The Supreme Court's Tyrants and Their Leftist Friends

On Saturday night, as I watched Fox News Channel reporting on the death of Chief Justice William Rehnquist, I was appalled to hear Alan Dershowitz verbally dancing on the yet-to-be-dug grave of Justice Rehnquist.
Dershowitz said, "The decisions of Justice Rehnquist are not taught in law schools as great decisions. He'll be remembered primarily for his votes rather than for the content or quality of his decisions. And it's consistent throughout his life. He started his career by being a kind of a Republican thug who pushed and shoved to keep African American and Hispanic voters from voting.  He had a restrictive covenant in his own lease which precluded the sale to Jews. There were so many things in his background that were extremely right wing."
The attempt by Dershowitz to make Rehnquist out to be racist is so absurd I will not even debate it. However, Dershowitz calling Rehnquist a thug is truly the pot calling the kettle black.
Dershowitz and his Secular Humanist colleagues who have and do serve on the High Court are tyrants who have aggressively labored to assault the Constitution by rebelling against the original intent of the framers in order to achieve the godless government they crave.
The decisions of Justice Rehnquist are not taught in law schools because liberal professors of law teach a Secular Humanist worldview application to law and Justice Rehnquist believed in a fixed moral standard as the bases of America's legal system.
Dershowitz and the secular left are enemies of absolute truth, which is the weapon of freedom and justice instilled in the U.S. Constitution to protect us from the tyrants of the secular left that despise the moral law and a moral law giver that is higher than government.
John Dewey who signed the Humanist Manifesto I and assisted in establishing the ACLU believed a strict adherence to the Constitution was an obstacle to the liberal, humanistic, and socialist changes he and many like him desired to accomplish. Dewey wrote, "The belief in political fixity, of the sanctity of some form of state consecrated by the efforts of our fathers and hallowed by tradition, is one of the stumbling-blocks in the way of orderly and directed change."
The change that Dewey and Dershowitz desire is for America to be one nation under man, not one nation under God. To accomplish this goal Dershowitz, Dewey, the ACLU and the rest of the secular left tyrants have sought to remove a fixed moral standard of law for their beloved Secular Humanist doctrine of moral relativism.
Benjamin Cardozo, appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1932, said, "I take judge-made law as one of the existing realities of life."
In 1907, Charles Evans Hughes, who later become chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, declared, "We are under a Constitution, but the Constitution is what the judges say it is."
In Trop vs. Dulles Chief Justice Earl Warren stated, "The [eighth] Amendment must draw its meaning from the evolving standards of decency that mark the progress of a maturing society."
Moral relativism has now become the postmodern foundation on which America's courts and law schools are built and thus they would never teach the opinions of Justice Rehnquist whose worldview they despise.
The tyrants serving on the Supreme Court today would be Ruth Bader Ginsburg, David Souter and Anthony Kennedy.
In the 1992 court ruling Planned Parenthood vs. Casey, Justices Sandra Day O'Connor, Souter, and Kennedy stated in the majority opinion, "At the heart of liberty is the right to define one's own concept of existence, of meaning of the universe and the mystery of human life."
While serving as an attorney for the ACLU in 1977, Bader Ginsburg wrote a paper in which she argued that the legal age for sexual activity should be lowered to 12 years old.
Even before joining the Court, she advocated decisions that "creatively interpreted clauses of the Constitution ... to accommodate a modern vision" of society. She approved of "boldly dynamic interpretation, departing radically from the original understanding" of the Constitution. She also believed courts could "repair" or even "rewrite" legislation to reach desirable results.
In honor of Justice Rehnquist we must fight for the confirmation of John Roberts and replace Sandra Day O'Connor with someone who believes in fixed morality so we can continue to fight the humanist worldview of tyrants such as Alan Dershowitz.
