender transition surgery, according to an official military presentation on the subject obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The mandatory presentation, titled "Policy on the Military Service of Transgender Persons and Persons with Gender Dysphoria," was given to officers earlier this month along with instructions for them to train their subordinates on the material. Portions of the presentation were provided to the Free Beacon by a whistleblower who was ordered to undergo the training as a high-ranking officer in the Army Special Forces.

An Army spokesman confirmed to the Free Beacon that the slides in question are part of "mandatory training" and come from an official program "used to train Army personnel on the recent changes to the DoD and Army transgender service policy." All Army personnel, from soldiers to commanders and supervisors, are required to participate in the training by September 30, 2022, according to the spokesman.

The transgender presentation follows a June 2021 announcement by the Army altering its policies so that transgender soldiers can openly serve.

The shift in policy is part of a larger push by the Biden administration to make the military more welcoming to transgendered people. These efforts have prompted pushback from Republicans in Congress and some within the military who view the policy changes as an effort to promote "woke" propaganda within the service. As Russia's invasion of Ukraine threatens to spark a larger conflict, military experts and insiders say they are concerned America's fighting force is prioritizing woke culture over protecting the American people.

"The Army allows transgender soldiers to serve openly," states the presentation, which is tailored for Army commanders and leaders. "An otherwise qualified soldier shall not be involuntarily separated, discharged, or denied reenlistment or continuation of service on the basis of gender identity."

Ah, but if you refuse the Covid vaccine, well that’s another story.

In our final story tonight, we take a look at John Zadrozny’s in-depth article at The Federalist, titled “How the U.S. Federal Government Fuels Child Smuggling and Trafficking.”

It’s a disturbing read. But everyone should read it.

Zadrozny tracks the movement of migrant children through the system that he says he tried to change during the Trump administration, and was making progress until the fateful Nov. 3, 2020 election, when all of the progress was immediately reversed by the Biden administration.

Once DHS identifies a minor as a UAC or unaccompanied alien child, that child is transferred to an appropriate private facility funded by Health and Human Service’s Office of Refugee Resettlement, or ORR. In theory, each child is then cared for by that ORR-funded facility until he or she can either be placed with an appropriate sponsor who is already in the United States or returned to his or her home country.

This is how the process is supposed to work. What Zadrozny found during his investigation is quite different and very disturbing.

He says Mexican cartels have known for years that our southern border and immigration system could be manipulated for profit and they have developed an impressive business model capable of getting children and even adults from anywhere in the world into the United States. All they have to do is present as children at the overwhelmed U.S. border with Mexico.

Zadrozny writes:

“For the right price, the cartels will transport customers or their human parcels to our southern border and present them to the Border Patrol as children. Some of these are actual innocent minors—and many of them are horrifically abused on their journey before they reach our border—but many are not innocent, and some are not even children.

“Some are technically minors but also very violent members of MS-13, or other violent gangs or criminal organizations. Others are adults but might appear young enough to pass as teenagers. Sometimes the cartels try to pass these individuals off as part of fictional family units.”

One might expect DHS to conduct due diligence in every instance to determine the ages and identities of these individuals, but that’s not the case, Zadrozny says.

“In our engagement on this subject during the Trump administration, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) personnel refused to conduct any systematic inquiry of people who presented themselves as minors at the border, even when they had good reason to believe they were being given false information.

“Career officials at ICE also dropped the ball, claiming it “wasn’t their job” to investigate these cases.”

In short, Zadrozny continues, “some at CBP and ICE were only too happy to rush potentially inappropriate people, including adults and criminals, out of their hands and to ORR-funded facilities that were intended to house non-criminal minors.”

“MS-13 and other gang members who cleared the DHS gauntlet and were able to infiltrate ORR’s child-filled facilities thanks to DHS’s negligence were essentially empowered to recruit for their gangs at taxpayer expense. They were housed and fed until their claimed 18th birthday, based on the bogus age they gave at time of entry.

“Beginning in the Obama administration, serious incident reports of actual or suspected gang activity—and other potential criminal or inappropriate activity at these facilities, including sexual assaults of these children by facility staff—were brushed under the rug by HHS instead of being referred to the Department of Justice for investigation and prosecution.

“In the first few weeks of the Biden administration, Trump administration efforts to prevent abuses of our immigration system, to improve the UAC sponsor vetting process, and shut down illicit revenue streams were pulled down, and the cartels breathed a sigh of relief.

“Since then, the Biden administration has made it increasingly clear, through both action and inaction, that it does not take child smuggling and trafficking seriously, and is even willing to accept these as a cost of their open borders agenda. If anything, their total failure at the border is going to lead to thousands more bad actors entering with impunity and thousands more children disappearing.

“If Americans really care about the health, safety, and welfare of the innocent children who are being smuggled and trafficked into the United States, our first step has to be to stop our federal government from being part of the problem and make it part of the solution.”
